-Spectre- All the witches I ever saw wore one. I could assume either that it was a culture thing or a magic thing. Occam's Razor is too sharp for me, so I went with "a magic thing".

-Canon- Finally, probably the most dangerous of them all is Alodeor. *puts down the last picture* He uses a variation of the ultra-powerful Amaterasu Formula called Shina-to-be formula, which allows him to do different things based on his movements. It happens so fast, though, that they have no idea what he can actually do with it. They also noted with annoyance that he has this shrill laugh he does a lot.
Huh.
-Canon- Next up, we have Neyna. *puts down another picture* She uses Rainbow Fire Magic, which lets her use different colours of fire to do different things--corrosive fire, freezing fire, regular old burning fire, you name it. As an aside, her personality changes based on what type of fire she used last.
I wonder if she dyed her hair on purpose....she'll be easy.
