Fairy Tail : United we Stand

I have an interest in joining though I was thinking a high rank Class A or B that plays more like Gildartz with a slight mindset of Laxus. He bares the notion that, while Fairy Tail is a great guild, he does not rightfully need friendship or comrades to become stronger and succeed within magic. He'd have that loner mentality, for reasons I won't disclose just yet, and would be humbled by the wizards of Fairy Tail during a mission. He'd show up and talk to others but would bombard certain missions, though i'd speak with the person beforehand to ensure not bad blood and won't mess up their ranking up.

S.H.I.E.L.D HELICARRIER
Somewhere in the sky

The sound of bullets bouncing off metal echoed through the long corridor of S.H.I.E.L.D's incredibly huge flying base. A base that was now under the attack from the forces of HYDRA. HYDRA was well known for many terrorist attacks against America and their grudge against S.H.I.E.L.D. An overwhelming force pressed the attack against the agency and in return S.H.I.E.L.D was unable to contact the Avengers for help. Luckily for them the second greatest heroes next to the Avengers had been mobilized after their brief monthly report to Nick Fury.

"Captain America. Control Room is being overrun." Nick Fury's voice came over the small earpiece within Bucky's ear.

"Don't worry, Sir. Me and Scott are on our way." Bucky placed his finger on the ear piece, pressing a button to that synched up with the other Young Avengers' earpiece, "Hulkling, and Wiccan, help Maria on the deck. A clean sweep. Ben and Dani, handle the engines. If those fail, we all die." The communication ended as soon as the issues were ordered and Bucky took a step back placing his back against the young Mister Scott Pilgrim's back. HYDRA forces had ambushed the two teens, surrounding them with their blades and guns at the ready.

"To the control room, Scott. Let's be hasty. Don't need Fury to be.....furious." A small chuckle escaped Captain America's breath before using his shield to reflect incoming machine gun fire away from himself. The pun was utterly terrible but knowing Scott's humor, he'd probably laugh at the puns of a teen with humor from the 40s. Mind refocusing on the task at hand, Bucky threw a powerful right hook that knocked one of the HYDRA soldiers flat on their back whilst proceeding to administer a quick tumble backwards into a flip that ended with the soles of Bucky's feet colliding with the chest of two different soldiers. A bullet whizzed by Captain's face, his eyes easily perceiving the distance and timing of the next few bullets. His body twist and turned with reflexive ease, dodging the bullets that could presumably bring him harm.

One quick arm movement sent the shield that had once belong to Captain America, bouncing from wall to wall. It looked as though there was no true direction to it before it crushed the nose of a soldier, destroyed the knee cap of another, and then smashing the elbow of another. The shield returned to Bucky's arm like a boomerang.

"I figured this would be more...fun."

"You are going over your withdrawal limit."

Kal's voice was mellow and inferred a playfulness. The robbers, that had thrust guns into the faces of the many bank members, were now staring the savior of Metropolis directly in the face. They weren't the usual robbers that would throw their guns to the side and fall to their knees. No, these men seemed even more confident then most men that he had stopped. "We were waiting for you...Superman." One of the men said whilst he and other man pulled a syringe from their pocket. Superman's vision instantly turned to X-Ray, scanning the syringe to learn what it was. Unfortunately it was nothing had seen before nor could his eyes breakdown the chemicals to see what lied inside. What he did know was that one of those syringes was glowing in the same way that Kryptonite did.

The men placed the syringes in their arms. Whatever was contained in them shot straight into their veins. One of the men's eyes turned a bright red. His veins turned red in color as his muscles bulged outward ripping parts of his clothes. This man wasn't the real threat. It was the man behind him that was the true problem. His veins, his eyes and even his skin was no glowing with the same radiation as Kryptonite. It was an overwhelming feeling. The same weakening feeling on the same day that his father had died. Like every cell in his body was burning and wanted to escape. Kal dropped to his knees in agonizing pain.

"Look at you. Super in defeat." The green veined robber chuckled.

"Who are..." Kal's words were cut short as the red veined robber struck the kryptonian's face with such force that it sent him flying back through several tables. Kal was in disbelief from how they could such harm to him. He had not met a human yet that could truly harm nor any that knew of his weakness. There had to be someone that knew so intricately about it and that's when it all hit him .The gang that had been at STAR Labs last year and had killed his father. They were the only ones.This information sent chilling anger through Clark's body giving him the adrenaline to stand. The red veined robber attempted to attack again only to have his fist caught in the palm of Superman's left hand. Before he could strike back, he felt the kryptonite radiation grow closer. Suddenly he felt a pain in his stomach from the red veined robber's fist then the feeling of of the man's hand around his throat.

