My Very Brief Bio

Male, 33 years old. (I'm even more dead than before.)

Likes (other than writing and roleplaying): I'm into all genres of music. I love to cook. I love the outdoors, and walking through the park near my house. (Yes, really.) I read a lot of thriller/mystery novels. And I usually watch seasonal anime. (Or cooking shows. Because Western Media provides even fewer things that are worth watching.)

But as for my many other neglected hobbies, I've played basically every sport. (Soccer and Bowling being my favorite of the bunch.) And I'm trying to play more video games. (Going through my never-ending Steam library.) Plus, I've dabbled in making electronic & metal music, and I used to play a number of instruments. (Guitar, French Horn, etc.)

Hope you have a wonderful day!

@KatherinWinter
Leo waited, looking at the teacher go up to the desk seeing the pirate student starting to doze off, interrupted by the loud slamming of the desk. "Liking this class already..." Leo thought in his head sarcastically, wondering how this could get any worse. But quickly immediately getting nervous when she mentioned going into pairs, and he stood up in revulsion hearing who he had been paired with. "Teach, are you kidding me? Why am I getting paired with the trouble maker? I don't want to cook with someone so spoiled they probably don't even know how to start a fire. Pair her and the sleeping student!" Leo spoke out in protest, especially upset considering it had to do with whether he got to eat or not, putting that in someone's hands was not something he appreciated.

Jay waited to hear who he was paired with, not even surprised seeing which students were acting up, just hoping they'd all get tossed out of class, peculiarly the student in red. Admittedly enjoying, him being upset. As did Inigo, who was still watching from the window scoffing seeing Flick. "Oh come on, I'm not allowed in school but that is?" Inigo complains. Jay silently nodded to Roman, as Jay sighed not terribly pleased at her choice. Getting up, not making a fuss of it, going over to Katherin seeing who she was from the teacher pointing the students out since it was doubtful anyone knew each others name yet. "Let's get cooking." Jay states in an apathetic tone.
@Dracogenius Hmm...Okay, starting off I suppose I will write for my character's and the NPC's interaction, since my character is in involved...My second post was going to be between Erebus and Eros back in the kingdom anyhow. Forgive me, I read your post last night, and must of not seen that part. I just tried skimming them over once again, but still didn't find a mention of my character. But I do have advice, IF someone mentions another character in their post, could they please use @mention, at the very top of their post, so it's not as easy to miss entirely...Especially considering that particular 'reply' rule. Which I have to ask...

We'd like to see everyone post at least once by the end of the week, but that's all! (so when this was posted, you have 4 days.)

That means that if it is your turn to respond, you have four days to do so before you are skipped over.

Okay, not trying to make anything out of it, but doubling down (mentioning twice, nearly in a row.) of telling people to post quickly, or else. Might be a little silly if you made others wait around slightly longer than that. :P Once probably would of been enough, if you had to bring it up at all. :3

But question around that particular rule, what exactly does that mean? Does it mean if one replies you MUST get back to them in 4 days, no matter what? How exactly would that work if two characters were battling against each other? Can those two be posting literally pages before anyone else. And someone else hadn't posted for 5 days, but he hadn't been prompted so it doesn't matter? Usually I prefer, giving everyone a chance to post relatively evenly. If people over post, it can discourage people that feel that they are behind. Also skipped over how? So let's say if, two characters are having a conversation, if one doesn't post in a while, does the other person just ret-con the conversation? What happens if they come back to the RP after those 4 days? What do they post now that there last post has been ret-conned?

Because the way I have done role-plays in my highschool RP forum, when I had concern about inactive players, or simply active players needing to take a sudden leave of absence. I'd called them 'seamless RP's'. Which what that meant was, anyone's character that was inactive for a long period of time, or if someone said they'd be gone for several days. The 'GM' or someone else with the person's permission would simply 'control' their character's actions until further notice. This was to make the roleplay more natural and not have less active posters ruin the flow of the narrative. Unfortunately I haven't seen this tatic used since then, so I guess it was just 'our thing'.

Though, yes getting 'skipped' if you're the last person to post, doesn't make a lot of sense, and I'm still not exactly sure what skipping implies. It helps when rules/lore of the RP are clearly defined, especially if they're strictly enforced. :P
@Andromedai Hey just wanted to share a personal thing that you may not know about, and I usually find it better when sharing music in the middle of a RP.

Example: He started listening to music on his mp3.

It less awkward then a youtube video being in the post. :3

To be perfectly honest, from how long it took for even an explanation why things were taking so long, I was pretty close to dropping too like by today if nothing was up I probably would of...Because things that take that long to get off the ground, don't have a high chance of lasting very long on average. But, I suppose I will commit to it since it actually has started, and I didn't exactly want to waste all the effort I put into my CS's. I will work on a post sometime in the near future. But if there is another absence again, I probably will drop out as well because I want to be in RP's that are active. I'm just being frank, and giving you the heads up. Hopefully all the problems you both have been having have been resolved.
@Bec Well I haven't called them anything yet in the actual RP. :P Plus, I don't know if one can be dehumanizing to a cat person. :P (I'm simply teasing.) I understand the concept. Most likely will just use their name. Mainly for the reason I didn't use they or them is because the english language would usually imply that word means plural (two) instead of a single individual. XP
(This totally counts... <.<)
Let's all go to the lobby, let's all go to the lobby, let's all go to the lobby and get ourselves a snack.

(Thought of it the other day. :P)
@KindledBeast
"Yeah, thrilling isn't it?" Jay replying in a sarcastic tone, smirking a bit still speaking quieter than normal. Starting to like the student finding some comfort in someone that seems like he finally found a worthwhile individual, still waiting for the class to actually start, seeing all the students had at least all sat down and looking at the clock seeing the class certainly should of already started. Jay was just in his head for a moment thinking to himself. "I wonder what powers Roman has..."
@Bec Well, it's a cat. :P So I don't exactly understand the logistics of that in more ways than one. I assume it was like a magical creature/android. So hopefully I don't offend any other kin that happen to be on the forum. :P (I'll keep that in mind haha.)
