Nah, it's just that I feel like both Flicker's main power and constitution would let her avoid such abilities if she chooses.

Main power is called Fracture Field, which lets her manifest, manipulate, and dispel the abilities of the different mental manifestations that represent parts of who she is.
And though she's still technically human, she's become an inhabitant of non-dimensional space, where things are represented by self awareness and thought instead of matter.
