Just wanted to say sorry to all my RP partners for my disappearance. Things around my unit have gotten ridiculously busy lately and I have had almost no free time. I'm hoping things calm down soon.

Bio

Hello my RPing comrades and welcome to my little slice of the internet, help yourself to a cookie. If you have come here you must want to know a little bit about me, colored me faltered!! Well to start I'm a twenty year old male who has been roleplaying for the past six years, I actually got my start on the original site before it went down if anyone was around for those days. I am currently employed as a LPN for the U.S. Army, which is just another way for saying that I usually have quite the busy schedule yay... My interests are pretty simple; gaming, reading, and of course roleplaying!!

As for my RPing skills I usually try to keep to the casual section for RPs, though I have dipped my toes into the advanced sections from time to time, so I usually try to shoot up two to three good paragraphs per post. Interest wise I am a sucker for anything fantasy or superhero based, what can I say dungeons and spandex excite me XD I love a simple slice of life RP too, helps with a change of pace. I normally play male characters, I just feel that I am able to write for them better than a female character. I love talking in the OOC, almost a bit too much so if I am chatting your ear off please tell me to shut my trap, trust me I really need to from time to time.

Oh and please if you want to send me a PM feel more than free to, I love meeting new people, and I only bite half of the time =D

List O Interests:

Fallout
Elder Scrolls
Bioshock
Marvel Universe
DC Universe
My Hero Academia
Percy Jackson
Harry Potter
The Wolf Among Us/Fables

@Akayaofthemoon I'm able to get this quick post in while my teacher isn't looking. I like the body from Jade 1 but the weapon from Jade 2

A quick hi and bye guys. Hope you all are having a great day :)
"Where the fuck are you?" Krieg said in a low growl as his deep crimson eyes scanned the dancing and drinking crowd that filled the ever so elegant club of Afterlife. There were quite a few groups that the Krogan thought would of been the ones that sent out the contract just by the looks of them. One was a small cluster of Vorcha that were huddled together in a corner giving the rest of the crowd the usual dirty glances that Vorcha gives everybody, Krieg quickly ruled them out as the contract because the realization that Vorcha don't have the brain cells or the quad to put a hit out on a Blood Pack member came to him. The next group was a obvious squad of Blue Suns mercs, looked like they were off duty judging by the drinks they were downing and the Asari that was currently entertaining them. Again Krieg ruled that lot out for the sheer fact that any Blue Sun worth his metal would know to never hire a Krogan to take on the Blood Pack, chances are that they had some connections to them. The final group was the most unlikely, it was made up with a series of seemingly random races that looked like they were just pulled off the street. Krieg was about move his gaze elsewhere when the Turian sitting at the table waved him over. "You have got to be shitting me..." The Krogan groaned as it turned out that that hobnob of mix matched people had to be the ones he was looking for. Krieg made his way through the crowd, push those who weren't smart enough to get out of his way fast enough, until he reached the table that he was called to. "You the ones with the contract?" He said as bluntly as physically possible.
@HaltingBlooper Great to hear... or rather read
Hello all I have good news and bad news. Good news is I am free of any responsibility for the weekend and am free to talk! Bad news the workload at school is increasing and my future solider training is starting to take up more time so weekdays for me are basically no internet days so posting then will kind of be a no go.

All that aside how is everyone? Fabulous as ever I hope

"Am I Machine?"

Name/Unit Designation
Unit-XL035
"Golem"

Description
Unlike many Synths created by the Institute Golem was not made to blend in among humans, he more resembles a Supermutant than a human. Golem stands at a staggering 8'5" and has a incredibly heavy set body build, weighing a little over eight-hundred pounds. His body was designed to be bulky and muscular, for combat purposes. Much like a Supermutant Golem is bald, no hair was incorporated anywhere on his body, and his skin is incredibly sickly looking. What breaks the illusion of him being a Supermutant are the parts of his metallic skeleton that aren't covered by his artificial skin, such as his hands which look more like clawed gauntlets. More over his power core is visible in the middle of his chest, it gives off the same faint red glow that his eyes do. His clothes are much more... clothes like when compared to a Supermutant's usual wardrobe of random garbage. He wears steel toed combat boots, along with a pair of armored combat pants, and a sleeveless trench coat with a hood large enough to cover his head.

