Actually, Nathaniel (originally from the Bartimaeus Sequence) might be a little OP. If I arm him with the Ring of Solomon, he has the ability to summon 20,000 spirits at the most, even to the greatest Marid or Afrit. He would be in a weakened state whenever he uses it, immobile and experiencing extreme pain. If he does summon 20,000 spirits, I think it would kill him.

The Amulet of Samarkand grants him immunity from all magical attacks (this excludes psychic, physical, Warp or atomic attacks). Gladstone's Staff grants him the power to summon a legion of greater spirits with no trouble whatsoever. The Seven League Boots grants him the ability to travel long distances in one step. If this all sounds weird and extremely OP to you, I will take some of these away.
@Savato

I love the Zombie Duo, even though they killed Asuma (FUCK YOU KISHIMOTOOOOOOOO). They're a special kind of insane and methodical that I love.
Ok hold the damn phone. I see Goku... and he's already OP as shite. And I'm tired of seeing OP characters atm. At least take him out before being accepting. I'll still be looking at this for a moment so don't put it in yet.

Ah shit, I put the wrong draft in. Don't worry, I'll tone it down a bit. Any more changes? If ya want less OP characters, I'll be fine with that. I just want Nathaniel, Ghazghkull and maybe the Zombie duo (if anyone else wants them, go ahead) the rest aren't even going to show up. And I didn't realise that by signing them up to one organisation, it'll mean people who want them will have to apart of the organisation. XD Sorry bout that

In terms of the "not essential for established characters" thing, does it have to be a very well known character? Or if it exists already in fiction, and there is a wiki page, you don't have to include a bio or a personality thing?
1st Democracies Home Fleet - Envoy to BoP Fleet

Space above Arcadia-2

@Pirouette

The Dreadnought Final Frontier cruised in the void of space, gun ports closed and appearing to as friendly as possible. It was flanked by the two Cruisers closely while Heavy and Patrol Frigates provided a screen for the bigger ships. Two Light Frigates trailed the envoy, ready to provide sniping support to their comrades. Everyone was tense inside the ships and with good reason. The past millennium has been tough on the Democracies, several galactic spanning wars spawning from first contact with another alien civilisation. Still, there was small undercurrent of excitement for the crews. A new xenos nation that hasn't fired on them yet? The Democracies People always had hope. A giant ding ringed in Jane's ear, notifying her of a message.

~Hail ship and crew of the unknown. As per regulation with the Multiple Universal Coalition, all ships must comply with the following in order to be recognized as a legitimate representative of your species:

Ships and fleets must have their regulation issued transponders on at all times. In the event of the transponders deactivation, you must activate it immediately upon comprehending this message. Failure to do so can and will be deemed as deviant behavior and subject to an appropriate response.

In the event that your species is new to realization of a Multi-universal reality and does not have a transponder, a reply to this message must be made at once by any means possible. Failure to do so may result in appropriate defensive measures by a complying fleet.

This message is broadcasted on all frequencies in all languages, codes, and tones.

This message repeats...

'Multi-universal reality? Transponder? How do they know Frel? Multiple Universal Coalition? The fuck?' Nonetheless, the Tayt captain quickly turned to the nearest comms. officer as the message repeated. "Do we have our receptor array still?" The receptor array was usually the first thing that breaks during a Jump malfunction. They were never made to be strong, most of the nations in their Galaxy had some form of telepathy.

The officer shook his head before responding "It was broken before we were even awake." Jane then looked towards the nearest Tar'Lik, a white furred guard standing on his two hind legs. "Soldier! You read my mind and listen to the message. You will then relay that message to that damn ship over there, okay? Do not screw up!" He nodded with a smile and paused to read her head before sending it, with his mind, towards the ship. He repeated it twice.

"Unknown Ships, we represent the Fay'Ran Jik Democracies. We hail from the Milky Way Galaxy but have not crossed universes before. Do not shoot. I repeat, do not shoot. We are peaceful and mean no harm. We apologise if our form of communication disturbs you in any manner, we do not have the capabilities to respond with our communications array.

