It seems like everything in this dimension system is much more difficult.

That's because everything is a lot more complicated.
When you go from living in your dimension to traveling and interacting with existence at large, it's like having your horizons broadened from your town to your entire world. The larger the scale the more tiny, moving parts there are within the entire, larger machine.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

Is everything you do that much more work?

I have no clue what you mean by that, especially since I'm just passing along information.
<Snipped quote by souleaterfan320>

Depends on her condition.

<Snipped quote by Stabby>

That sounds unreasonably difficult.

Well it's not like you can just walk up to time and ask it yourself, so yea, it is unreasonably difficult.

Yes, Lord Ainz...

<Snipped quote by Stabby>

How do you learn the speed of time at any location?

<Snipped quote by souleaterfan320>

Hmph.

Unless you have an ability or something that can measure it you would have to either compare that dimension's time to another one's with the help of someone else or you would have to rely on recorded observations if it's been explored and catalogued.
Outside of those options, you can't learn about a dimension's speed of time.

Mierno: thank you.

*opens the portal back to the base*

I'm glad that's been resolved.

*Just continues to travel as I have been, dropping through the floor where we were and then appearing from the ceiling at the base a short moment later before you all travel there.*
Hey @Shadow Dragon, just as a heads up, we don't do the () OOC in the IC (parentheses have another designated meaning, actually). We usually just put questions here.

Actually did not know that myself.
What are they used for if I may ask?
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

How is any aspect more developed than another?

Available resources, environmental and political stability, extinction event frequency, and even the availability or lack thereof of magic/an equivalent among other things can attribute to how quickly, widely, or deeply developed a location or society can become. Time can also run at different paces in different dimensions so that can also be counted as an attributing factor as well.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

That was the question.

Oh, I thought you were asking about a different type of generality.
Well, when you're capable of it I would recommend going to some of the dimensional hubs listed in the bookmarks I handed to your leader. They link to many places and should help you find a foothold in existence should you play your cards right.
Beyond that...
*Takes a thoughtful look.*
There's pretty much a lot. You could go to dimensions of natural splendor, places of breaking edge development, or even dimensions immersed in the existential parties and factions.

Of course you could also seek out your own claim in undeveloped existence, but that comes with a massive multitude of risks, including the potential of being attacked by any that deem you a threat or annoyance. So I would suggest developing a stockpile of funds, resources, and contacts before you do so.

Either way, I would recommend that you don't overestimate yourselves and step on too many toes, as I believe there are those who can break entire dimensions out there.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

*Smirks*
If it bothers you that much. Where exactly is there to go, in the scheme of it all?

More questions if you have them.
At this rate I'm dreading the idea of making idle conversation.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

*Laughs*
That's my favorite reason.

And it's my least favorite.
So if we could move on.
<Snipped quote by Stabby>

Maybe they'd be easier than that if you explained what they are.

*Flatly* Hahhahahaha *breathes in* no.
They would get so much harder if I let even a word about them slip.
And it's for more reasons then "someone would try to stop me," so let's leave it at that.
