I'm not sure that that is such a good idea. Fear Manipulation is essentially a Vs power. It is geared towards effecting other humans and unlike other mental abilities like telepathy is specifically geared towards incapacitating or killing others depending on its use. This becomes a general problem when because this RP is more or less free roam the metas in our group could turn on each other. Should some sort of battle between our characters commence someone with that ability would have an overwhelming advantage. If you want to rewrite your sheet and post it I'll take a look but I feel I should warn you that I'm not convinced this is an ability anyone should be allowed to have. I'll take into account how it defined in your sheet though.

Abilities: (After Project: Thermostat)

Pyrokinesis: Creating, manipulating and controlling flames and heat. Used to create balls of telekinetic fire, create a full body heat shield, create condensed plasma and fire it out in beams (Max 9 at weakest power) and heating any object he comes into contact with.

Move point (Any-space teleportation): Teleporting any object around oneself in the 11th dimension to any location. Includes teleporting himself and other objects.

Metal, foldable baton of hard metal. It is hollow and contains a sword that folds away and is made of the same material.

Universe of Origin: Original to a point. It is an original character, but takes place in an alternate timeline after the WWIII arc in Toaru Majatsu no Index, after the collapse of academy city and a rebuilding of it in England. I have named this universe TAMNI M

Capabilities: Since all the members are espers, they can all use their abilities at will until they run dry of power. Nitro is a Level 5 epser with Offence Armour, Director a Level 4 with Vector Change, Sunless a Level 5 with Imagine Shadow and Cocoon a Level 5 with Metamorphose.

Objectives: To make Melting Point the highest level esper in both the collapsed, run down Academy city, and the newer Academy city based in England.

Members: The organisation consists of 5 members. The leader, Melting point. Nitro, a Level 5 esper. Director, a Level 4 esper. Sunless, a Level 5 esper. And Cocoon, another Level 5. All there abilities are unknown.

History: After WWIII, a multiple projects were launched in Academy city using the help of Merlin, the newly instated supercomputer. These projects (Most notably Project: Thermostat) were to make Level 5 espers develop a Dual Skill ability. This was done by fighting Accelerator, the at time 1st ranked Level 5 esper. During WWIII, Accelerator was killed by Dark Matter, and the projects were discontinued. Afterwords, Merlin was destroyed by a rouge faction in Academy city known as "Liberal", and the city fell into ruin, forcing the Directors Board and government to seek refuge in England, where they created the new Academy city. After this, Melting Point proceeded to kill both Mental Out and Meltdowner, as well as proving to be more powerful than Railgun. This promoted him to the 2nd ranked Level 5.
SOUL is the most notable and most powerful of the underground factions in the old Academy city. Consisting of 4 Level 5's and a Level 4, as well as having contact with Dark Matter, the 1st ranked Level 5, and having support from 4 of the 20 Level 5's in the new Academy city.

Rebecca had awoken from another nightmare. She had been having a lot recently; the experiments, killing her friends... It was becoming almost too much for her; almost. She got up from her bed and walked to her computer. It was a small apartment, nestled deep into District 18, but with everything she needed to live. She rarely spent time there though, as her jobs with SOUL tended to keep her and her in hotels. First day at Hybrid Academy... Not my first choice but Sunless seemed to know what she was doing" Rebecca thought, eyeing the schools website that she had left open from the previous night. It was the newest school around, promising education in both esper and magical teaching. She picked up the letters she had received about being chosen and felt a somewhat sense of pride that she had never felt before. This would be like a fresh start for her; something for "Rebecca Click" to do, instead of being Hydro all the time.

Rebecca dressed herself in the school's uniform and made her way out of the apartment and towards the school. She knew exactly where it was, since it was a big deal and there were posters for it everywhere. The news was all over it 24/7, and it's popularity hadn't decreased in the slightest now that it had opened. It took a good half hour walk to arrive, but when she did she saw that everyone else was arriving at about the same time. The most eye catching was a kid scaling a 6 foot wall with little to no effort. Is that free running? she thought, surprisingly confused by the concept. In fact, she remembered seeing him before, and in quite a few places. The most prominent seemed to be when she was returning home from a job; she tended to see him or someone who looked like him running and jumping around like a monkey. Strange little monkey, jumping around with so much energy Rebecca mused in her head as he disappeared over the wall. A new place and a new life, where she could live and be Rebecca. A place where her past didn't matter and she could forget about it all; that is what Hybrid Academy would be to her - and even if it wasn't, she would do as well as she could.

Aaron had walked in, and thrown a basketball into the hoop from the halfway line, claiming it to be 'showing off'. If anything, it was him just trying to steal the spotlight. Then Silas (or Jack?) got a strange look on his face as he was surrounded by some fairly normal people; or at least as normal as you can find them. Then Arachnid and Scribble walked in, and Silas took off towards them. A rude gesture, but James didn't particularly care; his head hurt, and it wasn't the first time.
"Argh, fuck..." he said, slightly under his breath, trying to conceal it from Aaron but failing. Calculations racing through his head, he slumped to the ground, eyes wide and his body slightly trembling.
"Accessing data bank, vault 17: Username, Collider, Password, Tess. Accessing power calculation, 13% power due to influx. Accessing power shortage, engaging command Start_Reboot_Manipulation. Serial code: 42as567gh, running command Log_Delta_Bios_Reboot." he spouted, running sudden and extreme calculations. The ground shook and the treadmills began to run at extremely fast speeds. The basketball hoop on the other side of the court began crumpling, and the body of it slowly shaking and collapsing in on itself; the basketball on the side crushing in on itself as well.
"Force manipulation detected, sudden shutdown of data detected within sector 9au. Commencing debug tool and virus removal. Beginning calculations in sectors 6b, 18hn and 238mmk using 291 million characters, using gravitational and astrometric units for basic imput." The very ground around the gym shook as the gravity exerted on it began to shift to a lower concentration, approuching -3g. Some of the glass windows shattering under the pressure.
"Basic memory and central memory overload detected. Approaching data storage limits. Possible conflux of energy detected in Beta Alpha Echo at location 7b-9bbj-op09. Bot dispersal for immediate shutdown of CPU activated. Effective, immediately. Full core sweep initiated for possible energy leaks. Commencing program X_Shutdown_System. Shutdown imminent. Entering rest mode." And with that, James fell to the side, hitting his head against the floor and the causing the gravity to return to normal.
