Finally recovered from postpartum depression and ready to get back to being creative! My apologies to anyone I ghosted in my time of trial. I didn't understand what I was doing.

All good things come to those that wait, pray, have patience, laugh, love, and are not afraid to dance.

Bio

Well, you seem to have stumbled across my user profile. I'm assuming you're here for a reason? Perhaps looking for details on this user StarfrostedFox? ... You can just call me Autumn! Or Josie! C:

I have been role-playing off and on for the last 20 or so years, which is surprising to realize, and I find it a relaxing and enjoyable hobby. After an accident that left me blind a little over 17 years ago, I couldn't role-play for quite some time, which was rather devastating. About the time that Apple invented Siri, I was able to get enough money to be able to purchase my very first iPhone. And BAM! The world of role-playing was once again open to me. It has been a long process getting used to dictating stories and I inevitably don't always catch every single mistake, But I have learned a great deal of patience and realize the value of taking things slow and working through my text when something doesn't sound completely right. It was only a couple of years ago that I came across this website and the stories I have had here have taught me a lot about myself. I love to create. Role-playing is one of the only outlets I have for the images in my head. So though I may have a tendency to go through cycles of depression and being antisocial, I always seem to come back in the end.

I love stories involving fantasy, supernatural, adventure, mystery, even romance. There probably isn't a genre out there that I wouldn't give a try before I will say that I don't like it.

My favorite style of role-playing is, hands down, one on one. It helps me feel more involved in the story, gives me a chance to be able to talk with the other person involved in a much more casual way, And more often than not results in a long lasting friend and some of my favorite adventures.

I have a tendency to write on a casual to low Advanced level throughout my stories, the minimum coming out to an average of a couple of paragraphs. I just have so much in my head that I want to get out, I have a hard time writing anything less. Another consequence however is that I can't seem to find a lot of patients with story partners that give me a really short and undetailed response every time. It's discouraging to take the time to write out several detailed paragraphs only to get a sentence in reply. If you're here thinking of asking me to do a story, please keep that in mind.

I do not tolerate swearing, extreme Gore, or sexual content in my stories. Period. Nor do I role-play same gender romantic relationships. That is just not going to happen.

If you made it to the end of this and I haven't scared you off, I think you deserve some virtual cookies. Heck, go get yourself some real cookies. Or donuts. Or pie if that is your preference. It was just me rambling away about myself after all. If you aren't scared off and you were indeed here looking to get a story started, feel free to shoot me a private message. I'm always looking to make new friends and have new adventures.

This is a modern day Romance story between Ravenhuffle and myself with some fantastical surprises!
As each name was offered, Aneira’s grey eyes rested on the faceOf each humanoid, still somewhat unsettled. The immediate shock at seeing such strange faces on obviously human bodies still giving her hesitation. She had never heard of such beings in her life, And by the way Tannith was acting equally unnerved, she was certain that he was having similar miss givings.

Eyes finally resting on the woman with the head of a cat, Ba she reminded her self, Aneira finally relaxed her shoulders a little, though her hands remained in tight fists. Trying not to let her worry show on her face, the young woman finally stepped towards the fire, lowering herself onto a log that had been either pulled closer or been there to begin with. She heard more than saw Tannith follow quickly on her heel, taking a seat next to her on her left. She glanced quickly at him out of the corner of her eye, Long enough to gauge the stiff set of his shoulders and back, before carefully putting a smile on her face.

“Anu, Bek, Se, Ba.” Aneira repeated, inclining her head to the owner of each name as she spoke it. “ your hospitality and friendliness is greatly appreciated on this night of storms.” She went on to intone, perhaps a little stiffly, her formal training coming out strong under the strange circumstances. As if listening to her words, a gust of wind suddenly buffeted her back, tugging at her long pale hair and forcing her to pull it away from where it tangled on her face, twisting the strands together and pulling them forward over one shoulder.
Make him try veggies? Cinead had to glance quickly down at Anna to gauge the level of her seriousness. But the impish grin she gave him wasn’t really giving anything away. And it made him nervous. Sure, he’d try anything at least once for her, but vegetables? He couldn’t help but scowl slightly. “...I’m not so sure that’s a good idea.” He warned, softening the statement with a small chuckle.

