Hi there! I don't have a lot of time to write this at the moment, so let's cut to the chase.
I'm looking for partners for a fantasy RP set in a more modern time period. Elves, dwarves, and other fantasy creatures all intermingling in a time period much more familiar to most of us! There will likely -- and preferably -- be some degree of smut and general adult content, but ultimately I'd like it to be a relatively slow burn slice of life story... odds are the characters won't find themselves sweaty and panting in a bed within the first 5 posts.
I'm looking for people interested in world building, storytelling, and probably doubling or even tripling up on characters as more and more NPCs become involved in the lives of the two main characters!
I don't have a specific story in mind -- or rather I have several, but they all fall under the same setting umbrella and I'm 100% looking to mix and match and see what sticks. If you're interested just let me know and we'll chat a bit, come up with characters, a decent starting point and BAM! We go from there!
That was the title of the strange app that appeared one afternoon on James Masters' phone. He didn't remember installing it, and had no idea what it really was -- the name was even cringy as hell, definitely not the sort of thing he'd have downloaded on his own, but the message that appeared on his screen with the Waifu Summoner header made him curious.
Ready to summon. Summon cost: 0 Summoning Points
It looked like some kind of gacha game. Like those others that so many of his friends had fallen into. James had never seen the appeal himself, just a bunch of 2d images with arbitrary stats to lure people in to spending absurd amounts of money a far as he was concerned. Still, he had nothing better to do, and it wasn't like it was costing him anything right now... so he decided to take a look and opened the app, hitting the big blue 'Summon' button in the center of his screen.
Nothing happened. Then the app crashed unexpectedly. Further attempts to open the app failed. James couldn't even uninstall it, receiving an error every time he tried. Oh well, he'd just have to reset his phone later if he wanted to get rid of the app.
It wasn't until the next day, shortly after waking up that the consequences of James' actions were made manifest and James discovered the very first girl created by the Waifu Summoner app standing in his room, patiently waiting for him to wake up.
"Good morning master! Your summoning is complete~"

Hello there! It is I! The storytime fairy~ Some of you might already recognize this idea, as I did a much shorter, more barebones blurb in my general RP seeking thread -- this thread is dedicated entirely to the idea. Above you'll see a more detailed opening, giving you an idea of what to expect! Everything below this point is going to cover some of the details of how the app works, what I'm looking for in a partner, and general worldbuilding information that I've come up with!
With the exception of what I'm looking for in a partner, you can consider this information to be flexible. It's only here to give you a good picture of what I have in mind for the story and the themes I'd like to explore. If you like what you see, but want to tweak a few things, feel free to ask and/or make a counter offer and I'll try to accomodate you whenever possible!
An Introduction
So to start off, I'd like to give a brief overview of myself. I'm a long time roleplayer. I started when I was 10-ish, on MUDs, and still play through similar mediums today. I'm 33 years old, so that's a whopping 23 years of experience at this sort of thing. I've played everything from silly tongue-in-cheek fantasy stories to super grimdark horror, and I often bounce between different ideas and characters, so even if one scene doesn't appeal to you, feel free to keep looking or make an offer of your own! I might be interested!
As far as characters go, I play all kinds. Males, females, and even futanari. I only play OCs, never characters from established media or fandoms -- though I might use art of characters to represent my own. Speaking of art: I don't like RL pictures. It's actually a major turnoff for me, and I strongly prefer to use art to represent characters whenever possible!
I play all kinds of genres, though my favorites tend to be fantasy, modern, and near future settings. I like adult situations. Violence, sex, all of that stuff -- but I like story with my smut! I stick to a 65:35 story to smut ratio in most cases; lots of adult content, but never at the cost of the story! As far as specific kinks go, I have a few that I tend to lean on more than others... but I'm ultimately pretty vanilla, so if you're looking for really crazy stuff I'm probably not the fairy for you! Otherwise, feel free to ask if your favorite kinks are on the table.
