@Nytefall I guess? If you can teleport anyone to their deaths than I guess you can do that
The Zombie

The Fresh Heralds looks down at their weapons in confusion. They didn't shoot, and they were supposed to shoot, but they weren't functioning. Upon closer inspection, they'd realize their tools had been sabotaged by an unknown assailant that seemed to be some reformist kid talking speeches about things the zombies were practically programmed to disregard. Throwing away their primary weapons, they each drew a pistol, only to have more knives thrown at them. The police officer seemed a lot more agile with a gun, a likely reminiscence of his life before being a Herald and would manage to shoot the knife despite its enhancement, barely deriving it. The other one took it to the should, but almost shrugged it off as he unloaded toward Ian, and consequently, to the panicking people riled up.

The masked Heralds took the knives but acted as if they weren't hit at all. Even with damage to the knee, they walked more or less fine. They dropped the bodies they were carrying at the sounds of gunshots, however and simply started jogging toward the panicked masses and in the middle of the roads. It would quickly be revealed that they'd be wearing explosive vests, the kinds prepared specifically for genocides (considering they're likely slow down good infantry). In various corners, they'd quickly detonate themselves no matter the interruption. They had to kill as many as possible like fanatics.

The remaining two would do their best to at least handle Ian before the civilian fresh Herald would detonate himself in hopes to take out Ian while the Officer would attempt an escape. The van stocked with a few bodies would of course take off during this entire dramatic scene.

Nancy always kept a pretty upbeat smile all the time, like a well trained secretary doing her best to handle customer service. However, whenever Sebastian would come in and blather on about his exploit and desires, she'd have the most over-exaggerated frown depicting just how upsetting his monologues could be. Her hand was slowly reaching into one of her drawers, blatantly making it obvious she was reaching out of a weapon as she rattled through the junk in there, taking all his monologue time to actually get what she wanted. Suddenly, she slammed a machete onto her desk, severing her right hand in the process. It already leaked black blood almost everywhere, but she seemed completely unfazed by it. She'd toss the hand on Sebastian's face and revert to her usual smiling stance.

"Here you go Sebastian! Yes yes! You definitely know how to spray my blood on them right?!"

She he spun on her spinning chair, only noticing now the message sent by Edge through the radio as she was in her little fantasy world of chopping off her own member. She quickly grabbed the mic of said radio and replied.

"Y-yes sir! Yes yes I am super duper fine, with all my buddies, thank you! I hope the operation was an absolute success!"

She said nervously, he feet sporadically stomping the ground as she replied to the leader. She jumped out of her chair, her arm pissing blood all over the office floor and furniture. She only acknowledged her two buddies from the underground, buddies she sure wished she could blow the guts out off to turn into Heralds of course. Randomly, she froze into position, for absolutely no reason. She was in deep thought, but her posture made her seem like she was frozen in place. She'd let all the events fly by her head, as if she pushed everyone away from her mind before snagging a bag of what seemed to be cheetos on an unopened box near her desk.

"Hey! To celebrate, anyone wants to have some good ol' Cheetos?! They're greeeat! I made them myself you know?"

She'd open the plastic to let the aroma of the treats invade the near vicinity. Approaching Ellen of all people, she'd wave the sack of cheetos right in front of her face like some kind of leech trying to devour the famous woman's face. Cheetos were just flinging out of the bag and rubbing against her face. It was almost as if she was treating Ellen like some kind of imagined animal she fed, but all the food would drop down. The cheetos were of course, poisoned with a toxin capable of killing pretty much anyone who simply ate one of those.

"Mmmmm some good cheetos aye Ellen? Do you like cheetos? Mmmm I love cheetos! C'mon, delicious cheetos..."

Though no matter the response, she'd rinse and repeat, next stop was Sebastian and she'd give the same scene she did with Ellen to the psychopath. Hopefully, he'd eat it and fall into cardiac arrest, finally getting rid of his constant monologues. And finally, the giant ugly man she just wished should mutilate and turn into something super awesome like a giant Herold. Her dialogue would change however with Isaac as she had other ideas roaming his mind concerning him.

"Isaac! These Cheetos are the best, mmmm! If you eat one I'll fix you up and make you look the way you've always wanted, yes yes!"

She said with so much glee, but it'd be almost a known fact that giving one's life in the hands of Nancy would be a death sentence, or at least a forfeit of any freedom they had. Plus her attempts in killing pretty much anyone would be under more blatant forms more often the naught. Her favorite maneuver being to try and shoot someone with a shotgun, missing, and flying backwards with the recoil. Luckily for everyone, she'd be way too much of an incompetent klutz to actually kill anyone. Though, there shouldn't be any confusion, she'll turn anyone into a Herald if given the correct circumstance.
@Letter Bee Make a character with a decent power and don't have him die? There's a no-death clause if you don't agree to it. However if you're overly idealistic like before, you'll attract attention, and people like Edge or Jewels will have fun creaming him. I suggest you don't make yourself overly conspicuous this time.
@Letter Bee Lucas' power reminds me a whole lot of Gremmy Thoumeaux's power from Bleach. He could realize anything he imagined as long as he could concentrate on it, and if not it was cancelled out. Of course, he was near invincible.

