The moment Devastator's beam broke, Kaliflur smiled. They'd done it. They'd saved the world. All of Kaliflur's power, and even some of her life force, had been put into her attack. She smiled, and opened her mouth, about to say something, but then immediately powered down and hit the earth with a thud. She was completely out cold.
Violet covered her ears, hearing the Devastator's screech. Like Maximus, she too could understand it. She'd never heard any sound so loud. It was hard to concentrate on anything. Once it had stopped, she opened up a capsule, which wasn't one of her Red Ribbon ones. This one held a cabinet, filled with syringes of senzu serum.
"Does anyone need medical attention?" Violet called out to the group. She had not contributed to the beam. Her own contribution would have been insignificant, the power on display was already more than enough, and if Devastator had pulled another trick, she'd have been the only one strong enough to fight. She had to think tactically.
