PREMISE
Everyone has that flare about them that makes them different or special and people often gravitate towards them because of it. Some people realize it and play it up while others donβt even realize it or they just deny it. This quality may be a good thing or a bad thing but it helps people go through life but sometimes, it hinders them from their full potential. That flare that resides in people can be anything from a physical feature, a trait within their personality, or maybe a life event that happened and shaped them into the person they are today. Either way it goes, whatever that specific thing may be within that person makes them stand out in the crowd. Itβs what makes that person different or special.
But these ten individuals, who travel through the crowded streets in the City of Angels known as Los Angeles, may have hopes and dreams but maybe they donβt. Each one of them just wants to be happy, a feeling that is relative to each of them, and while that is they will always have each other along with other people that have entered their lives. However their lives play out, whether itβs embracing their own individuality or not, itβs all up to them now.
Some have known each other growing while others are just being introduced to the group lives. Some of them share apartments while others have decided to stay on their own. They are all entering adulthood now and about to be on a crazy adventure right in their own city.
Romance, drama, and even betrayal will happen in their lives and all they have to do is figure out who or what it is they want to be.
But no one told them that life would be this way.

OOC INFORMATION
Hello, everyone! It's been a long time but back with a Silent Whispers Production. This roleplay is primarily character driven with GM events to help move things along. Time skips will happen. For minimum time skips, they will happen two weeks in real time and for maximum time skips, they will happen within a month real time. Beware that whatever your character does reflects their direction in the roleplay along with others. There will be mature themes present such as drugs, alcohol, sexual references, and other things. We will start the in-character on Thanksgiving Day with a potluck dinner at one of the character's apartments. Covid will not be an issue or affect this roleplay at all.
THE RULES
β’ Please follow RPG rules and guidelines. Fade to black when necessary but heavy kissing and light touches are fine.
β’ Respect your fellow roleplayers and the entire group. We're here to have fun and enjoy ourselves, so don't ruin it for everyone else. DO NOT be a dick or asshole
β’ Absolutely no godmoding, metagaming, autohitting, or anything of the sort. You will be immediately kicked from the roleplay if you do either of these.
β’ Mature themes will be present here but please use trigger warnings when necessary.
β’ Understand that some characters won't get along but please try to include everyone. Please try to add some diversity to the characters, as well. Make sure they are flawed or else, they will not be accepted.
β’ This roleplay will be high casual and your posts should reflect that writing style. Not asking for novella-style posts but at least two and a half paragraphs of non-dialogue. Collab posts are highly encouraged!
β’ There will be a certain pace kept here. Won't ask for a post every single day but at least one or two a week should be plenty.
β’ There will be an OOC thread, which is where character acceptions will happen, and a Discord, where ooc chatter, plotting, and other things take place. Discord is not mandatory but definitely encouraged.
