Tovo knew that in raids you shouldn't be greedy. A couple of sacks of dried meats would suffice for a raid such as this. Though, sadly, he had sworn to the village chief that he would get him a chicken and a piglet. Admittedly, Tovo is rather reluctant to do this and was tempted to jsut bring a couple extra of sacks and call it a day, but Tovo is a goblin of his word...and he is kind of scared of the chief getting mad at him and punishing him. He turns to face the raid leader.

"Taurl, I'm going to their animal pen and try to take the pig and chicken I promised the chief. I know that its risky...but I need to do this. If...If I don't return in time for the escape. Please don't risk the raid and just go. I don't want anyone getting captured or hurt from this."

Tovo offers him a smile and a seemingly confident chest pound.

"...and even if I do get left behind, I'm sure I can make it back by day's end."

Tovo truly hopes he can. He knows of what they would do to him if he got captured and involuntarily shudders at the thought.

Personality:

• Icy - Karl is cold, distant, and is not overly friendly with others. This sprouts from the high casualty rates of the 22nd and his life experiences. He believes that making friends with others would only make things harder to deal with when they die. Though, once you break through the cold exterior, he dearly values his comrades and would be willing to put his life on the line for them.
• Faithful - Karl has always been raised to love the Emperor above all else. Always have faith that the Emperor will protect and give guidance kind of thing. He has slightly more faith in the Emperor than the average guardsman and the return of a primarch only strengthened his faith.
• Dependable - Karl can stand on his own, him being one of the very few surviving members of the 22nd is proof of that. When given a task, he will do his fullest to complete the task and provide results.

History:

• Iothea was only a planet recently rediscovered and taken into the Imperium in the last 400 Terran years. The people who live in Iothea are simple folk, the farmers tend to their responsibilities dutifully in their farms as they believe it to be a great service to the Emperor and his Imperium. Life on the planet is hardly forgiving given the vicious fauna, feral orks tribes, and the odd cult appearing and throwing order into disarray. Thus enter the orders of knights, courageous groups of men and women ardent in defending the people of the Iothea. May the foes they face be a rampaging orks out for blood or cultists setting to corrupt and despoil, the knights will cut them down with righteous fury to restore order and peace on the planet.
• Karl Ockmann Tolzen was born into the knight order of the Black Halberd. The Black Halberds specialize in breaking enemy forces and defenses and leading assaults. Though given the nature of the order, heavy casualties were a norm. Karl was only a young knight when he, along with five thousand of his fellows, were chosen by their knight commander to become part of the 22nd regiment going to be sent in service of the Emperor. To the knights, this was an opportunity of a lifetime to serve the Emperor to the fullest. It was an absolute culture shock to the feudal worlders when they saw things of metal fly in the sky like a bird and weapons that fired, not bullets, but light at foes over a hundred paces away with precision and enough power to tear off a limb easily. They truly felt blessed that the emperor would offer them these powerful tools to further serve him and devoted themselves to their training.
• The battle for Yairus Prime would be the downfall of the 22nd. The battle for the forge world raged between imperial forces and a sizable Ork WAAAGH led by Warboss Agbar Headstompa for roughly five Terran years. It took the sacrifice of 97% of the 22nd and countless other sacrifices for imperial forces to finally bring down the Warboss. It was a phyrric victory. The imperial forces had managed to secure the planet and kill Warboss Agbar Headstompa and stop the WAAAGH, but at a heavy cost of over 120,000 lives and two thousand of vehicles.

Ill just replace guerilla tactics for Close quarters combat. That seems reasonable with a guy with a sword and lasgun with an axe bayonet. Ill also just remove the grenades from inventory if the busy inventory is bothering you.

Update.
Removed Guerilla tactics and replaced with CQC and removed the krak grenades completely.

Tovo took his time on the ground while doing his best to wade through the back pain resulting from Nabi's rough but relatively safe landing. He only laid prone on the ground for a half minute, not exactly enough time for him to fully get used to the aches but time was crucial and they had a raid to conduct. He turns to Nabi.

"Its fine but please don't make this into a common occurrence. I don't think I would be able to handle any more rough landings like that."

He looks back to see the other goblins accompanying them in the raid land safely. Tovo then turns to Taurl.

"Everyone is here, Taurl. What is our next step?"

Tovo follows his courageous leader's rush and ran as fast as his legs could. The hurdle over the fence would prove little challenge to him. He cleared the fence and lamded with a soft thud on the other side to accompany his leader. As he was about to stand up, the sight of Nabi about to fall caused Tovo to react first before having a coherent thought in his head. He dives below the area where Nabi was supposed to land and is met with the full weight of the falling goblin. It hurt. Very much so, but Tovo kept his scream of pain to a quiet and muffled grunt.