Her hand in his felt nice, Warm against his skin, and he gave her finger is a gentle squeeze as he started down the stairs. “ i’m not sure that people avoiding me is necessarily a good thing. But I’m sure that you will do much better than you expect.” He reassured.
I can respect that. We won’t talk about it if you don’t want to then. :)

Aww! Thank you! Yeah, we’re both pretty excited about it. :D
That’s wonderful to hear! Did you start working as a nurse? And lately I have been much better. More consistently happy. Part of that has to do with my husband finally finding a job. Hooray!
Hey, Sorry I’ve been a little slow this week. Things got unexpectedly busy. But I should get you a reply or two, depending on the circumstances, tonight or tomorrow. :)

And also, how have you been? Considering it’s been forever.
I’d love another story please! :)

Just as a heads up, werewolves, MLP, and Pokémon are all current cravings.
“Ice cream again. Now I am worried, If you’re that determined about it.” Cinead responded with a short laugh as he too got to his feet, stretching his arms up and over his head for a moment, his back popping in response. “ as long as you don’t try to make me try something like, say, broccoli., For instants. I think will be safe.”

Fortunately for Anna, Cinead hadn’t noticed her examining her burn. If he had, he probably would have started making a fuss over it. As it was, he was focused on extracting a second pair of shoes he kept in a box near the front door, sliding them onto his feet without bothering to go get a pair of socks.

“ you forget.” He then said, Opening the door for her. “ before you, I had no reason to venture out. I had plenty of time to study on my hands. So no, I won’t need to lecture you this time.” He grinned, eyes bright with amusement.
The horse beneath Tannith snorted with nervous agitation, shuffling his hooves a little as the strange crocodile man approached. But with a reassuring pat on his shoulder and a firmer grip on the reins, The soldier got the stallion to settle. He then dropped to the ground, adjusting his sword as the sheath bumped against his thigh. After getting his bearings, he glanced quickly over towards Aneira, fiercely protective of her still.

The Lady hesitated for a moment as the man with the canine head offered her a hand, but mentally shook herself and excepted the offer, placing her hand in his and allowing him to help her from her horse. She hastily brushed her skirts into place before dipping into a curtsy. “ I am La-...” she paused a moment, a shadow of fear and uncertainty passing through her before continuing. “Aneira. And my companion is called Tannith. With whom do we have the pleasure of sharing company with this evening?” She then inquired politely, trying not to show her surprise as she looked around at the different figures, though she couldn’t help but twist her hands into fists at her sides.

Moving forward, Tannith stepped into place at her side, one hand reflexively resting on the hilt of his sword. Silently, he thought a better question might be what they were Sharing company with, but he surreptitiously bit his tongue to keep that particular question from escaping. Best not to be rude to a yet unknown entity after all...
His expression instantly softened at Anna’s soft declaration that she would always be there for him and his possessiveness once again rose to the surface. He was glad that it wasn’t just him that felt that way. As she then turned to talking about baby steps when it came to being around him in his dragon form, his eyebrows had momentarily furrowed with confusion. But, true to her word, she had explained the expression almost at once and he nodded after a moment to show his understanding. “ that’s probably a good idea.” He admitted, settled somewhat by the idea.

Sensing her shift in weight, a hint to her intent to get up, Cinead helpfully maneuvered her onto her side before sitting up himself, swinging her around so that she sat on his lap. “...College almost feels like a distant dream at this point. It’s hard to imagine that life still continues on so mundanely.” He murmured thoughtfully. “ if I’m not mistaken, I believe I have a test tomorrow as well. May I walk you back to your car?” He then asked, giving his head a slight tilt.