There's a nifty trick regarding this type of near-omnipotent character, and it's that this specific limit of concentration can be bypassed by simply imagining say two copies of himself. They're exactly him, a fruit of his imagination. Their only goal is to imagine various things without losing concentration while the first one only has to concentrate on keeping them in existence.

Cool concept aye?

Aoi Don Maquia

Midaregami

As more or less anticipated, shots were being fired as Aoi showed her face to the public, but at least the goo was safely shot, prompting Akio to escape and giving a tiny window for Aoi to shoot that bungee on the branch. She dodged most of the predictable shots by tugging on the bungee on he foot, but would quickly shift the tug on the one connected to the branch, essentially making her swing toward the tree while potential homing projectiles were coming after her. If they were quick, they'd likely take more time to turn back and continue homing on Aoi, but if they were slower, she'd easily outspeed the arrows and jump right into the goo littered tree with the projectiles high tailing her. She'd dive head first on a wall of goo, barely making a mess as she used the hiding in water ability while charging into it in order to simply phaze through the liquid like it was intangible. Anything tailing her would meet that thick layer of slime and more than likely keep it truck or detonate it.

Right now, she was in the tree filled with her starch syrup ability. She had the advantage currently, having been given the opportunities to place two Bungees she didn't release and cover a part of the field with water, all she had to do now is lure her opponent to a nifty trap and voila. Though Akio would maybe hope that he previous trap would function adequately on the tree, the goo factor made it even less reliable than it initially was, added to the fact that Aoi would just slip through most hazard with such a large amount of spread water lying around. Luckily, they could both see each other, and the large amount of slime would likely be a deterrent to random precise shots, however the next fire jutsu would most likely be a smart come back to this predicament.

"I'm still keeping an eye closed, you better aim well with that ball!"

She taunted Akio as the Fire Burst attack was thrown. Aoi's small brain could only process that it was easy to dodge, and forgot that it could very well be some explosive. She'd dodge it, of course, but would receive the smack of the explosion head on, crashing her behind on the gooey ground. Luckily, the slime softened the blow but her head was still spinning from the blast. She was indeed vulnerable, and Akio could deliver her kick. What the Tendou didn't know was that Aoi stockpiled a clone into transformation mode in her back pocket and now would be its time to shine. A puff of smoke occurred as Akio got into her kicking position, and the clone emerged to block it with its arm only to selflessly hug-tackle the girl while attempting to punch it. Damaged or not, it'd turn to goo and ensnare the female into a pile of mucus.

Akio could indeed break free by investing a large amount of strength in different areas of her body, though possibly leading to exhaustion quite quickly, or use a knife to cut through the mass bothering her. The problem was that the rattled Aoi was knocked back into her senses when her clone suddenly poof'd, making her a thing once more. As Akio's body was glued, Aoi simply pointed her index finger toward Akio's un-stuck leg, launching the end of her bungee on that let like a gun. As it connected, it'd simply pull upwards toward the branch it was connected to all the while her other leg remained generally stuck to the mass of mucus. This would make a very interesting pose. She could still break free, but what stopped Aoi from smacking her across the face at this point? Or fill her body with more mucus?

"In a pickle, Akio?~"

The Princess is The Boss

When Daiki pronounced his resignation, Miyaka's jaw cracked a little. Her constant smile that reeked artificial innocence reverted into a rather disappointed frown. She didn't expect him to be this easy to break through, but then again they didn't make shinobi to be warriors anymore. She had a strong animosity toward people like this, prideful people who have nothing unique to be proud about. To her even the Minamoru were pushovers, especially with the cleansing of 'scum' happening more and more these days.

'Interesting. With enough mental gymnastics, he's able to convince himself that shit is worth being proud over. It comes to show, when you're piss poor and worthless, you take pride out of the most retarded of trivial crap. Shinobi? Pfff, Naito? Made up clan no one cares about.'

She turned to face Tsukiko, the rifle still in her hands as she approached the woman. Miyaka wasn't maintaining her facade as much anymore, she actually seemed pretty annoyed about the whole thing. The woman was asking for more, it didn't bother the girl, heck it pleased her that this ridiculous woman played along. Miyaka went silent for about a minute, passing by the woman and purposely stepping on Takeshi's face to wake him up. She was going to the kitchen to grab herself a beer. She chugged it all in ridiculously fast as she headed back to the main room so she could put away the can in Takeshi's hood.

