@Host You can see a progression of technology, here. I wonder how long ago they got kilns up and running, and if they have any metalworking going on that lets them make rifles and bullets. Now that would be a disparity.

Man: *Takes a closer look at your now group of three before shrugging.* Alright, just don't cause a ruckus while you're here, and keep your "friend" with you.

*The gate opens up slowly after he waves a quick handsign at someone behind the wall. Looking through as it opens you can see that the settlement has a main path running somewhat straight through it all the way up to the mountain. Taking a look at some of the houses closest to you it becomes noticeable that they're made out of bricks while houses farther in are made of logs. Two guards step out from behind either side of the fence once the gate fully opens, each of them holding somewhat decent looking rifles and wearing some lightweight protective armor.*

Not yet it seems, it was extraordinarily difficult to pin down how I could use it, and I tried to just make him into a multi tool so I can do anything I want with him, but I think I want to make him a cruel sadist that'll slowly turn my enemies into ionized salts.
