@CollectorOfMystsome notes on the current situation:
- the cave has been abandoned after it became a dungeon and basically made itself inhospitable.
- orchid has beaten crispy in a duel and is currently running the goblin tribe as their chief. she's also evolved into a demigoblin and made an infernal pact, and is leading the tribe towards a farm if I remember right.
- Digbie, Torrent, Orberon, and Ash have made their little encampment away from the cave and have already had to deal with a few things: some one making the mistake of praying to the demon king, a goblin tribe asking for Digbie's help after he evolves into a demigoblin and instead chooses the path of redemption over making an infernal pact, and a moment where each of the group is dealing with their own fights/adventures. They are currently fighting a giant slime after meeting back up.
- Asura and Ardur (along with mother slime and steve) have made their way away from the cave after a fight between Jason and Asura had been ended. Currently after having just taken over and rennovated a burrow, they've woken up to a nosy and grabby intruder.
- Jason died and after rethinking a few things, was able to come back to life (albit still not making the best choices) as an ecoslime. He and Danny are currently traveling together. He's still learning about the spirit world however.
- Meanwhile Ed and Asteria (along with mother rat) have made their way to the other side of the forest and are currently holed up in the fields near a human settlement.
also a lot of people have evolved by this point, so to really catch up on what's happened you'll probably want to read through everything yourself.
Oh, and ratskull is dead, in case you weren't around for that.