The Waifu Summoner app is a smartphone application that has seemingly installed itself on a number of random devices. It's impossible to tell how many people have the app, but the people that have used it are called Summoners.
The Summoner app, simply put, summons a companion for the user. The companion is generated based on the user's preferences -- so a heterosexual male is always going to get a female summon, and visa versa. Summons are stronger, faster, and more physically durable than ordinary people, and thanks to the nature of the summoning app, are loyal to their summoner. Summons are mostly -- but not always -- human. Non-human races such as elves, cat people, angels, devils, and other races can be summoned through the app, but look human to anyone who is not a summoner, or a summon, allowing them to interact with the mundane world without concern.
The Summoner app's primary purpose is to facilitate the summoning of new companions, but its secondary ability allows a summoner to use the resource called "Summoning Points" to upgrade the features of the app, and improve their summons in just about every way imaginable. A summoner can improve a summon's attributes -- an arbitrary numerical value that represents the effectiveness of one's physical or mental abilities -- alter their summon's appearance by small amounts to suit the summoner's tastes, or even unlock powerful supernatural abilities to really give their summons an advantage!
The basic currency of the Summoning App is summoning points. Summoning points can be used to summon new companions, improve existing companions, or purchase upgrades to the app itself to increase its overall functionality. For example: Buying an upgrade that allows a summoner to have two active summons at one time would cost the summoner 'Summoning Points'
Summoning points are acquired by interacting with a summoner's active summons. The more you experience with your summon, the more points you get! Affection plays a role as well, acting as a multiplier for acquiring summoning points. The more a summon likes their summoner, the more points they can gain from interactions. Conversely, the less a summon likes their summoner, or the more afraid they are of their summoner, the fewer points they're likely to get from interactions -- but they may become more valuable in other ways, such as being more willing to work to gain their summoner access to resources in the form of real life currency.
The Summoning app actively encourages summoners to engage in intimate, or lewd actions taken with their summons, offering more points for more daring activities. This is, in some ways, the fastest way to gain summoning points, and actively helps to increase affection or fear, depending on the summoner's methods.
James is not the only summoner in the world. Others received the same application as he did at the same time as he did, and they all have goals and summons of their own! Sometimes, a summoner may encounter other summoners. If their goals are counter to one another, or if one summoner just decides to be aggressive, it may begin a conflict between summons.
Summons are a lot like pokemon. They're stronger than their summoners, and have a number of unique special abilities. They can take a ton of punishment and keep on kicking... but when they're up against another summon, with similar or even MORE power than them, then sometimes things can get a bit hairy.
A battle between summons takes place in a virtual space. The battle can be seen by the summoners, but any normal onlookers won't notice a thing. Once combat is over, the defeated summon has only two options: They can attempt to escape, returning to real space and their summoner as if nothing ever happened -- or they are captured by the opposing summoner. While captured, a summon dematerializes in the real world for a certain amount of time.
A summon can negotiate with their captor for their early release, allowing their captor to request for them to perform an action for them ranging from lewd activities, to more mundane tasks, to even engaging in conflict with another third party. Depending on the action performed, they are then returned to their summoner, and even bring a chunk of summoner points back with them for the trouble. If no agreement can be made, a summon is returned to their summoner when their capture timer expires, their summoner is deducted a large number of summoner points, and the summon enters an 'Exhausted' state, during which they cannot be summoned for 24 hours, but are otherwise safe and secure in the company of their summoner.
I don't expect much from my partners. Basic conversational English grammar, capitalization and punctuation, and a real effort made toward proper spelling are the most important things! I understand that sometimes you make typos, and that's fine. That's not what I'm talking about in this case.
