Flames:
Nobu has always been gifted in the Flames of Wrath due to the pride his family held in his flame. Recently he has learned that he can harmonize with other flames, the characteristic that Wrath shares with Sky, leading to him embracing Lightning Flames due its inherent ability to increase his brutal hand to hand abilities after gaining his father’s ring and the fact that he could use the flames to destroy the group that his father once protected. These flames combined are called the Flames of Anarchy.
Faction:
Currently Nobuhige works on his own but he can be persuaded to the Vongola if given cause.
Weapons:
Nobuhige’s true weapon is his own body. He has studied Bajiquan from his father before his father’s inevitable death. For now he uses his knowledge on street brawling to win his fights.

Dying Will Flame Boots - Dying Will Flame Boots are special boots that allow the user to propel themselves around and levitate in the air by emitting their respective Dying Will Flames from the soles of the boots.
Vongola Lightning Ring - The ring is worn on a bracelet on Nobu’s right wrist.
Box Weapons/Animals:
Nobuhige has never opened the Box that his father left him and he does not plan to unless it is necessary. Fighting with the weapons given to his father by his own murderers leaves a sense of hatred lingering in Nobuhige’s mind.
Backstory/Personality:
Nobuhige was born into a life of hatred and anger. His father, Lightning Guardian to the 12th Vongola boss, held firm that his son would become a guardian after him and trained the child in Bajiquan. Training brought out the hunger for violence that his father once held. Besides training, Nobu spent only fleeting moments with his father until he was ten and his father died protecting Sora Sawada. Nobu had always believed that the Vongola had left his father to die and it left a stark anger toward them. In connection with his father’s death, his mother lost her will to live, fell ill, and passed away only a year later. For several years Nobuhige was forced to live in a foster home. Hatred and anger never left his mind causing him to fall in with thugs and get in trouble. He wanted to pay back Vongola for everything they caused. Now that Sora’s days were numbered and his daughter was just starting, this would be the perfect time to strike.

Well Storm Disintegrates which I think is a of a lot like Destroying. Though, if all you want from your Flames of Wrath is breaking shit, then plain Storm would probably work too.Also for some reason I see this guy knowing Bajiquan. Must be the 'short range, explosive power' schtick that seems to mesh well with the bodily reinforcement and the... well, explosive power.
Flame of Wrath is pretty dope. Its the main attacks you see from Xanxus actually. I'll get started on the sheet in a few. Long day. Probably can get it done tonight. Possibly.

Wrath has two certain characteristics but it doesn't actually do what Storm and Sky can do. Its actual ability is Destroying or well that's what the wiki says. Lightning is mandatory as the Lightning Guardian. I was thinking of him learning a small specific ability of Sun which is the energizing of the muscles and joints but its not important when Wrath is so good and Lightning can make him an iron wall ala Hardening.
I just ask cause i know the Flame of Wrath is so rare. My idea was using the Flame of Warth, which involves disintegration and harmony, Lightning Flame and Sun Flame (the augment aspect) to create a badass brawler. Flames of Anarchy. Only cause....Flames need badass names. >_> <_< Vongola Boss better be prepared to get punched in the face. Gotta earn this guardian.

I always had this cool idea that with the Simon Famiglia's status of being incredibly weak and their fall, the last few children of the family would be spread out and coincidentally the wielder of the Flame of Earth would become a guardian to the next Vongola boss in hopes of bringing the families back together as allies, and bring glory back to his family. Which can work since Lambo, the last lightning guardian, was also from another family. Also could still be Lightning Guardian though I'd make him go full on Earth Flame later when he can unlock the seal on the ring that keeps his full power constrained. It is just a thought though that I think could work well. Plus possible for the rIng fusion of Sky and Earth later for a cool moment.

"Captain, you must stop Clifford now. Our remote controls are out of whack currently." One of the military scientist shouted over the small intercom in the ear of Nathaniel Adams, the hero known as Captain Atom. Through the air the Captain raced after the military controlled experiment known as Major Force. The air violently rushed pass his body, the sound barrier shattered by the two men. Atom needed to catch Major Force as fast he could. Major Force was a man experimented on after Atom had involuntarily Quantum Jumped through time. Unfortunately the same thing happened to Major Force and when he was found, the military decided to take control of him; the same control that was now causing psychological problems.
Atom could barely react before Major turned around on a dime and tackled Atom toward the Earth below. Their bodies were tangled together with fists slamming into the body of the other. They tussled and struck each other until crashing into the peak of Mount Helen. A heavy quake shook the area around them whilst their bodies made a wide and deep crater. Major Force grabbed Atom by his right leg. Like a bat, he lifted the hero into the sky and swung him into the nearest rock formation. Despite the rock formation shattering on contact, Atom's body took very little to no damage. Instead he charged his hands with energy and let loose a concentrated bolt with enough force to send Major Force careening into the mountain wall.
Both men took no time in recovering and getting back to their feet. Pure light shined around Atom's hand as he charged up his attack. Major Force though was able to charge dark matter within his own hands, a feat that Atom didn't know was possible. "I'm STRONGER THEN YOU, ATOM!" Major Force roared with such ferocity with an insane look upon his face. A beam of pure light shot forth at Major Force. Moment's before the beam could make contact with the foe, he took a leap into the air and flew toward Atom. His senses caught Major's movement but, his body didn't respond in time. Major's superior physical strength and power charged within collided with such force against Atom's face that lifted his body into the air and soaring quite far across the state of Washington.
Like a meteor, the hero crashed landed on the desert county of Washington State. Atom was out for quite a few minutes from the blow. His eyes slowly opened with a heavy breath accompanying it and Atom staggering to his feet. The punch had left his jaw sore and his mind scattered for a bit. "Major Force got away." he touched the intercom as he spoke. While the military screeched about Atom's failure, the ring on his finger began to glow blue. He knew what this meant. He let go of the intercom to cut communications with the military and placed his finger on the ring's button. This was the moment that Atom was waiting for to become a better hero.
