It still ended up not having very many. You do need a library number, and every library card in the world expired at least a hundred years ago, but I was able to register a couple for us.

... I guess that makes sense, but it sounds like a public thing more then it does a governmental thing. I still have no clue what access settings are though, so I could be wrong.

As it turns out, spending time with people is more fun than spending time with yourself, even if it takes work to get into it.

That is to say, I have my priorities wrong, and clearly, this is the place for me to be.

Also I doubt that Thania's adventure is gonna be going anywhere since she has no clue where the e-library terminal is, or how to even use it. Kinda stuck having her make conversation, which she isn't all that use to or good at.