"Hehe. This..kryptonite....is lovely." The green veined robber laughed uncontrollably.

"Kara." Clark spoke in hope that Kara's super hearing would catch his words.

Brief Bio:
James Bucharnan Barnes was born in the year of 1926 as the military child of William Ewart Fairbairn, and Jessica Bucharnan Barnes. Due to the lack of quality medical supplies, James lost his mother during birth. William decided on the name that he and the woman he had fallen for had chosen for James, the name of her father who was a World War 1 hero. For several years, James followed his father from America to Britain, to Shang-Hai and then back to America around the time that James was 15. During the years leading up their return to America, William had training his son with the knowledge that he knew of warfare. Bucky was a natural and it showed when he showed his skill to earn recruitment into the very Army that William had been enlisted to help train.

Half of the year was spent training alongside his father and Colonel Red Applegate. Both men saw the very potential within the teen and helped submit him as a pick to aid the man that had placed himself as the greatest soldier the US had to offer, Steve Rogers aka Captain America. Steve took the boy under his tutelage and gave him the nickname of Bucky. For one year the two companions fought against the Nazis and showed just why they were perfect together. Their adventures ranged from normal to the complete weird. Unfortunately they would find such partnership coming to an end after a mission against Baron Zimo caused Bucky to lose his left arm and become infected with a virus that was in-curable for the time, so Howard Stark proposed that they cryo-genically freeze the boy to save his life till they could up with a cure.

Many years after Captain America's disappearance, SHIELD knew they would need a new Captain America. A motivation for the world and soldier undeniable skill. Nick Fury issued the order to thaw James Barnes, as there was a cure that could save James's life, and train him to become the Captain America that they needed. Three years flew by rather quickly with Bucky having undergone the Super Soldier experiment using a stronger variant that Reed Richards helped to create. He had also gone through various mentors, and missions to broaden his experience and overall skill. Taking up the mantle of the man that he had admired, he was placed in charge of the Young Avengers to increase his ability to lead and show just how far he could go as Captain America.

Abilities/Skills/Robot Arm

Artificially Enhanced Physiology: James’s body has been enhanced to a superhuman level through the usage of a stronger dose of Super Soldier Serum.

Super Strength: James's physical strength is enhanced to beyond human, and is sufficiently strong enough to lift 2 to 4 tons. He has been able to perform such feats as stopping an enormous tree capable of crushing Jeeps from falling, curling 700 lbs, and using the shield to stop a speeding car. He has demonstrated that he is strong enough to knock out people with normal durability with as little as a tap to the head.

Super Speed: Bucky can run at a speed of 75 miles per hour. When challenged, he's able to expedite "eight or nine blocks" within seconds and long distances far out-performing any Olympic athlete.

Super Agility: James's agility, balance, flexibility, dexterity, and bodily coordination are upgraded to levels that dwarfs the world’s greatest Olympic Gold Medalist. His agility and acrobatics combined are equal to the most accomplished acrobats and aerialists.

Super Reflexes: His reflexes are at such a level currently that James can avoid multiple gunmen in a short range at the same time. Not even the most trained human could out-react James.

Super Stamina: Bucky’s stamina and endurance is greater then any normal human could possess. He can act at peak form for several hours before fatigue sets in, survive underwater for 3 minutes while holding his breath and only needs an hour or two’s sleep a week.

Super Durability: With bones and muscles that are far more durable then a normal human, Bucky has proven to be able to withstand an astounding amount of damage including such things as massive explosions, being struck by Hukling, and even taking a bolt of lightning from Wiccan.

Super Healing: Healing a non-factor for Bucky as he can heal from stab and bullet wounds in either a matter of hours or moments respectively. He has even demonstrated the ability to heal broken bones in only a day. Due to this impressive healing factor, Bucky is immune most known earthly poisons, toxins, and diseases.

Super Senses: His senses are wildly advanced to the point that he can see faster then bullets, hear whispers through a wall, and even feel the minute air movement from people’s bodies.

Super Mental Process: Thanks to the serum, Bucky’s mind has increased by a tenfold. His mind can now process information quickly, giving him an accelerated learning aptitude, a knack for quickly analyzing multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations, eidetic memory (meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall), speed read, and high deductive/reasoning skills.

