Hey Keyblade, I don't think Elemental HERO Neos and the Neo Spacians are usable for your character. As far as we know, Jaden (Judai) Yuki is the only one known to possess Neos. Even Pegasus doesn't think the card was released to the public. We can't have one-of-a-kind cards that someone else (storyline or otherwise) already has.
We don't even know the setting, or the storyline.

A command then came. "Rise."
Ferghus felt the excitement. His body took on the form of a man, rugged and well-muscled. He would rise, all right. With pleasure.

Her grandfather had certain connections, particularly with that of a once Pro Duelist, and managed to get his hands on the rare card "Destiny HERO - Plasma". Now she has constructed her deck to suit that very card, in hopes that she can use it to its fullest extent.
