Alright, let's get this started, because 4AM is simply early morning.
Aleyn makes him sound like a girl. Shoulda made him a trap as well. That would help with his assassination. In terms of personality, I'm pretty damn sketchy about the whole 'reading patterns' thing, cause that can go into meta-gaming rather easily. Either that, or lolauto-dodging through everything because you can see thirty seconds into the future and manage everyone's MP to a single percentile.

Are the Sun Slayers magitech? If so, hell naw, because magitech can only have a SINGLE spell, not something as diverse as manipulation of the frickin electromagnetic spectrum. If they are magical artifacts, change the form into something other than a gun, and get rid of the whole 'focusing internal magical energy' thing.

For Luna, change the range into something that's actually achieveable for pleb-y Don firearms. Keep in mind that in terms of pure firearms tech, Dons are lower than modern. And 5-10 miles of sniping range is sorta like...eh...more than a little too much, considering I would imagine that being able to snipe from one mile is already pretty OP. Lightning doesn't pierce, by the way, unless you mean a lightning-infused bullet. The sound dampener will only be effective (to a degree) when using physical bullets. How far does the magical inhibitor go? If the range of Luna is really that retarded, the recoil should do something terrible to his arms as well.How big are his grenades and how many does he usually carry at once?

Electromagnetic eyeballs or whatever is sorta questionable. Heck, at this point, I'm not even sure people KNOW what the electromagnetic spectrum is, so making spells from something that science peeps don't even know...eh...In terms of the physical boost though, change it so that it's a temporary burst instead of a permanent increase. His muscle structure is still that of a human's, so he'll basically be fucking over his body every time he goes and dodges something that's physically impossible for a human to dodge.The bullet richocheting thing is plausible, but just keep in mind that they'll generally be small changes in angles, or he'll be using rubber bullets in urban areas. Cause I doubt his bullets would be as powerful if he wants them to start bouncing off surfaces. And, you know, said shots won't happen sometimes depending on the terrain. Oh yea, how does he curve bullets? Note that, ultimately though, he's an assassin. He won't win any type of long fight against a warrior, and I'll expect that he's a naturally fragile person.Of course, the bigger question would be what he's doing in a battlefield against a MONSTER...And can someone confirm whether the electromagnetic spectrum actually has anything to do with lightning or raw magical energy?

Sun Slayers aren't magitech so to speak. Already talked to Anderial about it. They are conduits for his magic since he can't externalize it normally without them. I'm not changing them from guns. Like...even if I was to change some things, I'm not changing them. That's a compromise we'd have to agree on.

Lightning piercing? Magic. Pretty sure with that knowledge and how rail-guns work, that actually works. Though it's not a railgun but that effect should still be able to apply with magic backing it.

Ummm....Considering the amount of mystical stuff going on and someone KNOWING ABOUT TIME AND ITS PARADOXES then I should be right fully fine (Caps being just emphasis). Also Anderial also told me electromagnetic spectrum was..fine.

Didn't think the invisibility would be so nopezy considering you can hear him, smell him, and all manners of other ways of knowing he's there.

Grenades are the size of..well...a regular grenade. Keep about 5 or one of each kind that I mentioned.

Magic bullets bouncing? Sure. Makes sense. Trying to bounce them off something stupid like water or sand or mud or plastic? Doesn't make sense.

Curve bullets? I forgot to explain that but....meh on it.

He was meant to be a mid-close range fighter. Notice all the mentions of it. Except for with Luna..to which....I gave it that sexy drawback so I can't spam it whatsoever.

Raw magic energy isn't part of that. That wasn't stated to be. Pretty much simple raw magic energy. Then again if want a discussion on it if you considered magic an energy then yeah...but...uh that's not what I'm doing. lolz.

Personality:
When one encounters him for the first time, he appears to be extremely calm and gentle who stands at odds with actual fighting. In truth, this reserved and quiet personality is just a ruse that he uses to make those around him feel secure and to hide his true nature. Quick to be angered and easily annoyed, Dio is hot-headed and often tends to overreact to certain things. Something of a sadist, he is not above enjoying a good fight, and he often attacks his opponents in a very brutal fashion. He seems to thoroughly enjoy violence, as he toys with his opponents and fights with no regards for the safety of others. Despite his wild attitude, he does have a sense of honor and respects strength and determination. He also appears to be against the idea of needless killing, having opted to leave the defenseless alone as they posed no real threat or challenge to him.

He is highly resourceful, full of determination and possesses a certain disregard for rules. His strong-willed stubbornness can sometimes get in trouble as when he refuses to back down no matter what the situation. He lives his life by his own rules and has learned to ignore what other people think of him. In this reference he can be stubborn and willful about his personal opinions, sticking with his views no matter what everyone else might say. Dio is an arrogant and self-centered ego maniac, with little time for anyone beyond himself or his allies, making him a typical anti-hero or so he would say. He is dismissive in his manner of speech but, despite his personality, he is very devoted and protective towards his only friends, and would risk his life for them.