Longevity: Due to his cryogenic stasis and the serum, James’s body does not abide by the normal standard of aging. It is estimated that he’ll be in his physical prime even when he’s 100 years old.

Bionic Arm: Due to Bucky losing his left arm during the war against Baron Zemo, S.H.I.E.L.D has replaced with a cybernetic prost-ethic. The arm possess the same degree of strength and reaction time that Bucky possesses. In addition it is linked to his mind allowing him to control it when it is not attached, an EMP to render electronics useless, shield itself plus other items from detection using sensors, and emit an electrical discharge from the palm.

Martial Arts Master: Bucky is a genius in the Martial Arts. As a boy he was a naturally gifted fighter which is what led to his training under the tutelage of Colonel Rex Applegate, William Ewart Fairbairn, and then tremendous training with Captain America (Steve Rogers). After his reawakening, S.H.I.E.L.D continued Bucky’s extensive training to the point of having him train under the Black Panther and Stick, leader of The Chaste. Most notably, Bucky has bested Black Widow and an elite squad of S.H.I.E.L.D soldier.

Exceptional Marksman: Having trained in weaponry has led James to attain great accuracy in sharpshooting and Knife Throwing.

Expert Spy/Scout: Thanks to his training with Colonel Rex Applegate, William Ewart Fairbairn, Captain America, and S.H.I.E.LD, James is adept at stealth, concealment, demolitions, survival, and deducing other persons ways of thinking.

Skilled Shield Fighter: Since his reawakening, James has become rapidly proficient with Steve Roger’s shield to the point that he can hit multiple targets in one throw and simulate the boomerang-like effect.

Lethal Assassin: If there is one thing that Bucky has shown absolute promise and masterful skill at then it’s his ability as an assassin. During the war he was trained to kill and take out specific targets as a daily exercise. This training was easily increased through his training with S.H.I.E.L.D, Black Widow, and Stick. S.H.I.E.L.D has sent him on various missions, and he has completed them with such efficiency that even the Black Widow fears him if she was to ever go rouge. Bucky does not resort to killing in his everyday dealings since joining Young Avengers but, he will do what’s necessary if it was the only way.

Personality:
Bucky is a warrior with years of combat experience in the battlefield, as such he is an extremely focused man who misses no details, and is a master of quick improvisation with nerves of steel. He has a rather light-hearted and youthful personality, with plenty of time for being social, but tends to often be blunt about sensitive topics, without realizing the effect it might have on others. When dealing with life threatening or dangerous situations, he usually maintains a calm and collected demeanor, and rarely shows any signs of fear or panic in extreme circumstances. This allows him to maintain his composure and stay focused on the situation at hand, and eventually notice important details around him, which makes it easier for him to think out proper strategies to fit the situation.

Bucky possesses a very sharp intellect and has good observational skills, as seen from his ability to gauge his surroundings, noting both mundane and unusual things, people and actions. This allows him to quickly notice if something is not as it should be, as shown from how he can easily see through an opponent’s tricks. He uses his skills to stay one step ahead of his enemies and is one of the reasons why he is an accomplished combatant.

Throughout the years it has been noted by several people, both enemies and comrades alike, that he has an innate desire for conflict, and holds a degree of enjoyment towards battle, namely because that was the only thing he truly knew. Although he was not open about such behavior, and even denied it at first when accused of, but at some point in his life, he began to realize his own desires and the thrill he finds in fighting an opponent. Despite his love for battle, Bucky has a tendency to hold back and usually conceals his true strength to enjoy a fight for as long as possible. He usually gauges an opponent’s fighting power and will fight according to his opponent’s strength, meaning he will hold back against a weaker opponent and will fight with his full strength against a tougher and stronger one.

Bucky Barnes's costume is made of a version of the Nomex fire-resistant, triple-weave Kevlar-lined material. It is an excellent protection against damage, and it's also flame-retardant and electrically insulated. The gloves and the boots are reinforced to nullify the impact of punches and kicks.

Your best bet, I think, is any village that has a team of genin. There's a list of characters and which village they're in on the first post of the first page of the IC. Konoha also seems particularly active.

Depends on what Genin wants to learn kenjutsu/wind/lightning techniques. Totally being a high level. Been a genin too many times in my lifetime. Also wanting to murder the Hokage would put a dampen on being in Konoha unless I'm some double agent for the Republic that's been in Konoha for like...years upon years.