In RP, I like detailed posts. I don't expect you to tell me how every room smells or how the wood creaks when my character walks over it or anything like that, but an effort to add some extra detail to posts about your character's actions and how it affects the world around them is appreciated! I believe in quality posts over quantity, and I believe in ICA=ICC (In Character Actions = In Character Consequences)
When it comes to story, I have almost NO limits. Almost anything is acceptable in the context of the story. The only expectation here is that our main characters are not going to permanently die. In your case, since you'd be playing multiple characters from the summoning app, this is less important since you'll always have at least one character to fall back on, and a new character can always be summoned!
The rest is mostly suggestions. I like partners who are willing to take the narrative reins sometimes! Think we're spending too much time in a specific part of the RP? Don't just wait for me to move us along, take the initiative! Make something happen in the story and I'll respond to it accordingly and play along. Jump ahead to a new scene. You don't even have to ask ahead of time. If I feel like we need to cover something else before jumping ahead, I'll just nudge you OOCly and mention it there and backtrack if necessary. RP is a collaborative storytelling experience, and I don't want to be the only one pushing the narrative~ It's OUR story. Not MY story. The only limitation is that you should never ever control my character's actions without asking first!
I'd like to see a post at least every other day if at all possible. Multiple times a day is preferable, but I don't expect it~ If it makes it easier, we can do the RP over discord, or use Google Docs instead of using PMs, I'm comfortable with all of the above.

RP Blurbs
James Masters was never particularly popular. He wasn't a complete loser by any means, but to call him successful would have been pushing it! He received strictly average grades in college, and went on to work several dead end positions after graduation -- but that was before he opened his phone one day to discover a strange game application that he couldn't remember downloading. Turns out, that very application would change his life forever, as with a few button presses, the app did something incredible, creating a brand new person in front of his very eyes!
This RP is loosely based on the concept of Gacha games -- which isn't something I actually play, but I get the general idea! The phone app that James has uses some sort of mysterious resource to summon girls with superhuman abilities and special powers, which view James as something like a master, or leader, following orders -- mostly. The girls aren't slaves, and are free to refuse requests that they consider unreasonable, but generally speaking they'll go along with the plans of their leader!
In the beginning, James will have time to explore the ins and outs of the app, learning how to summon other girls, level them up, etc... but eventually, it'll come out that he's not the only one with the app -- and SOME people have taken to using the app and their 'Harem' as a means to seize power and terrorize normal people, and those very same people are seeking to hunt down people like James, and seize control of their harem to add to their own!
The details are all very much up in the air! Feel free to request changes if you have some ideas you think would be neat! I'm looking for something with a 70% story and 30% smut kind of ratio! Lots of 'Fanservice' but not at the cost of the story as a whole. James as a character is a stand-in, and can be replaced and adjusted as needed! I'm fine with playing him as is, or trading him out with a female or even futa character.
It was always prophesied that the hero would one day defeat the villain. You'd always believed that, and when you were chosen to be the hero you thought that there was no way you could possibly lose! You had fate on your side after all... But even in a world of magic and great heroes, fairytales are rarely real. Within months of leaving home you were overwhelmed by the forces of the 'Dark Lord' as they swept across your small country, and captured. Now stripped of your equipment, your confidence, and even your freedom, what fate awaits our fabled heroine?
This one is a tad more on the dark side, as slavery themes often are! But I'd ultimately like to lighten things up as we go along. Perhaps the 'Dark Lord' isn't nearly as evil as the stories made him out to be, he's just an ambitious conqueror, and you were just an inconvenient -- though beautiful -- thorn in his side... So when his soldiers defeated you, he decided to keep you for himself, and maybe even slowly win you over to his side!
This is probably going to mostly be slice-of-life, without an overarching plot that you're likely to be directly involved in at first! It'll explore your character's life as a slave, and may include some less-than-consensual encounters -- though most adult content is likely to occur with the Dark Lord himself.
The picture chosen for this RP doesn't necessarily reflect your character! It was just something that I felt represented the defeated heroine! We can work together to figure out what kind of character would work best for this if you're interested!
