When you are seen in the public, yes, when we are in the debris, you can use your strength to a varying degree.
Mmmm....I’ll refrain from using most of my abilities then. Low fire should be enough. But it’s nice to know that you are a vampire as you ability to see in the dark can help out a lot!

Just as a warning, if you have any abilities that do lots of destruction or can do great feats, don’t use them. These people are not used to those kind of abilities and it cause a bit more chaos. An example is lifting buildings and such. you can use your strength, but limit it.
