If it’s out of your hands, then it deserves freedom from your mind too.

Allowed? Yes, technically. Most would be afraid to "practice" it. It can do really whatever you want, anything deemed "op" needs to be discussed (thus the pming of cs).
Mind control is a hard sell. Summoning not so much. I mean really, that's going to be a hell of a challenge for a character, yet it is one of the most powerful magic if they use self-manipulation, rather than creation. Creation makes it akin to elementalism.

This however, does not include the control of other people's blood.
Power bump: Got room for like, two more, so PM me :D
Nest stop. Nobility.

Callthecops, I need your family tree.
Accepted characters (excluding mine) has been adding.

Unfortunately I had a problem when the cat unplugged my computer and caused a boot up error, hurray, had to roll back my system. Lost the new stuff I had written.

But I am writing it now.

WE. SHALL. NOT. FALTER.

(if you're still around, and have a character that's not on the accepted list, make me known of your presence).
Last I heard it was hard capped arounf 65k, seeing as the general information of my first post is reaching 20k and I have lots more to add. I was wondering if there was a way for our mod team to "add" a post from me into spot #2, or perhaps with permission give post #2 (Kapuchu) to me? Or should I just outsource? (thing there was another section for just information databases and stuff, could look for that.)(or even google drive (ugh Q_Q))
Hey guys, sorry for the inactivity on my part. Good family tree Roman, I appreciate it.

My girlfriend has been sick since we got back from the wedding so i have been pampering her (really bad sinus infection but she is almost through it)

Also, no kapu i have not gotten married, yet. It was for a friend, well used-to-be friend, really just a formality.
I know an I apologize. I just don't quite have the time right now.

Good news, I have wedding pictures too :D (and I am one sexy fatman)
Hey guys! Just a heads up we'll start Friday at the latest. Got it written just gotta go over it. Busy few days coming up (yay for a wedding i have 0 faith in).
Hey, gf surprise visit for seven days ( please bear with me, got wedding to attend and what not) at some point i should beable to hop on abd finish writing the ic post. Ty for your patience.
Thankyou for bring that to light Kapu, admittedly it is not something that came to my mind when thinking about things that needed to be clarified. Obviously you can create whomever you need, etc. But, there will be two stages of this "creation".

Firstly, the means to an ends npc's. This is the most common form, thugs for your character to fight, a damsel to save, a quick profit, etc. These you have express freedom over, again this is less rpg do-this do-that don't-do-this, and more of a story telling. Now if I feel you are abusing this freedom (constant "errands" and "opportunities" to gain gold, or other things, then I will step in. Otherwise this freedom should be used to express the story you want. This comes with a minimal responisibility to maintain realism and believability. A common isn't just going to give you an ultimate artifact of world domination, nor should he be carrying thousands of gold pieces.

Second, there are the storytellers, to help maintain the story arc and complete objectives. These are typically things like oh..say the noble houses. While the character I have will be a noble, thouse house needs to be present because of his story, and the world, yet really I only off-handedly control them, as needed. Yet if you think about them, even if I do not directly mention things, in your mind you feel as if the story is still continueing in the background, only brought to light and revealed as needed. If you need a storyteller npc then by all means, go for it. I only request that you notify me of "high ranking" creations, such as generals, nobles, anything involving the king, etc. Commoners, Soldiers, Merchants, Harbormasters are all up for grabs (provided that a unique position isn't already taken by another player's needs, but that's a rare occurance; i;e the king's advisor is a unique position).

So really, you do have express freedom in these regards, to use as you need, because I trust you not to be abusive with this freedom. Any kind of "high ranking" official of importance I would like to know about before hand. I don't really see a problem, but letting me know about the more important ones does keep everyone from interferring with eachother's story arcs. If there are any NPC's that I create and you cannot have, I will let you know.

P.S I've decided not to "manage" character gold. I feel that you should all be treated like adults :) Much trust this day.

P.S.S I have plans for combat, and settling differences using a dice roller. More on that later though. (Combat between two characters only, obviously one wants to hit the other, and the other does not want to be hit. So instead of eight paragraphs of lucky dodges and trying-very-hard-not-to-meta-game, Dice rolls. Obviously avoid permanent mutilations (unless agreed upon by both parties), disfiguring, permanent changes (i;e polymorph) and death.