History:
Dio was always the man that no one knew about. From the experiments to his subsequent birth in a test tube and then his escape during his teenage years, Dio was always a mystery. The young gear would never allow anyone to get close to him for he only ever knew betrayal. That all changed when he met the hero known as Sol Badguy. Upon meeting him, the part of Dio's brain of that was gear in nature activated causing him to spill various facts about Sol and who he was before the experiment. They were confused at each other and what happened in the following days...was unlike the Sol that the world knew. He took the young Gear under his wing.

The following years were spent with Sol training Dio in the one thing that Sol knew best, combat. Sol was a harsh teacher; never letting up on just how much danger he would put Dio in. The disappearance of the mightiest Gear brought a great distraught to Dio's life. 200 years Dio spent searching for his master. No one knew of him nor his time with Sol so, he was just a mystery to the world. Dio made a name for himself throughout the years, meeting the Kiske Family, to stealing FireSeal, and then finally being the man that stopped one of the greatest massacres in the last 150 years. Dio can only hope to find Sol one day and understand just what his purpose in life is.

Weapon(s):
[I]FireSeal - FireSeal is the legendary OutRage weapon that was once wielded by Sol Badguy and Sol taught Dio how to use it. Dio managed to steal it from the Kiske Kingdom. FireSeal allows Dio to manipulate and control fire.

Abilities/Powers:
Pyromania - Conjuring a small amount of flames, Dio swipes upward and releases it as a projectile wave that rushes towards a target and explodes on contact. The relative ease of this ability allows Dio to cast this multiple times in quick succession without tiring and can release it by alternating sword swings as he swipes the air to increase the speed in between intervals. When on the ground, Pyromania rides on the surface Dio is standing on. But when he is in the air, Dio is still capable of launching it as projectiles.

Ace of Spade - Dio ignites his entire body in FireSeal's flames. He then charges towards the enemy and delivers a devastating punch that blows up the enemy, then proceeds to administer a sword slash but focuses as a giant cannon type of blast attack. The slash carries enough force to send an opponent several meters while burning them substantially.

Fade to Black - With his hand engulfed in flames, Dio will charge an opponent and grasp them around the neck, lifting them off the ground. He then sends a surge of flames that explodes and launches his opponent into the air. With its point blank range, the damage can be quite devastating and leaves an opponent unable to dodge once Dio grips them.

THE WORLD - A special ability blessed to Dio by his Gear aspects. He is able to stop the flow of time for the upwards of five seconds. This provides an adequate drawback as he cannot actually touch anyone while using The World or he will be brought back into the normal frame of time. Instead Dio will administer attacks that will be frozen in time all around his enemy. Once time resumes, the attacks will converge on anyone he deems prey. While this isn't instant, it is still difficult to escape. There are other ways of completely shutting down his time stop before it even begins but, that is something he hasn't experienced yet. Dio is stuck at a 5 minute interval for usage.

Zhao has repeatedly shown himself to be and been described by others as a complex man, mainly because he completely disregards any and all rules and prefers to live as he dictates. He believes passionately that everyone is born free and should do and say what they want to; no exceptions. He has even gone as far as to say that remaining silent when you have a view or a conflicting opinion on a matter is the easiest way to crush your own willpower, because he argues that the only thing it creates is submission. That's why he speaks his mind so casually and also why he encourages others to as well, even should he be speaking to the greenest recruit or the wealthiest noble. The personal view that everyone is born free is quite dear to him as well, as he prefers his own freedom rather than being shackled by fate, stating anyone can change their future. All they have to do is make the decision to try and they already have. This singular belief has allowed him to alter not only his own fate in the past, but that of his family. Zhao literally took twenty years worth of mistakes and placed the weight and consequences solely on his own shoulders, once having stated that a lesser man would've been crushed by such a burden.

Zhao possesses a very sharp intellect and has good observational skills, as seen from his ability to gauge his surroundings, noting both mundane and unusual things, people and actions. This allows him to quickly notice if something is not as it should be, as shown from how he can easily see through an opponent’s tricks. He uses his skills to stay one step ahead of his enemies and is one of the reasons why he is an accomplished combatant.

He is willing to sacrifice people or kill in cold blood, in order to complete an objective, and will most definitely turn on old friends if they become corrupted. Zhao will also use unwitting allies to further his goals, if it allows him to accomplish his tasks more easily. He can handle stress extremely well and it is impossible to use torture to extract information from him, due to his strong will.