This is Captain Jane Lyra Abend speaking for the Fay'Ran Jik Democracies. We hope for peace and prosperity between our two peoples. We extend an offer of sending a diplomatic shuttle to ship to discuss the future, with your permission of course. But if you show any signs of aggression, we will not hesitate to blow your ships apart.

Kind Regards, Captain Jane Lyra Abend."
Just saying, singular characters don't have the satisfaction of releasing thousands of fighters and shout out "BEEEEEEES!" Unless they're a beekeeper.

@Pirouette

My ships are quite big, especially if by your definition of Asari Dreadnought doesn't mean Destiny Ascension big, it means most of my fleet is bigger than most of your fleet. Have you got visual of them yet?

Also, how would they respond to a telepath? Because that's how they contact each other, and only has in-ship comms. Most of the species they interact with are telepathic soooo....
@thewizardguy

At the moment, as I make their CS, I don't think my faction is good per se. All they are ordered to do is to entertain their bosses by making as much chaos as they can and basically make a shit show. Some accomplish this by violence while others go into political intrigue. The team that is supposedly "dragged" into this will not be the subtle sort and is probably not going to ally with anyone. A pair of Zombies, a powerful Ork Warboss and an irritated Mage aren't likely to ally with anyone but themselves.
Banha Akiyama

New York, Arcadia-1

@thewizardguy

Banha's mind filled with many things, things he could not comprehend. When the being in front of him gave him the "gift", he was almost confused as what he meant. When he touched his forehead, his mind exploded in activity. The Batarian clutched his head in pain, technologies beyond his imagination filled his head. Ideas, schematics, machinations of war. All of things they would need to survive this world.

When the headache subsided and the forced memories eased into his mind, Banha thought of the man's offer. To fight, and possibly survive, along side this man seemed like an interesting concept. A strong ally in a place with beings much more powerful than him. He glanced towards his small Yakuza army. He was extremely grateful for the work of this man but it was still a force a mere hundred strong. Not enough people to even start thinking about hanging around these people.

As the man walked away from him, his decision was made final. They will go with this man and with the knowledge that the Batarian now possessed, he will prove the Yakuza worthy again. "Banha-dono! Are you okay, sir?" He turned to see Sivius run towards him, face showing his concern. He got up, deactivating his sword as he did so.

"Bah! Don't worry about me, care to the other folks that almost died!" Banha dismissed him with a wave, dusting the dirt off his pants. The Scientist shook his head before taking a look at the armoured human behind him. "What did he do to you sir?" He grinned at the Turian, tapping at the side of his head.

"He gave me an idea. Now where's that excitable Asari scientist you always talk about?" Sivius looked at him with a concerned look. People knew of Banha's particular taste in Human and Asari women but only his friends knew how rough he was. The Batarian looked at him with blank eyes before laughing, patting the scientist on the back.

"Come on! I wouldn't do that to a poor old girl! She's turned 100 hasn't she? Much too young for me." The Grand Leader stopped laughing when he saw his friend's face, serious and unwavering. "Okay, wake Varhak as soon as he is able and get Hidan's crazy ass over here. We need a meeting, for the survival of the Yakuza. And I really need that Asari girl, send her over as quickly as you can."

The Turian nodded before running off to get the Asari. He sat down on a broken piece of concrete, waiting for him to come back. He didn't have to wait long however, a very curvaceous Asari walked towards him, confidence in her step. She approached him with a serious look before saluting, a clenched fist over her heart. The headband on her forehead showed that she was very new in the Yakuza world. 'Younglings and their seriousness! If only my senior lieutenants could be bothered to follow things like procedure. I swear I'll smack the shit out of Hidan one day.' He looked at the girl with four eyes, squinting a little.

"What's your name?" She stomped her foot before saying "Private Zeliasha Morasava, sir!" Banha almost chuckled at her energetic nature before responding "I need to relay some information to you. We need to perform a meld." Instead of an energetic response, a look of uncertainty was given. He shook his head before gesturing FTL his brain.

"Not the mating kind of meld Zeliasha, only an exchanging of information." Morasava nodded, if reluctantly, and grabbed his head with two arms. He nodded to two Elcor that escorted the Asari there. Banha knew that they were vulnerable during the meld, Sivius knew so as well. He focused her attention back on the Asari as her eyes turned black. She screamed out "Embrace Eternity!"
