As all hell was breaking loose, Toby needed to make some moves, and fast. He decided to go for crowd control. "All active officers, set a perimeter. No one enters or leaves. Civilians, disperse, get to safety." He yelled out and people began to move. If he could clear the area, it would make it much easier to deal with the situation. "Alright you fucking Cat. Surrender, I'm getting bored."
"Spell idea... Uhhhh... How about something like a flamethrower?" He says, a little too excitedly. He may be a pyromaniac...
As he hands her the money, he shoots a look at Stride, giving the woman the full three hundred. "That was unnecessary. Don't cheat people out of their money." He says as he picks up the hammer and begins to walk out. "Is that blacksmith done with my arm?"
