@ProPro May I also request that if power-ups are developed, that you don't do what the show typically did and provide too much focus on the Red Ranger? I enjoy equal power distribution so it's more of a team effort--like combining individual weapons into a super weapon--rather than 'give Red Ranger all the powerful modes and equipment while everyone else just sits around.'

And I love me some character development and personal arcs. Bring it on.

@ProPro I understand. So, is there no chance Wade can have his character be a part of things as sort of a non-ranger aide, but NOT the assistant? You weren't clear on that, at least to me. But I shouldn't be doing this for him anyway since it's his vision. I just don't want anyone to be left out of the experience and waiting, since time can be a killer :C

@ProProWade, you might be waiting so long you lose interest man. Unless Pro moves up the time tables for you, it might be a few arcs before another ranger is a reality... but... I don't know, only Pro does. Pro can you nip the sixth ranger situation in the bud for him right now? I don't want Wade to end up bored waiting. Any way we can introduce his character before the idea of a sixth ranger is even considered by anyone--even the mentor?

@KoukiYeah I thought I was the only one who read that and thought the Rangers are freaking SCREWED. I know they're meant to be stronger than the average goon but even the average goons could overwhelm a ranger if they're oppressive in their assault. We're straight up skipping Bug Catchers and Youngsters in Viridian Forest and going straight to the motherfucking Gym Leader without leveling. With CHARMANDER. WITHOUT Metal Claw.

So the suits ain't much of a boon. I guess it'll be straight hit and run tactics for a while. Not every fight can be won with brute force, and hit and run can still develop the team's capabilities. Billy started out lame but ended up being a beast once he put the time into training and gathering experience. So I think it's a slow climb from here and, hopefully, no one dies in the first week xD

Imma trust Pro to not kill you guys though.

These foot soldiers are stronger than the normal PR foot soldier and _will_ kick your ass unmorphed, and they _will_ give you a run for your money even when you are morphed.

In other news, working on the main OOC right now. Still a ways to go. I'll be able to dedicate more time to it when I'm not at work.

@Kouki I figured it was that kind of thing but I couldn't be quite sure.

Also, I'm resigning desire to play as the Yellow Ranger, and will instead put focus into either a General or the Mentor. While I think I could have done a decent job as a Ranger, I think I'd do even better as the obstacle in the way of the Rangers, or the man who supports the Rangers themselves. Looking forward to this even more.

@Renny I can say it will be refreshing to not have the 'born leader' archetype for the Red Ranger, but beyond this I'd need to see what he's like in a roleplay environment before I say more. But, what do you mean when you say 'erratic doubtfulness'? Is it internalized, as in he keeps it to himself most of the time? Otherwise it's strange to picture him having these doubts yet trying to keep everyone assured. What if he feels differently? That said, yeah, I'd need to see him in character. It's hard to get a good judge on him now. Props on avoiding the stereotype though.

@ProProI'll just say I'm definitely going to pay attention to the Mentor and Villain sheets if anyone goes for them. If they're something I can get down with, I might give up the Yellow spot in order to fill out Assistant or General, but they have to REALLY be something. However, if we're dry on Mentor and Villain sheets, I'll consider one or the other since we have many people who are--obviously--going to be looking for some Ranger positions to fill. I'll give up my spot for the sake of more cast diversity. Can't all be the ones in suits XP
