Its genuinely not your fault. I rarely ever check my notif bar. Its up to 3,289 notifs. I usually just respond to the first post I see mand make my way through them back. Its not very efficient. I am so sorry.

It's fine, I don't check the notifications bar at all.
But I would definitely suggest making it a habit to double check for other posts before or after responding, as well as learning to keep a sharp eye out for your own name in others posts.

Waking up on her tree branch, Nira rubbed the sleep from her eyes as her stomach and soon after the echo voice disturbed her from her nap. *Hungry, find food.* For a groggy moment she felt confused about her surroundings, at least until her memories of the past few days of her new life came running back to her.

Doing a quick check for any nearby monsters, she hopped off her perch and started flying, making sure to stay under the tree cover without getting to close to the trunks of the trees. Making her way towards the sounds of the resident goblins, she darted in and snagged one of the blue flowers growing off the vines of a nearby tree as she flew by. Today was the day Nira had decided that she was finally going to start trying to figure out magic after all, so she'd need to learn if her hunch about these flowers was right.

Upon hearing the sounds of the goblins getting louder, Nira activated Muffle I and started looking for a good vantage point in the branches once they were in sight. She didn't want to be spotted and hunted in her attempt to learn more about them after all, so it was key that she found someplace where they wouldn't be able to see her at a glance. After a bit of searching while doing her best to stay out of sight, she found a good spot and nestled herself amongst the leaves as she stopped using muffle and watched their fight, taking notes of how they swung, blocked, and dodged each other in an effort from each to overcome each other.

But then, just as the Redcap's knives got blocked by the Hobgoblin's spear, a huge explosion off to the West caught every ones attention and nearly spooked Nira out of her perch. *What in the nine hells was that?! Loud, distant, powerful.*
Taking a moment to settle herself down again, she bore witness to the stampede of critters that rushed from the bushes, and soon realized after seeing the redcap's and the hobgoblin's catches that this was a perfect chance to eat. Spotting a direrat of decent size, she started her hunt and tailed the rodent from above until it was away from the goblins.

"Guess it's time for lunch." *Hunt. Eat.*
Letting her instincts as a hungry pixie surface, Nira took a moment to line herself up before activating Muffle I and dive bombing the dire rat, winding up and punching it in the back before jumping back into the air and casting Shield I on herself. Keeping an eye on it, she waited for another chance to attack if it hadn't been disabled by her first hit.
