If anything that is what I expected someone like Time Line to be able to do. Like my brother with the forces and elements of existence. He can mainly be brutish with it, but he understands it on a level that one can only feel and become.

Rules don’t dictate control completely. Chaos can still ensue even if there are rules placed. That amount of differentiation between a near infinite amount interpretations just tells me that factions are practically moot.