Former occupation/Assignment
Like all of the Synths designed in the XL series Golem was made to be the Institute's answer to the Supermutant problem plaguing the Wastes. Golem, and the other XLs, were tasked with being able to track down Supermutants and eliminate them or if asked subdue Supermutants and transport them back for testing. Likewise the XLs were also used as guards for Institute field testers who had to venture out into heavily Supermutant infested areas.

Basic Personality traits
Protective
It is in Golem's programing to instinctively identify any potential threats and to neutralize them before they cause any harm to those he is charged with guarding, even if it means injury to his own being. This programing still seems to hold strong as he finds himself going out of his way to put a stop to harm befalling others.
Simple
The XL series was never designed to be highly intelligent, they were programed to be able to handle well in combat situations and have little problem solving skills beyond that. They aren't near the intelligent levels of the usual Institute Synth, but they are capable of forming their own thoughts and opinions given enough time.

Character Traits
Bruiser
Golem's larger body build makes him slower but stronger. He is like a walking tank, he can take a hit and give one back with twice the power.
Heavy Handed
Golem was made for getting up close and personal. Give him a super sledge, or just let him use his bare hands, and give him a target then watch him go to work.
Tight Nuts
Golem was built to take damage that would send other Synths to the scrap yard. You need something to hide behind in a Deathclaw attack? Golem is your best bet.

Skills
Melee Weapons
Anything from a large club to a super sledge is practically a weapon of mass destruction in Golem's hands.
Unarmed
Golem doesn't need a big stick to crack some skulls, his fists work just fine. A lights out punch from him will be the last time your lights are ever on again.
Throwing
Not everything is in swinging distance, that is why Golem has gotten use to hurling anything he can get his hands on at the things his fists can't reach. A rock has never been as deadly as when it is thrown by Golem.

Equipment
Four Repair Kits
100 Caps
Morning all
Omega a horrid cesspool of crime, violence, and sin where the wicked thrive and the weak get walked on like stepping stones... a complete snorefest! Krieg had heard about the infamous Omega and all the bloodshed that happened here on a daily bases and jumped at the opportunity to come, I mean what Krogan in their right mind wouldn't? But what does he end up doing, he ends up getting hired by a small time human arms dealer that plays it so safe that the closet thing Krieg seen to action was when he had to toss out the jackass whos Pyjak got its crap on one of the weapon displays.

Krieg himself was currently drinking away his frustrations at Afterlife, unfortunately for him everything they had on tap was barely enough to give a Turian a decent buzz little alone a mountain of a Krogan like himself. "Damn whelp... grow a quad why don't you..." He growled under his breath before downing another shot, well a shot to him would of been a full glass for others.. His mind kept drifting back to his current employer, a small pudgy human with such nervous habits that he would probably piss himself at the sound of gun fire. "I need a real job, I'm getting a itchy trigger finger again." He continued as he downed another glass.

Just as the bartender layed out another round of shots for him Krieg's Omni-tool lit up, apparently he had got a message. "What does the little $#!+ want now..." He said, expecting it to be his employer, but much to his surprise it was a job offer, it as a rather simple one. Meet up with someone at Afterlife, head out and kill some Blood Pack leader, get paid. A wicked grin crept across Krieg's face as he scanned the message. "This is what I have been waiting for." He said, the blood lust practically gleaming in his eyes. He stood from the bar, downing the last of his shots in a quick series, and turned on his massive heals. "Okay, now where is the contact?" He thought aloud as he scanned for any faces that would look like the assassinating planning sort, which was quite hard seeing as everyone on Omega has that look on their face.
@Mega Birb Woo Hoo, acceptance!

@Avanhelsing They will have the best slaughter parties

All those rumors about Krogan Battlemasters being deadly monsters that love nothing more than to be tossed into a fight and to turn their enemies into a fine red paste... they are all true.

