Who came up with the idea to make our statuses quotes from philosophers, anyway?

We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

Kimberly was a bit confused to see all the carnage and chaos suddenly disappear, but then relieved to find out that the school was not actually under attack by a giant killer robot, and that the Professors were not actually injured. Instead, it had all been a test to get everyone working together. She wasn't sure what else to think about it, though. Yes, it was great to still be safe and sound, but how well did she do on said test? She wasn't sure. She knew she didn't do much of anything, all because she was too scared to take action. Her first test, and she probably blew it. Still, there was some good feedback from the teachers, so maybe she didn't do as badly as she thought.

Conner certainly had the thought that the Sentinel attack was merely a trick, but wasn't sure whether or not that was actually true until the scenario completely faded away. He was impressed to see just what this place was capable of, realizing that it was not called "The Danger Room" for nothing. Lost in thought, Conner turned his head around to look around the room, wondering what else it was capable of. His gaze fell onto Kimberly, who looked like she was worried about something. Conner placed his hand on Kimberly's shoulder and asked, "Something on your mind?"

Kimberly, brought back to reality, turned to Conner and said, "Oh, um, yeah, no, I'm fine, thanks." with a forced smile on her face.

Conner raised an eyebrow, then pressed the issue, "I've hung around you long enough to know how you think. You worried you didn't do well, huh?"

Kimberly's smile turned a bit more genuine, and she said, "You know me best." Clutching her left arm, Kimberly continued, "When I saw that giant robot, I... got scared. I didn't do anything against it..."

Conner wrapped his arm around Kimberly's shoulders and began to lead them out of the room. "It's to be expected. None of us were prepared, and it was our first time dealing with something like that. We'll do better next time," Conner reassured Kimberly.

"I guess.... but still-" Kimberly said before getting cut off.

"Next time," Conner said more firmly, holding her slightly more tightly.

Kimberly looked up at Conner, then blushed and looked away when she realized how close their faces were. "Uh, yeah, you're right. Thanks, Conner," Kimberly said.

Conner then realized what he was doing, and removed his arm from Kimberly. He cleared his throat, then said, "Let's go get something to eat."

Together, the two made their way to the cafeteria, where they made themselves a pair of sandwiches before sitting down. Conner looked around at the people in the cafeteria, the ones who were going to be their team, wondering if everything would work out alright. His intellectual side said that there would obviously be some bumps along the road in the future, but his optimistic side told him that everything would most likely be alright.
@Jangel13 Yes.
Meanwhile, I will add a cs for another monster. I'm sure there will be at least some who know who this is. If not, look it up. Guaranteed not disappoint.

Name: Red
Age: 12
Appearance: Here.
History: Red was once a normal child with two loving parents, living happily in Snowdin. Good food, a few friends, laughs from watching the wacky skeletons.... life was great. However, that all came to an end when one human who came down killed a variety of monsters, including her parents. Red was devastated. She shut herself away, refusing help from her friends. Eventually, though, she was found by Undyne, who was kind enough to teach her how to fight. She proved herself to be a very skilled fighter, able to combat even Undyne on equal ground at times. She developed strong family ties with the Canine Unit, and considers them her new family. However, Red was still placed away from combat, near the CORE, due to her young age. She was fine with it though, since it was Undyne who sent her there, and she had heard stories of some of the Royal Guards actually being friends with some of the other Fallen Humans, only for them to die. She didn't want to think about losing anyone ever again, especially a human friend.
Has Human Soul: Nope
Theme: Battle Theme.
@Xeiyenreisha well, until Leander is corrected, he'll still call her that. :P
Hey Ryu, it's been a while. I call Undyne. :)

Tsukiko's personality is quite unstable. Her attitude as I said in her profile changes on the fly. She can be sometimes even worse than her own brother.

I was actually talking about Shinrei and his interaction with Ethel.
Leander smiled and waved off Tsukiko's concern. "No sweat, things like this happen all the time," Leander said cheerfully. "You know the saying: you win some, you lose some." Leander heard something about a rumor and couldn't resist asking, "What rumor?" Then he decided to brush it off, saying, "Ahh, never mind, it doesn't matter." He raised his hand to his side to introduce Vincent. "This is Vincent, the guy I just Dueled and lost against. Dark won against Light today, but things will end differently next time! I know it!" Leander said, always wearing that smile of his and raising a thumbs up. Hayato came around to challenge Vincent, which Leander couldn't pass up seeing. "A Duel? Sure, I'll come watch! Um, unless you wanna come too, Tsukoki?" Leander said, mispronouncing Tsukiko's name. Then Ben came to ask Tsukiko about something. "Perfect timing! Go ahead, I'll fill you in with the Duel when you catch up!" Leander said.

Leander noticed that Shinrei wasn't around, so he turned his head to look, and found him dealing with some girl. Leander decided to let him be for once and stick with what everyone was doing for once. For now, that was exciting Duels. Speaking of Duels, there came an announcement from Snipes about another Action Duel. Leander turned to look, and saw another field coming up. Entranced, Leander stared at the Duel that was about to take place. He couldn't miss seeing an Action Duel from the outside.
@Xeiyenreisha Dat incredible change of character, tho.... O.o
You know, people talk about how bad the Action Duel is based solely on how short it was.

No one notices how many defenses Leander set up like Negate Attack or Trust Guardian, or how easily they were torn apart and slipped around.

Can't connor merge them?

It's Conner, not Connor, and no, Conner only merges himself with one other thing, not two different things.
