[Shiny Keldeo]

Welcome! If you're reading this, than you decided to drop by for a visit and check out my profile! If not, then why are you still reading this right now?

The name's Keldeo, Shiny Keldeo. I joined the Guild about a two years ago after my first forum fizzled out. I thought I knew what I was doing with Roleplay when I came on the scene, when in reality I had barely scratched the surface of what I had to learn.

My first few RPs went bust, but with each failure I gained valuable experience to learn from, and eventually I started up a fairly successful RP known as Digimon: As the Lights Fade. However, it eventually went bust as over half the RPers, including my Co-GM, poofed and dropped without much warning.

Then came two of my longest running RPs. Pokemon: Legendary Guardians and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Shadows of the Past. Both were filled with great characters and I made a ton of new RP friends in them. Sadly, too many problems arose in both, and I was forced to shut them down.

I wasn't done with Legendary Guardians, however, and rebooted it to try my hand at it once more. So far, it's still going strong, thanks to dedicated people like Ninian and Light Lord, who've helped it stay alive through it all. I'm still not done yet, there's still more creative genius in me waiting to be tapped into!

Roleplay Information

I like to stick to Casual mostly. I've never tried anything in Advanced, but I just can't do anything in Free. I like to include way more dialog and information in my posts than I can post in Free.

I usually prefer to RP with Multiple Characters. It's easier for me to say more and do more, whether that being a Digidestined with a Digimon, a Pokemon Trainer with their Pokemon, or multiples of either.

Speaking of which, there are several subjects to which I usually work with in RP. The biggest being Pokemon. I'm up for (almost) anything, Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, or just being a normal Trainer is completely fine with me. Other interests include Digimon, Star Wars, and various other subjects that would be too numerous to name here.

@Sketcher For the moment I'm making Jirachi unavailable, thus why Unknown is marked instead of a name or open space. Another veteran trainer traveling through Viore, and one of the few that have lived there all their lives. It's Dracotia Village, not Town (Yes there is a difference). Other than that it's fine.

@SleepingSilence I'm gonna say no for Darkrai. Once again it was way back in the original iteration of the RP (An iteration that isn't even on this site) as a duo with Cresselia, but I decided against it this time. However, if a lot of the other RPers in this are against this decision, I may bring them back (It would still be a duo with Cresselia, thus a duo character/constant collab). Character itself seems fine though.
@SleepingSilence I've said before, If the sign says apply then apply
Eh... Maybe in the future I'll allow dual characters, but this early on I don't want too much of the plot to be spoiled yet. Maybe in the future after the main plot has been fully revealed and such, where it won't be as much of a problem.

Also, I know that it's at least dusk for a good number of the characters.
@JunkMail Accepted, I'll PM you some details on Team Royal Skies then as well.

@Draconequis I was a little hesitant on making a Mega Arcanine myself (As I already had a Mega Ninetales), but I like the concept. Only thing I don't really find appealing is the name of the Ability. I like the other things about it. I'll accept it for now though, and I'll put it on the Megas List.
@JunkMail Good, a few changes made. Still that last one though... I said above, the TOTAL number you should have would be around three, maybe four. That includes Rotom.

So for now, obviously Rotom and Tyrantrum will stay. It's up to you to decide what you keep on you. You can generally keep all of your Pokemon, but just keep a few on you. Swap them out periodically, that would make for an interesting character, you'll never know what he'll throw out this time.

Catagorize it somewhat like this:

Other Pokemon:
On Hand:

Stored Away:
@Zetsuko Eh... the original itteration of the 286th did have a Commando Squad readily available, but for this one I will say no for now. For this iteration of the 286th, It's just one of the many Clone Units dispatched to the outer rim.
I'd suggest adding some more guidelines to that specific part of the OP, because with abilities like Wonderguard in the pokemon game, the line between okay and overpowered becomes unclear.

I listed a few examples that should have gotten the point across about Abilities already. And Wonder Guard is easy to bypass, as long as it's not something like a Wonder Guard Spiritomb or something crazy like that. It also doesn't prevent stuff like stat decreases and side effects from status effects.

And for your question about the number of Pokemon, like I said, keep three or four on you (I'll let you keep other Pokemon, and you can swap them around and such I guess).

And, since Tyrantrumite is a Custom Mega Stone, it will be near non-existent and unknown to just about everyone. I'm unsure of how exactly to make of it completely based on your description, whether it was found in Viore or created synthetically. That could help a bit.

Other than that it looks good.

@JunkMail
Good to hear, I know someone tried a little something like this before. I've also had experience in kind of the same way with GMod Star Wars RP. I tried running a server with pre-picked Commanders and stuff, but realized that we should have EVERYONE (Except us) start from the bottom and earn the ranks that they receive.

That's why I will be making the RP the way that it is set up. However, I may decide against killing off the Commanders as both of them are characters that i've created and worked in depth with. I'll figure something out.
@JunkMail Hmm... This is long... for now I would tone it down a bit on the number of Pokemon. Keep about three or four on you at a time as a member of Royal Skies. Rotom is fine for a partner, just make sure he's in his normal forme most of the time (Unless you want Damian carrying around a Fridge, Washing Machine, etc. all the time). Tyrantrum can stay, and I'll get onto his Mega Forme in a bit. I'll leave it up to you who else you can keep. Personality is fine, but I would change from researcher to Elite. Researcher was intended for the more scientist-like guys. It's the Grunts, Elites, and Admins and stuff that have the super powerful Pokemon.

On to Mega Tyrantrum... Typing I would think is fine. Ability... No. I believe I said in the Mega CS Guidelines "Don't give them a completely overpowered ability." I'm pretty sure being almost immune to to basically all status effects and stat losses is considered overpowered. I can assist a bit with that though.

Ability: Tyrant's Gaze - Decreases the power of the enemy Pokemon (similar to Intimidate), and also gives the chance for an opponent to flinch upon physical contact.

I feel that could suit that more. And keep in mind that this is "Based more on Anime Mechanics than Game Mechanics", meaning that there will be the most minor of game mechanics implemented.

The 286th Legion

I was inspired to create this by my former Roleplay, Star Wars the Clone Wars - Order 66 Rewritten. This will be going along with the canon, so no alternate history. The 286th Legion is just one of many active clone units during the Clone Wars. They are stationed in the Outer Rim Territories on the lookout for Separatist activity.

Plot

It has been about four months since the Battle of Geonosis, and the war has entered a bit of a stalemate. Neither side is gaining any ground nor losing any. The CIS control a vast amount of the Outer Rim, and continue to try and push into the Inner Core. The Republic, on the other hand, controls a vast amount of the Inner Core and continues to try and push out into the Outer Rim.

Many Clone detachments and Jedi Knights are cut off from reinforcements in the Outer Rim because of this, leaving many to fend for themselves as General Grievous continues his path of terror and death. The 286th Legion is one of these units in the Outer Rim, protecting various Republic Controlled Worlds from invasion. They are led by Jedi General Kelen Rolin, Jedi Commander Teela Kamara, and Clone Commander CC-7501 Bronze.

The main focus on this is going to be the characters. I'm going to create the Battalions, and everyone here is going to start at the rank of Trooper. I feel that will be a fair way for this to work. Naval forces will be different, each new ship created will be Commanded by a Captain. You can create lower ranks, however, such as Lieutenant, Ensign, Etc...
