Who came up with the idea to make our statuses quotes from philosophers, anyway?

We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

A random quote from some philosopher that we'll forget in a few moments.

I was considering waiting until someone else posted theirs up first. If no one else does soon, then yeah, Rain and I might as well post it up.
I suggest, for the purpose of not filling up the thread with short combat posts that will confuse everyone, that we move spars to collab posts (I recommend Titanpad).
If you consider staying home and turning off all the lights so no trick-or-treaters come to your house because you have no candy to offer, then yes, I did something.
So, who are we waiting on to post?
Apologies. Life has been a bit hectic.

Also laziness.
Dunno. Maybe they were taken away by the mysterious force called Life.
"Okay!" Kimberly said, excited to get the show on the road. She went over to where Superboy said to line up, walking behind Ryan. She turned around to look at Conner, only to realize Conner wasn't behind her. Looking around, she quickly spotted him with Miss Martian. "Conner, you aren't coming?" Kimberly asked.

"There's no rush to train right away," Conner replied. "Plenty of other things to do, like getting a tour of the base or something." While Conner did want to explore the base, the truth was that he was too nervous to actually do any training for the moment. He had no physical prowess, no fire breathing, nothing like that. All he could do was "amplify". Despite his nervousness, he was also excited. Not many people could say they were part of a group of superheroes, even if they were still in need or training. Conner just decided to employ his strengths in other ways.
Kinda makes sense to me.

It seems he has different modes.

At his 25%, he increases to 1.5 times his normal size, and gains the strength and durability appropriate to a "normal" man his size.

At 50%, he grows even larger, while also gaining strength and durability for a "normal" man that size.

At 75%, he is at the size of his 25%, but more power is built up within his body, granting him more power than his 50%.

At 100%, he's normal size, but all his power is concentrated on increasing his strength, stamina, and durability.

Of course, all that built-up power is like a carbonated soda in an unopened shaken-up soda can. It has enormous strain on his body, so he needs to rest and recover after use.

I don't see what's so confusing about that.
Conner listened to everyone introduce themselves again as time went by. Then more new arrivals came, most notably a kid even younger than him who was covered in blood and introduced himself as Primal Boy. Then Seamus chanted something that sounded like backwards English, which it most likely was, and Primal Boy was no longer covered in blood. Finally, a small trio of older people, who Conner recognized to be Superboy, Kid Flash, and Miss Martian, arrived. They introduced themselves and explained their purposes here. Conner began to feel more nervous than before. He would be trained to be a real superhero by real superheroes.

Kimberly, on the other hand, was ecstatic. "What are we waiting for, then?" Kimberly asked excitedly, barely able to stay still. "Let's get to training!"
Hey @Saarebas, think you could split your post into paragraphs or something next time? A single big block of text is rather ugly, and hard to read.
