Hunter is a person who could be easily described as socially awkward, it's only been in recent months he has started to interact with people outside of his own family. Despite him having some social issues, once he is participating in an event he will start acting as if he couldn't even understand the definition of socially Awkward. His recent success in being social? Alcohol.

Hunter is a functional alcoholic, even though he rarely gets above a little buzzed, he will almost never be sober. As he would put it, being sober is an way way to realize how much life sucks sometimes. Though he does recognize he has a problem, he figures it's better then any other solution that he has present to him.

Hunter when he warms up to people tends to be on the protective of those he cares about, or those who have been kind to him in some way shape or form. If someone was to confront him, his reactions would depend on a lot of things. Sometimes he has the rationalization to try and talk his way out, other times he would be up for a good fist fight, despite not knowing how to fight or having no real muscle mass. Despite this short fuse, he does his best to be polite to as many people as he can, and despite a slight language issue, he takes note of who he is wearing in front of and tries to correct himself most times. Most.

Likes:

• Music in general, Johnny Cash, Shooter Jennings, older country sounds mostly. Though he will listen to a variety it's still his favorite. This being said, Katy Perry is always fair game for the radio to play.
• Food and drinks. Favorites would be too many to list, but a few would be Coffee, soda, sweets in general, jerky ( Any sort ), more coffee, and potatoes!
• Doing stupid things, Hunter is the kind of person who would go cliff diving because the idea crossed his mind once weeks ago, he is also the kind of person who would try to solve his tech problems by putting the item into a bucket of gasoline and plugging it into a car battery.

Dislikes:

• Being broke. Despite his family still being able to cover bills, and have food reliably on the table, his family's disposable income is next to nothing. Which he was fine with until he started going through life trying to get his own job and was left to work his family's scrap yard.
• Hunter has a short fuse when it comes to things not working as planned. He is the kind of person that if a car he was driving broke down on the side of the road he would hit it with his fist until he realized Car VS hand, hand loses.
• Electric pop music. Despite his love for music overall, he can't stand electric pop. He finds it best used as torture more then anything else.

The Monroe family has been living on the edge of Content, Ohio since 1904 where they originally started as potato farmers on a few acres of land. Most members of the family never left the small town, and even fewer went on to an advanced education of any kind. Most either found jobs in town, or participated with the family farm until about 1964 when the family sold most of the property to pay back some debts. After that the family got into the scrapping business. Even though many would stay on the property for most of their lives, some would find other jobs and move out into their own places, but for the most part they stayed within driving distance of the town.

Hunter himself was born to Diana Killian and Bill Monroe, in the year 1998. Hunter growing up had very noticeable skills in math and simple engineering, so at a young age several members of his family started pitching in for funds to send him off to be the first Monroe to go onto college. Unfortunately despite his ability in math and engineering he was lacking in general science, English, and history. This made it so that he barely held a passing grade most of his school career, and in many situations in high school he was forced to retake some classes because of his grades. In the end he was still able to pass with a 72% average, much higher then he though he would graduate at when he found out he would have to retake classes.

Because of the stresses of trying to pass school and trying not to have issues interacting with people, Hunter has come t the conclusion that life would be easier if he stopped caring about how hard it was. This soon led him to believe that it would be easier to live like this with a little help of his parent's liqueur cabinet. He got caught the first time and told his parents he wouldn't do it again, but with that in mind he just was careful about how much he drank at any one time.

Hunter wants to be the first in his family to be able to take a higher education, what kind he decided not to be too picky on. But he wants to learn because he has felt that many believed he couldn't. He does know that if he doedn't get a higher education like college or an internship he is most likely going to be working on his family's scrap yard living in the same building he was raised in.

One plan he had was to join the navy if he couldn't get into college on his own, figuring that way he would be able to at least try a low level engineering position from there. The main issue holding him back here though is that he is a functioning alcoholic.
