Who came up with the idea to make our statuses quotes from philosophers, anyway?

We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

A random quote from some philosopher that we'll forget in a few moments.

Probably best to post up a character AFTER an ooc is made. Just my personal preference, is all.
Urrgh I feel like I should post something.... I probably should...
Rpg is a piece of crap, hopefully Mahz fixes this.
Ooo, sounds interesting.
Considering the appearance of the character Marianne is based on, I'd say that that is a splendid idea.
Name: Alexander Lee

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Status: Normal Player

Username: Lawgroff

Race: Human

Attribute: Lightning

Role / Weapon Type: Half support, half forward. Carries a rapier with a Lightning Attribute, with enchantments and upgrades that gave enhancements to both his spells and his Melee damage. Doesn't use a shield for obvious reasons. Still carries a staff for his more powerful spells.

Personality: Plays solo most of the time. Tries to act cold and uncaring towards others, but he's really quite nice once you get to know him. Not above accepting offers for help, but only when he feels like it.

History: Alexander used to play a support role for party members. He would spend a few minutes merely observing, learning a monster's attack patterns and skills, then use his skills to aid his party. The result of this was that his parties had one of the best success rates, but also one of the worst initial losses. It was hard fighting with someone who didn't do much to help apart from preventing a party member from dying from a fatal blow. His party members complained about this, so the next few times he was in a party, he changed his tactics to suit their wishes. They lost every single time. They complained about this too, so he quit being in parties altogether and went solo.

The problem with doing this, though, was that he built his character to play more of a support role. So, it was natural that he'd have a tough time fighting. Despite that, he persevered, buying a sword and training his character to be able to fight solo. As he did, he learned that his original support skills were also very helpful to himself. Most of his support skills were roots, stuns, damage-over-time, etc, so it proved to be a very interesting time for him. Over time, his swordplay improved, and he was well known as a bit of an oddity among most players. Still, if you ever have the rare opportunity to work with him, you will find him to be a great asset.
Yay guild's back up! Now we need people to post again! Rethel, unless you feel like we should wait for others to post for stuff, we should probably timeskip all the way to the first round of the tournament.
Michelle was lost in thought about being the leader of the team. She wasn't sure if she was the one best suited for the role. Perhaps Ozpin had made a mistake. Perhaps-

She then shook her head, clearing her mind of these thoughts. Time would tell whether or not she deserved the role of the leader. For now, she had other tasks to attend to. She looked at her teammates and found one missing. Probably left while she was lost in thought. She sighed. So much for keeping track of her teammates. Oh well. She cleared her throat and said, "Ok, so, you're free to do whatever you want today. I will be heading over to our room to, uh, see how our sleeping arrangements are." She nodded, continuing, "That'll be all," and then leaving her teammates to their own devices.

As she wandered around the school, she pulled out her Scroll and brought up the minimap. Hmm, ok, so that's where I need to go... alright, path is set, Michelle thought to herself, turning around the corner to put her on the path to her quarters. It wasn't too long until she reached the hallway with her dorm room. As she turned the corner, she was greeted with the unexpected surprise of Kuhaku wearing nothing but a towel. After the initial feeling of surprise, her face was in the same flushed state as the day she first met him, and her heartrate skyrocketed. "Uh, I, I uh, I..." she stuttered, frozen in place, and then she fainted, collapsing to the ground and unable to function any longer.
I lost interest in this, sorry. I will be dropping this.
