Well its basically a trend when it comes to country conflicts and the like, IE, they are very likely to happen when food or water runs low. Though with enough pressure the US could prob make permanent allies out of China due to their huge water problems. If they don't fix their pollution, expect a Chinese cival war in about 15-20 years.
