Who came up with the idea to make our statuses quotes from philosophers, anyway?

We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

A random quote from some philosopher that we'll forget in a few moments.

I would like to see the error fixed, but I do know how much of a hassle it is to do so.
Hey, @Grey Star, in case you missed my post or something, it's your turn to post for the Citrouille Dungeon.

"Nice to meet you."

Name: Megumi Takaki

Nicknames/Titles: None

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Magic:
-Prima: Earth, Water
Simple manipulation of the two elements. Molding its shape, making it levitate in the air, firing it at enemies, etc.

-Sanctus: Elementals
Megumi places spirits within the elements she manipulates or has manipulated, creating a simple yet powerful being that either acts as her shield or companion to fight alongside.

Strengths: -An elemental is quite resistant to physical attacks, particularly those created from water.
-Both Megumi and the elemental can alter its form at will, giving it a wide variety of combat capabilities, whether offensive or defensive.

Weaknesses: -Despite being resistant to physical attacks, the elementals themselves only possess the durability of the material it was created from and can be destroyed quite easily by certain magical means.
-The larger and more complex an elemental is, the more mana it takes to control it, and vice versa.
-Megumi is usually only able to create and control at most 2 basic elementals. Any more and Megumi will quickly run out of mana.

Catalyst: -Wand: A hand-me-down from Megumi's family. Has no magical properties, and is nothing more than a decorated stick.
-Stylus: A simple plastic pen-like stick that is commonly used on touchscreens. Nothing all that special about it, and is mainly used as a back-up.

Other Skills: -Book smart: Megumi is remarkably intelligent, being able to excel in her academic work, though not without effort on her part.

Inventory: -Wand (catalyst).
-Stylus (catalyst).
-Cell phone (touchscreen, of course).
-Basic school materials (notebooks, pens, pencils, etc).
-Backpack (gotta hold all this crap somewhere).

Familiar: None

Personality: At first impression, Megumi seems to be rather emotionless. Her face seems to never change expression and she speaks with a somewhat monotone voice. However, underneath that emotionless exterior is really just a shy girl who wants friends, but doesn't really know how to interact with people. She won't say much, but you can bet that whatever she says will probably be important. To her, at least.

Backstory: Megumi was born to human parents who had a very high standard for her to follow. Megumi had always done her best to ensure that she had exemplary grades, and her parents were proud of her for that. Despite that, though, it wasn't enough for them. Rarely did Megumi have any time for herself. Even on occasions when her classmates invited her, she politely refused. Most of her time was spent studying, both about academics and about magic. Indeed, both her parents could wield magic, so of course they expected their child to be able to as well.

Megumi was worried that she would not have magical abilities. She couldn't bear to think about what would happen if that was to be the case. Fortunately for Megumi, her magical abilities did appear, although it was by accidentally making a garden hose explode from excess water pressure. While her parents were not exactly happy by what had happened, they were satisfied that their daughter did indeed possess magical abilities. So, she was given a carved stick that was to serve as a catalyst for her magic. When Megumi questioned why it was a wand when it could have been a lot of other things, her parents chided her and said that if she was to obtain a better catalyst, she would have to earn one herself.

When the time came for what school she should apply for, Megumi herself decided to go to Montagne Academy. Both her parents were shocked to hear this decision, and they tried to talk her out of it by offering other schools, but Megumi was adamant on this. Megumi's mother tried yet again, but her father had an idea. Megumi would be allowed to go, but if she ever decided to come back, she couldn't change her mind about it once the decision was final. The agreement was made, and she was sent to Montagne Academy.
Right down to the fandom. Gotta love Steven Universe, too, or at least the crossover songs.
I might try making a cs.
@Scarifar K, finally here.

Also, shall I have Amelia go to the infirmary so Leander has someone to talk to?

Sure, that's fine.
Well, that's my post done. I would prefer it to be a little longer, but I gotta leave room for the other stars of this show to make their responses.

Plus I'm terrible with creating long amounts of boring flavor text.
To the Citrouille Dungeon!

Tori took one last look at the group before she and Velte went off to the Citrouille Dungeon. Along the way, Tori attempted to start up some conversations with her new companion with some questions. How old she was, what skills she had, what she knew of this world, etc. Despite the few hours of walking, time quickly passed, and the two soon found themselves at a cave.

Tori went over to it and looked inside, feeling unimpressed with the appearance of the cave. She knew the quest box said that it looked just like a cave, but she still couldn't help but feel that way. After all, it was their first grand adventure in this world. Tori had been expecting something a bit more... grand. "Is this really a dungeon?" Tori wondered out loud. "It just looks like a cave to me."