It started out as a desire to get out of a summer of housework, by passing it on to someone else! So you made a bet. A bet that you were certain you'd end up winning. The terms were simple: Loser has to do whatever the winner wants until the next college term starts at the end of Summer! It was your idea. You were even the one to throw in the 'No exceptions' at the end, making suggestive promises that you never expected to be taken up on! But disaster has struck! You've LOST! And now you're at the mercy of the person you made the bet with!
This has two potential pairings already associated with it. Neither is more preferable to me than the other and both have their appeal! I'd also be willing to consider OTHER pairings, but these struck me as the most likely to work out well. I'd be looking for someone to play a younger sister, twin sister, or a female best friend to my own character. Ideally, a bit of a tease who has in the past flaunted themselves at my character just to get a reaction.
This will be mostly slice of life stuff! It may include some elements of exhibitionism, and dubious consent, but there will be no outright nonconsensual content -- the justification being that your character is unwilling to renege on the terms of the bet, especially since they were the one who came up with the terms and did all that teasing to trick my character into it in the first place! It's only a couple months anyway, right?
I like the idea that things end up going past the deadline of the bet anyway. Not because they have to, but because both characters end up enjoying it toward the end. This could lead into other storylines later down the road as the story starts to branch off into other directions over time!
Everyone always writes about how a person from the present meets an untimely fate and gets reborn in another world. They make it sound like that kind of fantasy only ever goes one way, but last week I learned that wasn't the case. Last week, I was just a college student. I had an ancient literature class that I needed to complete a project for, so I got some old books from the campus library! Turns out, one of those books was an actual magical tome. When I cracked it open and started to read what was on the pages, there was a bright flash and suddenly a naked girl was just lying on the floor of my dorm room!
Now, you might think that this was an extraordinary windfall... but you'd be wrong. Turns out the girl was a princess of some sort, and she really didn't appreciate being taken from her home. Now she's bossing me around in my own dorm room as her way of punishing me, and I have no idea how to get her back home! ... Oh well. At least she's cute.
This one is kind of silly as a premise, and a little simple to boot. It's not meant to be strictly realistic, but that doesn't mean I'm looking to skimp on the story here either! You'd be playing the elvish princess from another world, who has to learn about where she is and maybe how to get back home... assuming she even wants to go back home. In the meantime she's stuck living in my character's dorm, who has to take care of her and make sure their dorm mates, teachers, friends and family don't find her!
Maybe as the story progresses we can have it come out that she has some ability that enables him to make money fast so that he can afford to bring her to live in a proper house, or other means to hide her nature so that they can start to have a more appropriate relationship, and the princess can start to experience her new world, but that's all stuff that we'll have to talk about in PMs!
Hi there! I'm the storytime fairy, and if you're here... you already know that we're about to get weird! So let's just jump right in.
Our story involves two young people. A boy and a girl. They wake up naked in an unfamiliar location, with no memories of who they are, where they come from, or even who each other are! Initial exploration reveals that they are in some kind of tower. They have access to basic food and water within the tower, but nothing spectacular.
It is possible to leave the tower, nothing stops either of them -- but the tower is surrounded on all sides with jungle, and a protective barrier around their little clearing is the only thing keeping the jungle creatures from getting in.
Now we get into some of the weirder stuff! I'd like to include a sort of... cloning mechanic. As we write the story, copies of the characters will start appearing periodically. The copies aren't entirely identical -- there's always small variations -- but they always appear under the same conditions as the original pair, with no memories or objects. We can discuss exactly what triggers the new copies appearing in private messages.
There may be other details! I have a sort of storyline already in mind, but if you'd rather discover things over the course of the story rather than having insider knowledge, then we don't need to talk about the specifics!
Like the title says, I'm looking for someone to play the female character. We can work together to figure out any of her details. Both characters will be roughly the same age, and any relation between them would be unknown. They could be friends, relatives, or even arch enemies -- but they wouldn't remember any of it, so it ultimately doesn't matter!
