Kate (WIP)

Name: Kate Vestec (Corrupted)

Age: 16

Personality: Kate is emotionless, almost like a machine. She wears a blank stare, speaks in an emotionless tone using precise details, and even moves mechanically. All of this is due to an unfortunate side effect of her ability, and so she has deemed her emotions a hindrance and suppressed them.

History: WIP

Powers: -Knowledge: Kate is in near-complete control of all information she holds within her mind. Like a computer, she can recall, organize, and delete all memories and information as necessary. Any new information she gains is stored within long-term memory instantly, unlike normal humans who store things in both short term and long term memory.
-Info Surge: By coming into contact (skin contact) with a child possessing powers, she gains complete knowledge of that child's powers. Strengths, type, weakness, etc.

Weaknesses: -Organization: Kate's long-term memory storage still takes time to sort out, which is why she spends time meditating each day.
-Deletion: any information Kate 'deletes' from her mind cannot be restored and must be re-learned.
-Surges wear off: For some reason, all learned information regarding other people's powers is instantly forgotten after one minute, no matter how it is learned or how much Kate tries to reinforce the information within her mind. She can write said information down while she still remembers it and all, but even after reading it, she will not remember what she wrote down after one minute.

Name: Alex Vestec (Patient)

Age: 14

Personality: WIP

History: WIP

Power: -Copycat: By coming into contact (skin contact) with another superpowered person, he gains that person's abilities.

Weaknesses: -Copycat: By copying their abilities, he also copies that person's weaknesses as well.
-Bad touch: Alex's power is automatic; if he touches another superhuman, the previous copied abilities are gone and replaced with the new power.

4 declarations of interest. I'd just like to see a wider scope of what constitutes 'low' powered here. I get that this generally means a cap on how many powers, and their potency. But to clarify would a wind elemental be allowed to send cutting gales that could pierce armor? Could a psionic use TK as perhaps a shield or to fly? Are those classes even allowed? And if so, id like to be given examples of their limitations or general examples of all powers.
