We do need to factor in that in most cases real wolrd physics need not apply. Floating island, upside down houses, breathable water. Digimon has had plenty strange areas in the digital world. We just had a temple turn to dust in the wind, and we walked right through a giant tree. So whats to say our blood won't just float away like data when we get injured. In the event of death i see 2 possible outcomes- but that's simply the analytic side of me. Either we simply die succumbing to whatever injuries were inflicted upon us, or we will die in a simialar fashion to Digimon as our whole bodies are data, severe injuries should react like data.But hopefully we won't have to deal with a dead human.

Well I expected similar things to what happens with digimon (injuries leaking data, bursting into data upon death) but I meant like when they die. They just either be people missing from the real world, or maybe even 'deleted' from reality as well and never existed. That would be dark and sad xD

Hey I was wondering, what happens when a human dies while in the digital world? Do they just burst into data like digimon? I don't expect them to be reborn like them of course xD

Thank you :D I'm glad you like them. I usually change the avatar along with changes in their appearance (like removing a shirt or such) but was lazy last time :p but putting the general place then exact place makes things easier for others as well as who's getting interacted with ^^

Edit: just changed Cat's avatar to fit the situation better. Course it's not exact how he looks but hey xD did what I could

Just wanted to leave a heads up that through December (possibly early Jan) my replies will be a lot slower because it is the busiest time of year for me and my family. I swear there is a new thing going on every day. The holidays are so hectic! All I want to do is curl up under my covers, read a book, write, or watch a movie, but everyone wants me to be social. It's criminal! Looking for a job, too, but nobody is biting. Ha ha PS. I love the most recent posts, you guys ;)

Had Alex show off a bit of his book wormy nature hopefully that was was alright. Poor Alex though thinking this is all some weird dream of his, he might be worried about reading before bed from now on lol.

Stiffening more as two other people joined the three, Jake glanced toward the two boys with mild curiousity. One of the seeming annoyed to see other people, in which Jake glanced away. Before he could examine the others thoroughly, Pagumon chirped up.

"Awe finally you two are here. Took ya long enough. Now you! Pay attention to the temple!" Pagumon said, pressing her ears on either side of his head before forcefully turning it toward the temple:

Jake blinked, but didn't complain to the digimon's forceful attitude as he looked at the temple and saw what looked like a beaten up shaggy monkey with pants. The Digimon weakly explained a little of the situation and why they were here. In which made Jake quite doubtful of such a thing. This adventure and situation sounded like something out of a manga or something. Destined to save a world... Jake was sure whoever sent him made a mistake. He didn't have much qualities for a hero, and he wasn't hopeful he would succeed in such a thing. He was just a tall kid who painted and knitted back home and read manga, books and went to school. What could they hope for in him?

As Gokuwmon finished, Jake blinked and raised in hand and stepped foreward in worry as the Digimon evaporated into pixilated dust and spread into the sky, along with their surroundings that soon left them in the forest. He wondered what happened to the monkey digimon, but he felt a pang in his chest that was a twist of the knife of sorrow and dread.

The red haired boy that proclaimed himself Eden as well asking what they should do now. The single girl said her name was Karin, and voiced she didn't know what to do. Karin seemed more uncomfortable talking to the compete strangers, while Eden seemed more calm in the whole matter

Jake was silent for a few heartbeats before giving a slight sigh. "I'm Jake. We should probably start looking for those Obelisk keys.... Best way is to start walking, preferably a village to ask questions on possible locations." he said clearly though his blue eyes soon shifted away from them to examine his surroundings before glancing up at the Digimon on his head. "Pagumon, do you know any good places to start?" he asked.

"Nope! But we better get moving!" Pagumon answered, ears twitching slightly.
