Pfffftttt.
It may not be made of 100% organic matter, but it does contain a carbon core in its pole, the blade is made of a composite that includes it, and the cloth along the pole is made of organic matter.
Beyond that, I doubt it will outright repell or absorb the EE.

There is. Just shape it into the form you want. But remember that it won't be able to interact with most physical weapons since there's no organic material in them.
