Niks it is.
...
Oh right, I was trying to fix his stuff so his magic would be useful for more than against those that're practically naked.

Yeah you won't be fighting Rilla all the time, most characters wear clothes.
The four tall and lean, muscular and long-limbed men; wearing Hawaiian shirts, board shorts and flip-flops entered the cafeteria. They had nary a care in the world and it was obvious by their loud, boisterous nature that they were headed to the outside sports bar that hung off the cafeteria.

“I am telling Kol, you are gonna love football.” JT MacLeod said as they made their way through the crowded area.

“Verily JT, I am looking forward to seeing these Patriots face the magical Seahawks.” The tall Viking said jovially as they skirted past a table of six women.

“Woah . . . Hello ladies” Steve Wallis, aka General Freedom said as he flashed the million dollar smile. Jake ‘the Under’ Taker stopped; grinning at the tawny furred tigress who met his gaze. The larger Steve dwarfed the three men with him, yet his smile and the look in his eyes spoke of supreme confidence.

JT and Kolskegg, who had taken the lead, cut in front of Skallagrim, bumping into him, knocking him off his stride. Kolskegg, turning looked the skeletal being up and down a minute before muttering a sheepish apology.

Skallagrim, thrown for a minute by the interaction, stared and then memorized the event. It was some sort of courting ritual to be sure, but it was one he was not familiar with. He cracked his neck and turned his attention back to the men he originally was approaching.

JT, having seen the women that the other two were talking two gripped the Viking’s arm and led him back to the table of women in time to hear Steve say.

“. . . anyway we’re headed to the sports bar, would you care to join us?

Kolskegg, not really known for his tact turned his attention towards the table in time to come face to face with a rather tall amazon whose smile was absolutely dazzling.

“Um . . .Kolskegg.”

“Pardon me?”

JT chuckling, slapped the large man on the back, “Sorry. My friend’s name is Kolsegg . . .” Before he could finish a dark mocha skinned girl with the largest, green eyes he had ever seen smiled at him.

“Aralandra. I am Aralandra Skavarish and these are my friends. We’re headed to the pool. They have a bar there. . . “

The six-women and four men made their way to the pool bar.
@Crazy Scion

Well The Dreamers are an ancient species, so they tend to have a very different outlook on things anyways. But good and evil are relevant to the acts in question. There is a Forgotten loose, Rilla has decided to craft a Forgotten character and take it in his direction. We discusses it and as long as he keeps within the general mythic frame work he can do what he wants. Which is why Skallagrim (IC) is keeping an eye on things.

You are correct, if the Lord of Nightmares were released it would provoke another war between the Dreamers and the Forgotten/Nightmare Legions.

The Dreamers are less good/evil as they are more observers and collectors of data. However they can and will destroy worlds or even entire stellar civilizations if they deem it necessary to further their own existence.
@Rilla@Skallagrim

Can you guys tell me about The Dreamers, The Forgotten, The Rebellion, and The Xindhi. There is obviously a very detailed and expansive relationship shared by these things, but I am only just beginning to read up on it. So if there are any highlights I should take note of or if you feel like info dumping me. I welcome whatever you feel like telling me about since am quite curious about all of it.

While I have nothing but a cursory dabbling in Rilla's mythos, here is a quick outline of mine to give you an idea of what is going on.

The Dreaming Mythos:

The Xindhi is a species of beings from a world five times the size of earth and three times the gravity. They are an old species having been birthed about four billion years after the birth of the multiverse. Throughout their brutal existence they evolved through their technology into mastering their energy forms. Not all Xindhi adopt the energy forms of Aesr, retaining their flesh forms for untold millennium.

Their form of government is a parliamentary monarchy, with the Dreaming Queen as the head of the empire, while her Gothi run the day to day empire. The War of Pattern occurred when Prince Autik sought to seize the throne from his sister. He was defeated and sent to the Shroud. Shroud is a pocket dimension where only the galdhr can be accessed. Being driven mad, Autik took the name Ghoukas, Lord of Nightmares and mastered the galdhr to a degree far beyond even the power of his sister. He broke free and gathered an army, the Nightmare legions comprised of the Forgotten, Xindhi who follow him and Shu’fasa, monsterous creatures who see him as a God.

The second attempt to capture the Dreaming Empire resulted in the War of the Dreamers, where he was finally defeated after he consumed and destroyed 9 worlds throughout the multiverse as he sought to bring down his sister. In a final confrontation with Skallagrim he was bested and once again imprisoned in the Shroud. The Forgotten melted away in to the dark universe hiding in the shadows waiting for the day Ghoukas is free again.

The Shu’fasa have gone back to their universe still following Ghoukas and Jashta as gods, gathering strength to one day defeat the Dreamers in glorious battle.

Dramatis Personae.

Queen Scathach- the Dreaming Queen and leader of the Xindhi, the most powerful Gothi on the planet and possessor of the Soul Staff who resides in at the Dark Cathedral, a hidden fortress city rumored to hidden among the clouds.

Skallagrim the Cughtagh- he is the Queens champion and the opener of the Nightmare gate as well as its gateman. He possesses one of the three swords of Fate, Onverlich, and resides in the shadowed realms where he keeps watch over the dark paths of fate that weave their way into the world. He is the sworn enemy of Ghoukas.

Prince Autik- he is the younger brother to the Dreaming Queen and a powerful physical specimen. He attempted to over throw his sister during the failed War of Patterns. Defeated, he was spared death and exiled to the Shroud, a realm where the Xindhi is removed from the seidhr, leaving only the galdhr. During his exile in the Shroud he descended into madness. Finally renouncing his seidhr, mastering and developing the galdhr to a degree far suprassing even the most skilled masters. During his madness he adopted the name Ghoukas, Lord of Nightmares and forged the black sword Dust. He commands the Nightmare legions and is feared throughout the Dreaming Mythos. His followers are called the Forgotten and have turned away from the teachings of the seidhr, learning and strengthening their mastery of galdhr.

That fight is still going on? I thought they'd have figured no one was there and gone home.
Lol I just looked at Kolskegg, JT, General Freedom, and Jake. They look like they would hang out, drink beer, look at women and kick ass as a team.
You shouldnt get points for participating. You shouldnt lose points for losing a fight. But to get points for playing? No. My nephews get a trophy for playing soccer and if they don't win or place in the top three they refuse the trophy. Reasoning is it is meaningless to get something for losing.
I was always against the participation award points. I always argued if you lose you lose, you don't get points for losing.
They only go slow because people choose to square off and not focus fire on one ti get the field down fast.
