I'm going to honest. I've just got hired by a second job and my already busy schedule is causing me to lose precious rp time. Quite a few rps i'm dropping and this is possibly one of them. I don't want to be the guy that only gets a post up every other week and everyone has to wait on.

Most of the DBZ fan base disregards it along with GT. Goku had DB, DBZ was obviously Supposed to be Gohan's story and...then shit happened. And I think you are confused. Yes, the Dragon Ball story may have started a similar early story...you know aside from Goku being very violent until he hits his head...but even then, it wasn't like Superman. Dragon Ball was also about a group of people joining together towards a common goal: to stop Piccolo. Then of course the Red Ribbon Army. then again, we only were talking about DBZ....so...

Gohan was meant to be stronger then Goku during Cell Saga and Buu Saga. Fans ruined that and ruined it ending at Frieza saga with Goku as the hope of all saiyans. The Saiyan/Frieza Saga was not meant to be Gohan's shining momet. Buu saga has never been disregarded. It's a split more so. It's canon completely. It had moments such as Mystic Gohan, Vegito, Vegeta's Sacrifice, and Goku vs Vegeta fight.

DB was the Journey of the West story. DBZ is what took upon the Superman inspiration. The alien thing didn't exist until DBZ.

Goku (the character people always pit against Superman) will always lose. That is what his adult character is meant to do though.

Umm...that's wrong. Goku is meant to break his limits and push himself to the maximum. Which he did as a Super Saiyan and when he fought Vegeta for the first time. The whole was leading up to surpassing every Saiyan before him and becoming what they couldn't in so many years. His entire basis is drafted from the monkey king and inspiration from Superman in DBZ with his origins.

The One Above All is literal god. Not just creator. He controls every aspect of the omniverse of Marvel. He is not just hinted at. He's made appearances before.

Appears to be on the same scale? Anti-Monitor is on a whole nother level. When supergirl broke his armor, he still was nigh-omnipotent and took way more to actually stop him. The Armor holds him together but does not negate his powers even when he is outside of it. Anti-Monitor is not the most powerful either. That would be The Presence.

Anime has characters that can fight but not a lot of them. Marvel/DC characters thoroughly out-weight the number of powerhouses in anime. Besides only Omnipotents can fight omnipotents which would end in an endless cycle of nothing. The Presence, Old Man Simon, One Above All, Kami Tenchi, are all limitless and never-ending.

Learn the meaning of Omnipotence before spouting at the mouth.

The Anti-Spiral tried phasing them out of reality, but Gurren Lagann literally broke the laws of the omniverse and came back on sheer willpower. Gurren Lagann embodies the idea of surpassing the limits imposed on us by apparent reality. One-Above-All seems content with omnipotence, so he has nowhere to go, and thus he would lose. He may be God, but Gurren Lagann is a God killer.

Ummm no. Gurren Lagann is not killing an Omnipotent being. Do you know what Omnipotence is? The Anti-Spiral were Nigh-Omnipotent. Ominpotence is full and complete power over everything. There is no limit to the things he can do. The only time anyone in Gurren Lagann becomes omnipotent is at the very end when Simon is old. Before then, Gurren Lagann won't be able to do much to someone that can do everything. Gurren Lagann has limits which was shown when Lord Gnome had to sacrifice himself so they could have an opening against the Anti-Spiral.

Feats > Theme

The One Above All has wiped away beings who have done and proved way more then Gurren Lagann has.

Answer to almost anything that happens? What? You must mean boring ass Batman who has a plan for everything. Utterly tells me you don't actually know anything about Clark to actually speak on his cons or his character besides the usual " He's OP." Thor, Spectre, Flash, GL, Silver Surfer, and I can keep going on heroes who are way more powerful then Clark could ever be and yet have interesting stories. Same with Clark.

Kid don't start with some non-canon mess that I could break down with ease. Lets go to Superman: Fragmentation. Beat Bruce in six seconds. How about Hush where Bruce explains how and why Clark would break in two and he can only hold him for so long while Clark is mind controlled AND holding back.

I always laugh at the superman vs Goku argument. So small and insignificant in scale... The Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann could probably pwn all other superheroes and villains combined. Unless there is another thing that I'm unaware of that is quite literally bigger than the universe.
