For our story's equivalent of Hero Mode that style works perfectly, though I'd prefer to use sprites most of the time. If you want, I can totally modify yours to fit this color scheme and ears (Though it'd be off-white, whiteness tends to freak out MSpaint's transparent-background selection, which I use about as often as ctrl+z when I draw.)

Also, Svenloth's CS is up, you guys are free to post yours in the character section with any modifications you see necessary.

I think we should declare any art styles now if everyone wants to help. So everyone can pair and choose their own or cooperative directions. SO we got sprites and hero mode. Any other modes or scenes of types of drawing?. Maybe a master post?

I'm not really used to trying to follow style guide lines or doing things simply. This is kind of new territory for me even when I was ok at drawing way back. What do you think of these version of my own character.

Your characters are both accepted. I like their designs but since I'm too lazy to redraw them a lot at different angles, I'll be redrawing simplified versions for ya'll to use based on your original designs.

Glad you caught on to the narrator (and the world's) disdain for the AWFUL FISH-PEOPLE. There's not really a reason for it, but one of the universal laws are that the awful fish-people are the Zoidbergs of the world. Anyway, stick around, drawings will be up soon.

shit,Have you ever heard of vectoring. It's when you use motherfucking shapes to make characters, I'm pretty you can fast animate/tween too with the right software. They also take up WWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY less memory than most pictures, I just brought it up, brother because if you want easy to place standard poses. Simplified assortments of shapes would be easier to shift about and. fucking. Create faster, or some shit.

It's pretty fucking old method, you should be able to find free software for it if you like.

Bio: You were born in a CHEMICAL LAB HELL, no wait. You weren't you were born in Eden and grew up being fascinated with MODELS and FASHION. Both things that not only society has deemed it undesirable for you to attempt, even by your own AWFUL FISH PEOPLE, but you feel bad for attempting and you should do. You started the wary road smothering yourself in books in order to become a spell flinging MAGE, at 12. Not for any noble reason like the pursuit of a higher purpose, good of awful fishkind or advancement of knowledge. Nah, none of that CRAP. You did it because you one day wanted to dispel your ugliness. Despite being horrendous, you crave POPULARITY and read, trashy, dime a dozen SELF HELP books. All depicting how to obtain charisma. Your previous HERMIT life style, however has stopped you from testing these out.

You have a BEARD despite it being physically impossible for your race to grow them purely because the other wizards laughed at you at the last reunion, a display of your desperation to fit in is that it is made of sponges, as are your shoes. You are a master SWIMMER due to your race and your major magics in Transmodification/Alteration and as such your school of mages are the prime fuck up that keep creating all the giant rats with your practice on objects.

By the way, Brother. There is this free pixel artist software called GraphicsGale specifically designed to allow you to practice stuff in 8 bit and 16 bit upwards as you like. If you pay for it you can even animate traditionally in it. It might be worth checking out for your stuff anyone else who finds drawing freehand/mouse in MSP hard. Since you can close in and "piece" together drawings more in gale.
