John grinned and walked beside her, keeping pace. When they got to the orientation he sat down on one of the logs, looking up at the counselors and playing around with his camera.
John laughed at Hanna's amazement. He took a good look at her and realized that she was really pretty. Like beautiful in that model sort of way. John snapped back to reality and answered her question about how he ended up at the camp. "My parents thought I needed to get away from all the parties and stuff. I convinced them that this place was the perfect place for me.. At least I get to bring technology," John said. He realized that he should probably get to orientation. Maybe Hanna wanted to come too. "Hey you wanna walk with me to orientation?"
John grinned and bent down to pick up a rock. He flicked the stone across the water and it sunk after three hops. "Nice to meet you Hanna. So are you here because you want to be or did your parents make you?" John asked. He was a bit bitter about being forced to come to this camp. His parents had decided that he'd come home drunk too many times and that this would stop him from partying so much. From what he'd heard, they picked the wrong camp.
"No shit genius! This isn't some five star resort. We're looking for a way out now. Let's go before more get here!" John shouted at the guy, disregarding the fact that he was decades older than him and seemed to be able to melt a whole room of metal. He ran down the hallway, hoping that the human nuke was following him.
John walked towards the lake, snapping pictures and taking short videos. When he arrived he saw a girl listening to some music, and another girl skipping rocks. He walked up to the girl skipping rocks. "You seem kind of bored," John said, smirking his trademark smirk. "I'm John by the way."
John pulled up into the parking lot and turned off his car. He stepped out of his car a camera hanging around his neck and a camcorder in his pocket. He looked at the notes his parents had given him. The first bullet point told him that he was in Cabin 1. He looked up and saw the Cabin was at the front of the main area. He walked around his car to the trunk and popped it open. He grabbed his duffel bag and walked up to his cabin, opening the door and throwing his bags in. He looked around the interior of his cabing, noting that is was a pretty nice place. No five star hotel, but nice enough. "Let's go take a look around," John mumbled to himself as he set his camcorder on his bed. he walked outside and to the main area of the camp.
John nodded. "Lunch sounds great. And they're not so bad once you get used to them," John said, laughing. He liked these girls. They weren't snooty or rude. They were just... normal. Not to mention attractive. But they were models so no surprise there. But besides they're looks, they were pretty cool. "There's an Olive Garden a few minutes away. We could eat there?" John suggested.
If Cabin 1 is up for grabs then I'll take it.

John set Liz down and ran off, shouting "I'll go check on that explosion," over his shoulder. He passed another experiment on the way and nodded but kept running. He came to a room that was probably once a containment center. It was hard to tell since half of it was melted away. In the epicenter of the damage a guy, who looked about thirty, stood. He was giving off a faint red glow and heat so intense, John started sweating from his position about 30 feet away. "Shit man, did you do this?" John asked, eyes wide in awe.
John smirked at Jemma's comment and then laughed when she received a punch from Erica. He nodded when Erica mentioned Jemma and her struggles in the acting department. "Yeah I'll admit, Hollywood hasn't been what I hoped for. I mean, it's perfectly fine. Way better than my home town. It's just that I've been eating Ramen noodles 5 days a week and that sucks," John said.
