I'd be playing the Malagasy Empire, born from the island of Madagascar being relatively untouched at the end of the nuclear wars. They'll have lost most of their tech, but have effectively become a colonial power in this new Earth.

Here's my map claims (yellow) if the premise is acceptable:



This nation would be all about expansionism via colonization.

Well, I'm really talking about turn-based games with RPG elements that have characters attack with a %chance of hitting or missing. I mean, at that point the RNG is just part of the system. That's how it works. Asking to pull out the RNG is like asking to pull out the awful character themes from a JRPG, or the boxes from a Solid Snake game. It doesn't work.

When you're discussing a video game whose core system involves random number elements with plenty of warnings about this and people playing the game want to get rid of the RNG elements because they believe the RNG is murdering them when in all reality the game is well balanced and is all about finding ways to not depend on the RNG to do your job for you... uh, yeah, those people are annoying.