Equipment:
[I]Serpent Coil - The Serpent Coil is an item stolen from an assassin. This device is a gauntlet with a hidden stiletto blade hidden on the underside of the forearm. This could be used for silent kills or hidden kills from a crowd allowing for The Wolves (Assassins) to make a kill and vanish within the local populace, however the blade had several unique and interesting features. The first being the thin cable made out of Micain Steel threads that reached 10 feet plus an extra 2 feet with the elastic like stretch the cable possessed. In combat the blade could be used as a hidden counter attack or as a razor sharp whip allowing the user to keep their distance while stripping flesh from bone. Zhao now uses it as a counter attack weapon, whip and assassination tool for when his normal methods are too ostentatious.[I]

Enhanced Physical Prowess - Through all the hellish training his master put him through, Zhao is at peak physical condition, as evident from his well-built muscular frame. With a single hand, he could demolish a tree trunk and throw a man twice his size a considerable distance. In battle, he repeatedly demonstrates immense agility and flexibility. He is able to contort and shift his body stance to effortlessly change his attack patterns and strike from various angles. He is also a remarkable acrobat, able to easily do flips and other acrobatic movements and scale various terrains. Zhao is also shown to be highly resilient, able to take a deep stab wound to the chest and sustain great blood loss yet still continue fighting effectively. His prowess is shown to be naturally so high, that it is hard at times for him to hold back.

Biology - Mainly a self taught skill but Zhao has great knowledge on the biology of various creatures and monsters that populate the regions in and around his home.

Natural Martial Artist - Having studied under his previous mentor in mastering his body to better his abilities, Zhao can harness the power of his physical prowess in employing a wide variety of martial arts to his benefit. Zhao can employ a wide variety of styles and merge them into a fluid and free-style like fighting style, capable of holding his own against masters of individual and singular martial arts. From moving as limber and fluid as the wind or water, to being as fierce and swift as lightning or the earth, Zhao has a variety of martial combat available at his disposal.

Natural Arts

Iron Body Technique - By circulating ki through out his body like an electrical system, Zhao can passively make his skin and bones as hard as iron. This technique can stand its own against many different attacks though that depends on the force of the attacks or kind of weapon that is wielded against his body. Unfortunately he contain control his organs' density and he can only provide the property of iron I.E. one of the weakest metals. It has been seen that piercing attacks have a far easier time penetrating him.

Fierce Tiger Strike -
When Zhao withdraws his left hand, the flow of Ki changes. Hence, in order to use it the practitioner must change the Ki-Flow and use a heavier Ki. Zhao then punches forward. It is a Ki strike capable of effortlessly breaking a wooden stake in half.

Full Body Barrier - The back of Zhao is turned towards the opponent. A protective large circular distribution of Ki resembling a shield is created and the opponent who comes in contact with the Ki is forcefully sent flying backwards.

Ascending Blue Dragon Strike - It appears to be just a simple palm-thrust technique against the opponent. However, it is a palm strike enhanced with Ki and its effect is powerful enough to leave a silhouette of Zhao's palm on the opponent while sending him several meters backwards.

Gale Wind Destruction Strike - It is a Ki-strike with the whirling like effect that sends the receiver of this technique flying while whirling around like a spiral. A direct Ki is supposed to cause slow internal bleeding.

Thunder Strike - It focuses around the skill to gather and concentrate a large portion of one’s Ki into the fist. The gathered Ki strengthens the fist enough to result in a powerful strike. All of the different variations of this technique result in some kind of electric aura forming around Zhao's hand and in some cases the preparation for this technique causes a kicking up of dust around Zhao’s feet.

Lion Devastation Roar This is a surging punch in which Zhao's ki is focused into and through his palms. As his palms are thrust outwards towards the target, a surging energy wave is expelled that results in a punching force traveling through the air in the opponent's direction. Zhao will usually be immobilized for a short time after performing this move, leaving him vulnerable to counterattack.

Soul Crushing Strike - The Soul-Crushing Strike is a Ki strike intended to deal internal damage. Most of these techniques are not very strong as their intended targets are weak points such as organs. The Soul-Crushing Strike, however, is has been shown to be powerful enough to break bones. It is characterized by a full extended arm and an explosion of Ki directly in front of the fist.

This juxtaposition of power and control makes it an especially challenging and dangerous technique to master. As such it is said that few people in the present age know how to use the Soul-Crushing Strike and this has proved true as Zhao Lei Fong and his master are the only people alive that have been seen using it. At the precise moment of the fists impact with its target, the Ki circulation must be properly timed or the attack will fail and the user will feel the burn of improperly released Ki on their fist. This technique can be recognized by the sonic boom it makes when used.

Black Origin Threshold - A secret technique learned from his master. It is a technique derived from the Black Heaven and Earth Technique. However unlike the Black Heaven and Earth this technique fuels it's power from emotions especially rage, because of this the user gains a strange form of Ki which causes the user to gain a huge power boost, a dark powerful intimidating aura, along with some sort of steam or smoke to come out of his or her mouth. Though this technique is very powerful it has a side effect, which makes the user's entire ki become reversed causing the user to lose himself in a frenzy of blood lust, because of this, the Black Origin Threshold is a forbidden technique. Despite it being forbidden the Black Origin Threshold has become a technique feared by Thao. The only two living users of this technique are Zhao and his master.[/I]