"I'll give you the amount you want if you also shoot down Red with this rifle. Do the same on Yellow as he's being escorted as we speak."

She placed the weapon on the nearby dining table and simply wandered in her penthouse, seemingly unsure as to what she could make them do. One was arrested, which she was content with, one step out, which wasn't content with and one was knocked out, mixed feelings came from that one. At least Tsukiko was around.

"Oh yes. I want you to give Red a flawless report. He was the best of the three and he didn't in any case leave the mission. Do this and this Penthouse is yours, no fuss no muss. Is that good?~"

'Promotions are close aye? This'll be perfect. His pride will be at an all time high and then... It'll all explode and leave a a mess of NOTHING in his soul. I'll make sure of it.'

She went on to grab a second rifle and quickly jumped back on the ramp she was on before. She'd take aim, though she only shot a couple of yellow paintballs at the cuffed Jaakuna since Tsukiko would handle them eventually unless they'd both vanish before she'd have time to. But her real goal was to perform what she initially ordered Daiki to do, and it was to draw up the Naito Emblem on Minamoru property. A good way to start a inter-clan conflict. To add salt to injury, she'd draw Minamoru signs on modest Naito buildings as well. A little tension between scum never hurt, right?

The Jonin officer made sure to tighten the cuffs to make the kid uncomfortable and put him in his place. The guy didn't seem too bothered in terms of treating prisoners well or anything, he actually seemed quite vindictive. Backup arrived and demanded that Jaakuna would sit down while they sorted things out with the Jonin. Some seemed to know about the Sawada, or at least Hideyoshi. They tried to be reasonable with the arresting shinobi, and things seemed to actually be working out. Though they wouldn't be able to defend the boy from the assault of paintballs befalling the teen.

The couple of shinobi that arrived looked around to see where it could be coming from, failing to notice that it came from a 50 story building from a power hungry rich girl. But Jaakuna could probably tell given the color of the paint: Yellow. They quickly freed Jaakuna after agreeing with a few things, leaving the boy to move along as he wished.
@Bright_Ops Okay here's a review:

  • Dream: It's either useless or insanely strong. Either it doesn't affect someone or it knocks them out/kills them (either lead to same result, instant victory). I can't accept this anesthetic with the information given here. If you want this to be acceptable you may have to give measurements of quantities. ie: He needs to hit someone x number of times with y attack to have the Dream effect happen.
  • Sting: So it causes a large amount of pain, is it like sores or is it paralyzing pain akin to Sasori's poison? The former would require specific detail, the latter being just cliché and the typical nerve burner I can't accept because it'll once again be instant win with one hit.
  • Frost: An insta-kill move. You say it starts by the heart, well congrats you've defeated your opponent. This is Sasori's poison reformulated again, a progressive poison that'll likely leave a guy KO in a minute (because it hits the freaking heart first).
  • Wyldfire: Resident evil virus. I guess you can understand why this isn't accepted on a PC, right?

I guess you can see the problem here. The poisons give off the typical Naruto-like vibe, 0 chance of survival if hit type of poison. We don't like this, it makes fights really quick and uninteresting all the while encouraging people to start cheesing poison immunity (in your case it makes sense due to the KG). I hope you understand.
@Bright_Ops The problem I have is that there's no precise description of the poison's effects, you essentially have free ball on all the symptoms it can have which is way too broad. I need specific effects for specific circumstances or techniques. Poison is too sensitive of a weapon to be vague about.

Personality is fine btw.
<Snipped quote by Raijinslayer>

She isn't a pushover like Isaac. So be wary.

I eagerly await the introduction of the underground peeps o;
@Bright_Ops Ok, the character in general is solid. The Kekkei Genkai is interesting that's for sure. My issues at the following:

-Personality, could you maybe expand on it? How he is in x recurrent situation, what he does confronted to y, that kind of stuff so we can understand a little more what kind of person he is. If you want to add more to history that'd be greatly encouraged too but not compulsory.

-The poison. The jutsu in general are fine, it's simply the poison. Now anything involving poisons or infection can only go two ways: It's either very interesting with some nifty gimmicks and mediums to apply them. Or it's downright ridiculous, unbalanced and to put it fairly, stupid. There isn't really a middle ground with poison, so I'd like you to detail the precise effects of the poison depending on the moves (if they vary) or general effect. Fair warning: Stuff like Sasori's poison that cause complete paralysis and inevitable death are not only lame but unbalanced. Instant paralyzing poisons and immediate death types will simply be denied.

So yeah, hit those changes and I'll check up on it when you're done.
Actually most people are neutrals. We have like few Reformists but multiple confirmed Underground. However I think many neutrals would be more righteous than freaking evil genocidal assholes.

Also @Pirouette you should have Isaac find her. That way I can have stuff to do on next post o;
