Blizzard Entertainment supports the tyrannical government of China. Blizzard Entertainment ends the careers of those who dare dissent against their chinese overlords. And they're not the only ones...

In other news, Republicans in Oregon have laid siege to the state capital, shutting down the democratic process. They have the support of right-wing militia groups who have shot at police before.

Bio

I've been on and off this website for six years now. Right now I've only barely got time for one RP, and even then I mess that up. Trying to be more consistent and online more often, because I really do enjoy online roleplaying. Hopefully, one day I'll be able to write as much as I used too. Until then, I shall brood gloomily in the shadows.

Life goes on! Hobbies change and so do schedules. I hate ghosts, so I'm trying to put myself to rest as best I can with a status and bio officially marking my departure. If I'm going to do any writing, it's going to be working on that book I always wanted to finish.

If it'd be fun for you, go right ahead! :P

Both people have a sort of "tele-" in their name that needs explaining.

The assassin has two "anchor" daggers. In order to teleport to a location, she must first throw the dagger there. The dagger has...some science gravity-rocket technology in it, that makes it go much faster and always go blade-first. It has some anti-gravity tech, I guess, that allows it to stick to concrete and steel walls, and also be able to hold her wait. So she can throw one blade to her left, another to her right, and then quickly teleport from the right and then to the left. When she teleports, her hand is already grabbing the dagger to be thrown again.

The robo-general telekinetic ability also has an "anchor" ability. In order to grab something, a small-bullet like projectile is fired. Whatever it hits, turns into a anchor-point that he can manipulate almost freely. It damages, but doesn't latch onto Energy Shields and other hard-light hardware. So he'd have to shatter (I imagine that they shatter and then come back after a little bit, right?) or find some other situation where the Power Ranger's can't block it or dodge it. He can fire multiple of these at the same time, slamming things together in-mid air, or even having certain objects rotate around him as shields.

I think it's pretty cool. Isn't it cool? I hope it's cool. Lots of neat scenarios are possible depending on where the fight happens.

EDIT: Congrats to the Rangers! :P
Really long question...

What would be a more interesting fight-

A stealthy, "teleporting" dagger wielding assassin lady who has strategically set up cameras all over the city...

Or:

A genetically and cybernetically modified military general, who's eight foot tall, is eavily armored power-axe-wielding overtly aggressive power-house of a warrior?

The assassin would be a sort of a sarcastic mercenary, really in it for the cash, but is ridiculously skilled in security, surveillance, and information gathering, making her a useful asset to Galatec. No intentions of betraying Galatec, either. She'd probably come in contact with the rangers, using her "teleportation" (I have a pretty sweet technology in mind for making that balanced and cool) to have a sweet fight scene before escaping/routing the rangers.

On the other hand, the military general has a double-sided war-axe with special shock-wave powers. He may have a telekinetic robotic hand that fires a projectiles that I've been wanting to use for a long time. And, he'll be really abusive to the Githkin, probably picking them up either physically or with his potential telekinetic abilities and straight up throwing them at the Rangers. Probably shouting insults the whole way, too. And he'll be a good accountant on the side.

I just wanted to ask, since the General's will eventually encounter the Rangers and have a cool fight. Hypothetically I get chosen, and the two sides get into a fight, (which is bound to happen since big-baddies are like, a staple of power-rangers, so they'd have to meet at least one time), which would be a more interesting and potentially creative battle?

The assassin fight would probably be a series of 1v1's or 1v2's as she skips around the battle field. Basically having multiple duels and skirmishes with pairs or singles of the different Power Rangers in quick succession. This would be a more personal arena-style fight, keeping in mind micro managing footwork and stuff to have a cool gun-fu fight.

The big robot guy would have to be a more group effort, with all or most of the Power Rangers having to contribute, probably getting knocked around every once in a while like in show. (Whack. "woaaaaaah!" thump.) It'd be more stationary I'd bet.

Again, this is hypothetical. But It'd be a mighty shame if you all went this whole RP without encountering the Generals one time. The way I'd play the assassin, she's probably be skipping around the city, searching for the Rangers, before ambushing them before/after a mission. Meanwhile, the military guy would probably be protecting a key strategical outpost at the time of the encounter.

Sorry to ramble on, but I was done thunkin' pretty hard about it for some reason, and I would just like to bounce it off of some one before making any big time commitments. The Original Post stated that the General's were badass, I inferred they would be some form of a boss-fight. If I'm mistaken...well I'm mistaken and this whole thing doesn't matter. XD

I'm not sure, but I've a suspicion I've been on drugs for the last week.

I think I've finally found my grammar and ability to make a complete sentence without, using the comma, key, a whole bunch.

Would I be annoying if I put up a completely different CS for a General spot?
@Kouki
but what about the back-up of your back-up's back-up?
@ProPro
*Cries*

@Charnobylisk

edit:

so, how will battles work? who will control the minions? or will it just be the power rangers steam rolling every githkin that comes their way?
