Undead Summer

John nodded as he followed behind, constantly checking for any zombies that might have noticed them. The intercom was still crackling. it definitely sounded like words. But it was hard to make out in this part of the mall. Hopefully the shoe store would have a better speaker. As he Jen walked along, his vision moved between the ground to make sure nothing was going to cut Jen's foot and their flanks.

Rebuilding the world

John walked back into the warehouse, a large bowl of oatmeal in his hands. He set it down on the table and shouted, "Breakfast is served!" to anyone who'd be able to hear. He went in search of spoons and returned a few seconds later with a dozen in his hand. He set all of them down, save one and got a smaller bowl for himself. He was soon eating his first warm meal in days.

John nodded. "There's a vending machine by the shoe store I'm pretty sure," he said. "How did this even happen? God I hope my family and friends are fine. At least I know one friend is alive." Jen said. John smiled and said, "Same here. It's nice to not be totally alone in a zombie infested mall. Hopefully some other kids from school who work here made it through this." John peered past Jen and out into the mall. There were only a few zombies that weren't paying much attention to them. "You ready?" he asked, his stomach starting to flutter with the anticipation of running into one of the most dangerous situations of his life.

The Chessboard Rebels

Chessia. A world of magic and wonder. But also a world ruled by pure evil. Ages ago, Chessia was ruled by a council of 2 kings, 2 queens, 2 bishops, 2 rooks, and 2 knights. The council was known as the Chessboard. The Chessboard ruled over the citizens of Chessia, known as pawns, and peace was held for years. That is, until the Era of Crucin. Crucin and his army struck Chessia from nowhere, eliminating the Chessboard and seizing control for himself. Many brave souls wanted to fight back, and they formed the Chessboard Rebellion. One of the members of the rebellion, a wizard by the name of Vitria, discovered a prophecy. The prophecy told of the return of the Chessboard in the form of 10 youths, each with the control of one element. And it seems Vitria's prophecy was correct. Because today 10 children were discovered in the forests of Algeran and were brought to the headquarters of the Chessboard rebellion. Today the Era of Crucin sees the beginning of the end.

Basically there will be 5 girls, and 5 guys most of which know eachother. Each will have control over one element. These 10 elements will be: Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, Light, Darkness, Electricity, Ice, Flora, and Sound. Yes Flora is different from Earth and Ice different from Water. The main plot would be defeating Crucin and if we got that far, I have ideas for more. So what do you guys think?

John can watches as they walk past. If what that guy said was true then he would be useful. And he wasn't about to pass up letting a doctor in. And another shot isn't useless. John walked over to the apartments and walked into an empty one. He found a large bowl and poured the bag of oatmeal in while he microwaved then water which he had just emptied into a cup.

John nodded at her suggestion as he heard a crackling over the intercom. It sounded faintly like someone was talking but he couldn't quite tell. "Let's hit the shoe store and then we can find somewhere to hold up in for a little bit. Hopefully someplace with other people," John said as he gripped his bat, preparing to leave the salon.

Mutants

"No idea. I've heard a bunch of different things though. When I was being transported here they mentioned a Mutant Squad. I think it was code name for something involving us." John said

Mutants

John nodded. "I was always more a fan of the classics. Frankenstein, Robinson Cruesoe, The Prince and The Pauper, you know?" John asked.
