Btdubs; I wanted to implement a clearance system. Its training that you can choose your char to have to be able to use stronger weapons and use special armor. Cause ya need it in this world. Be reasonable though. don't go all apex and stuffss. Bottom level clearance is pistol. Which is mostly a recommendation to all civilians.
