While it's certainly not impossible for this kind of power to exist, would you really want to rp someone who could do that? I mean, you're going to bite someone, and you get that person's memories. Not exactly the kinda thing that appeals to people. Well, at least not someone like me. I don't know about you, so I can't judge.
All I'm saying is, don't just decide on something without thinking about how it'll affect you in the long term. Trust me, I've had some rather uncomfortable experiences with that.

Well, that really depends on which version of Cartoon Physics you want to apply. Most, I'd say, are heavily OP. You know, like recovering after being smashed like a pancake, or pulling out a shitton of guns out of god knows where.
