It's important also to note that, whilst his incorporeal spectre form is of elsewhere attending to business, his body is left completely vulnerable. Without his fleshsack, he's pretty screwed.

Yeh.

The meat is real.
Can the specter form be damaged or deterred by attacks, or is it totally invulnerable?

Magnets.

Also generally any other form of non-corporeal attack will mess him up good.
@Tyler God as my witness there will be a lanky British chick.
@Tyler Why does it always come to this.

Powers & Abilities

Power Name:
“Electro-Specter”

Power Description:
I can separate myself from my organic body and become a floating humanoid mass of bioelectric energy.

Abilities:
In my Electro-Specter form I can fly and levitate. I can emit electric discharges as either directional or radial blasts. I can use cables and wires to get around faster by “entering” them.

Drawbacks & Weaknesses:
I can’t stay out of my body for longer than an hour or I’ll pretty much just disappear. I get weaker over time and it shows because I get less and less glow-y. Also my body wasn't resistant to this whole thing at first so that’s why I look weird.

About You

Family:
Keagan Bale (Father)
Sophia Bale (Mother)

Personal Statement:
I grew up in Philadelphia. My parents were normal folks and so was I up until I was 10. I did the Electro-Specter thing for the first time in the bathroom and caused a blackout in the apartment complex by accident. My parents were scared and they thought I’d died. Got back into my body and burned it pretty good in the process. Went to the hospital, came back after a while. Mom wanted me out of the house but dad wanted to keep me around. She left and the two of us just stayed in the apartment for a while. He admitted he was disturbed but he still helped me keep my head down. I practiced every now and then and the power came to me pretty easily. I still got burned a lot though and we couldn’t fix that. Eventually we found out about PITY. Dad sent a letter and we got the application form. You know the rest.

I didn't really want to list my hobbies and stuff here but my dad tells me I should fill out the page more. I like techno music, strobe lights, neon, graffiti, and ninja stuff. For a while I've wanted to be a disc jockey but I don't think that's gonna work out. I wear these tinted goggles to help me see because my eyes are really sensitive from all the burns. My nerve endings are pretty damaged too so I don't feel a whole lot of stuff. I also twitch a lot because of it. I can't say some words properly because I don't have lips anymore. I think this is enough.

Kantus and Baldwin

“My favor.”

Baldwin winced a bit. "The bloody favor?” He replied, “Well, I'd love to help you preen, but can't it wait until morning?"

Kantus didn’t bother responding to the joke. He simply spoke closer to the point. "Did you hear the announcement earlier regarding the Fifty-Eighters?" Baldwin raised a brow as he knelt down and picked up a few random articles of clothing. "Who did not, with that lovely voice sounding out from every corner and cranny in Voldoa?" He replied. Surely, if Announcer Amelia were here, she’d be outright disgusted with the Bergkonge.

“We have less than thirty minutes. We are leaving. Now.” Kantus said, “Dress warm.”

“For what purpose?” Baldwin replied, as he threw a heavy coat of fur over his shoulder.

“You will know soon.”

Kantus and Baldwin had both made haste for their destination, which Baldwin was still mostly left in the dark regarding. They stopped at a cluster of buildings being overlapped by vines and waited beside a wall. Kantus watched the Engineers’ watchtower in the distance while Baldwin kept an eye on their surroundings, making sure no one was following them, as per the Lord of Owls’ instructions.

“What…” Baldwin said, silently, “The bloody hell are we waiting for?”

“Our diversion.” Kantus replied, as the clock he’d been keeping track of in his head this whole time reached the thirty-second minute of the hour.
Being alone might be best, but it isn't fully required. The key is that there can't be any sort of mess. leaving something on the ground would cause Devin to trip over it as people rarely use their cane or assistance when in their own home. They are able to memorize the furniture and other things. even keeping desks in specific layouts is required for them to be able to us it regularly. Devin and his family would likely have asked that he have his own room since blind people are very much aware of how difficult this can be as most people even neat people aren't completely able to keep a place as neat as it needs to be.

Zach and Devin will not work in this case.

Soon I will be real.

The second wheel.

Kantus had entered through one of the house’s windows. Baldwin never cared to lock them, both because he always forgot to, and that he was so sure of himself being able to fend off any potential burglars. And oh, he could. But Kantus was not here to rob the Bergkonge of his ruined paintings or splintered furniture. No, he was here for what he was owed.

Kantus peered through the darkness and crept his way towards Baldwin’s quarters. His steps were silent, feet hidden by his robes. He creaked the door open and stepped inside, seeing the absolute mess that was the Hand’s room, and the man himself sprawled out over his blood-riddled bed.

Kantus had plenty of needles at hand in case a method of pacification was necessary. He stepped forward, avoiding the leaves and cloths, and loomed over Baldwin. He eyed his sleeping form for a moment before extending one of his arms and placing it on the sleeping Bergkonge’s shoulder.

“Baldwin.”
Still here, thinking of writing up a hellhound character, though maybe just a Black Shuck or a Grimm.

Both of those sound neat.
