Harlock here, we just had to put him in a stasis Capsule, as he isn't much of a threat. No really powers, he's just crafty.

Anyways, if you try to attack me or otherwise touch me, shinji, or harlock, they will both die, immediately. After that...

As much as I enjoy seeing shinji beaten and broken for the damage he had done to me, I have a higher priority target.
My former boss, Mordric, has taken a 'vacation' so I have assumed control of the GIA once again. I want Mordric dead. He sent me in there to kill kirina, knowing that shinji would likely kill me as well. I thought higher of shinji, to not kill me, but apprehend me and take me to court, where I would escape. But no, shinji gave in to his primal instinct. He tore me apart, bit by bit, until there was almost nothing left to salvage. Me being an immortal, all I felt was pure unadulterated pain. I then realized that I shouldn't have been as mad with shinji, but the person who sent me. So, I devised a plan to take down Mordric, but one piece was missing.
Shinji:
*coughs up blood*
Mier...no...
Drake: right, shinji! You know what? If they do fight me, I'll make your death quick and painless!
Shinji:
*a face of pure hatred shows toward drake*
Drake: anyways, back to the main point...
*looks David directly in the eye, unfaltering*