Anyone can empty a thermal clip into a guy, but where is the fun in that? The real thrill comes from ripping people apart at the molecular level with your mind! Krieg is a biotic juggernaut that pumps out dark energy almost as if he is a living element zero core.

Do you find that your gun doesn't have enough kick? Wouldn't you rather your pistol to I don't know... CAUSE YOUR FOES TO BURST INTO A GLORIOUS EXPLOSION OF HELLFIRE!! Or maybe FREEZE THEM SOILD SO YOU CAN SHATTER THEM INTO THOUSANDS OF SHARDS!! If either of those interested you then Krieg is your Krogan.
Close Quarter CombatExpert
Sure a well placed shot from a sniper rifle has its moments, but where is the fun? The thrill of jumping into thick of it, the joy of snapping the bones of others with a stomp of your boot or when you rip out their throat with your bare hands?
IntimidationSkilled
The subtle art of intel gathering... is not what this is. You need a quick answer about the combination to a vault you need to get into and you don't mind a few blood splatters or some teeth on the floor then Krieg can help you.
Krogan Strength
What else would you expect from a Krogan like Krieg other than him being a walking, talking mountain of kick-ass? One punch from him and it is most likely lights out... and a cracked skull.
Favored PowersBiotic Charge
What better way to enter a fight than launching yourself across the battlefield like a missile and running over your enemies like a freight train.

Psychological Analysis

Traits
Brave
Growing up on Tuchanka the timid and fearful are eaten alive, literally, so Krieg isn't afraid to charge head first into any challenge, be it a group of flamethrower wielding Vorcha or a Thresher Maw.
Determined
There is very little that can change a Krogan's mind once they set out to do something, Krieg is no exception. So if he plans on getting something he is going to tear his way through any and everything in his way to get it.
Loves His Job
It isn't really working if you love doing it, am I right? Krieg loves battle and all the chaos it brings, it brings the cutesiest little smile to his blood thirsty face whenever he snaps the spin of some whelp. You can find him laughing and even telling jokes in the most brutal of battles, it just adds to his charm.

Flaws
Cocky
How could there ever be someone anywhere near the level of kickassery that Krieg has obtained? There is no way he could ever be beat, especially by underestimating the abilities of someone else and assuming he would just win.
Blood Rage
It may sound great to have a Krogan on your team in the field, but you are always rolling the dice that if they get hurt enough they might fly into a blood rage. Sure they might tear apart the guy that hurt them, but chances
are they will rip you apart just as much.
It Didn't Work, Can I Break It Now?
Patience is a virtue, but unfortunately virtues aren't a Krogan's strong suit. It would be nothing short of a miracle to get Krieg to go along with any plan that doesn't involve him crushing skulls, but the second that plan starts to go south Krieg will jump to the only logical conclusion... SCREW IT, LET'S KILL THEM!!!

Pysch Profile
Krieg is as stable as you can expect a Krogan to be, which isn't very. He will jump at the slightest thing if he thinks it can lead him to a good fight, if he views someone as too weak to fight they might as well be dirt to him. He is bitter and resentful towards the universe, as many Krogan are seeing the raw hand they were dealt. He has a very "Too bad for you" attitude, not really caring unless things directly affect him. He doesn't seem to obsessed with assuring the survival of his race as many others are, but rather he has accepted the seeming eventual end of the Krogans and wants to get as much adventuring as he can in before his time is up.

Backstory
The heroic tale of Krieg starts like the other stories of the Krogan children that are taken in by their fathers rather than their mothers. The brutal teachings of his clan, Raik, were immediately pushed upon him from a early age and luckily for him the young Krogan caught on to them quickly. He thrived and grew, completing the rite of passage and officially earning his place among his clan at a early age. This was all aided with the fact of his strong biotic abilities, this eventually allowing him to become one of the few biotic Battlemasters that are among the Krogan. As the decades went on Krieg eventually found himself growing weary of his home world and sought after new battles and foes to defeat. Following his desire for adventure Krieg left Tuchanka and began making a name for himself as a gun for hire, having worked for multiple merc groups such as the Blood Pack and the like. He now finds himself on Omega, working as some hired muscle for some paranoid arms dealer.
