True, the stun machine of death. But, according to The One it doesn't actually stun, it just annoys. So, since they're cops with actual training (To stand around), perhaps they only flinched. Doesn't matter if they get caught though. Muhahaaa...

Okay, so Rose and Kassy are running away. For some reason. I guess potatoes. Kristof's collapsed in the hall. Naoto and Shela are, I think, in the same room. Then Kurano, and Minami, are running towards the room that Naoto and Shela are in. The twins are probably either going to give chase or get bored again and play amongst themselves.
I'm pretty sure that's what's going on right now.
Okay, yes. That's pretty accurate. But, Kassy and Rose aren't running anymore... are they? IDK. Did they start after Rose slowly handed over the gauntlets? I thought Rose thought it a randomly good idea to drop off the gauntlets, surely making sure the two get caught now considering most people have probably left now, and the cops had free room to simply charge them.
Have them all kill each other off. The strongest survives, and gets to move on with the RP.

I was just generally trying to get an idea. Note the list above, full list. But, it's based off of the characters section. Though, you're not allowed to post unless your character is listed there... so... doesn't even matter really. 12 characters it is. Wow.

Sound: Jennifer was born blind in this world unfortunately however due to her flaws, her remaining senses have instead been finely tuned so she isn't hindered as much. However unlike the normal, only Jennifer's hearing has been enhanced, but it extends out of the range of what even a blind person be capable of as she has never needed a walking stick ever in her life, all she has needed was to be mindful of her surrounding and listen. It is simply nature's way of saying sorry for those who are unfortunately tasked to receive such gifts, and it sometimes compensates for a world lost to those who have to bear such gifts by making another for them to experience. However with the advance of technology, this ability to hear has further been expanded to the point of where she is sensitive to sound at random moments and requires the overall volume to be lower so it doesn't hurt her ears. Unlike other people who have this ability, her own prowess with this power extends what people can normally achieve as she has been listening her whole life.
Energy: (LOCKED)
Technology is a blessing in these days, which defies the will of nature as allows ways for people to overcome their flaws that have been etched onto by nature. However complete compensation for a lost sense is possible with today's advancing technology, Jennifer prefers to keep to herself in the world that only she knows and had strangely gotten another Fourth Dimension power known as Energy. It had allowed her to sense the emotions of people around her and effectively allowed her to 'see' another world that was separate from the one that she could hear. Now she is able to see the blobs of colors that walked among the streets that showed what other people were feeling and what they were thinking of doing for the day. Jennifer herself has helped a person however only once stopped themselves from killing themselves, with the use of her other dimensional power to read their mind and her new one to read their emotions. She did feel great about helping them but was doubting that hearing and seeing the emotions as well as thoughts of others was as good as she thought it would be.
Born from birth blind of a disease that she rather not mention, Jennifer has always been short and blind since she was born. Always being smaller than the regular student even the girls were taller than her sometimes, only falling short by several inches but she has always been self conscious when people says that she looks so cute at her height.
I do like that you have taken the time to explain her fourth dimensional powers, and there is quite a bit of exposition that gives us an insight on your character. One thing sticks out, the fourth dimensional powers, I believe, are most often acquired through a procedure that has a random outcome. Or a child can inherit on from a parent. If you could add that in and extend the biography I would say, perfect. Unfortunately I am not the GM.

Exactly Ragna. The new version (Or old, should I say) would probably be a more 'focused' version, one that has to be actually targeted. So, you can't just say "Auto-target world" you would have to aim your hand at what your're shooting at. The biggest problem we're going to have with these monsters is their movement. Weapons that can hit everywhere at once, instantly defeats them, as it would never miss. That's boring, so we'll say for the sake of the RP that that type of technology is so powerful, it might end up destroying themselves due to the shear impossibility of the universe's physics.

well that is what she did the sound waves come out of her palm.
Rose quickly put on the gauntlets and pressed a few buttons on the top calibrating them she then raised her left hand and pointed it in the direction of Kristof and the others
she pointed it in their direction and the sound would have come out in about a 45 degree angle expanding outwards that would hit the hole room that the other are in and as for her morality it would stop her from doing it again she was raised by veterans of the military so she would have a mind set to protect people the mistake she made was not looking how close Kristof had gotten before firing it but that was because two reason one I never conceded he would move that fast and the two it hadn't happened yet.
Well, if you think about modern weapons, nothing shoots like that except for flamethrowers. And then even those can only hit things directly in front of them, and not from one end to the other end of a building. 45 degrees is a lot. A gun shoots straight, pretty much, and has to be aimed at it's target to hit. If let to spray... EVENTUALLY would have to 'reload' at some point. An RPG has to hit the target before exploding and causing mass destruction. By then, our enemies would have already moved out of the area, and most likely dodged the attack.
