I have another question, or rather two questions following the same basis, however I'm not sure whether I should be asking them here or in a PM, so I'll just do it here.

It relates to both @Feisty-Pants and @Raijinslayer, as well as @Grey because I believe him to be more reliable when it comes to these questions than Masaki (no offence).

Relating to Aiden

Now, I've had this question on my mind for a long time now, and planned just to ask it when the time arose, however now seems like a good time. Aiden possesses Fulgarkinesis, electricity manipulation, and is very powerful when it comes to it.

If we were to say that, hypothetically, Aiden tried to electrocute Koneko. A simple discharge of electricity through the air; probably the most bog standard attack a Fulgarkinesis user can do. However, Koko has the ability to manipulate charged particles, with one of those particles being Electrons. If Levels didn't apply and it were an ideal world, Koko would be able to move those Electrons, thereby negating the effectiveness of the attack.

So here's the questions - who takes priority? In this situation, does the fact that Aiden is a Level 10 and therefore more powerful have more bearing, or does the fact that Koko should - within all rights - be able to do that due to the nature of his ability as a whole.

Relating to Kotori

What spurred me to actually write this is the fact that you, Feistee, said that she could essentially cheat electricity by moving Electrons.

The same applies - if she did the same thing as said with Aiden, who would succeed? Here, I'm leaning more towards Kotori, simply because her ability is stronger and would exert more control than Koko's, but the question still stands.

@Feisty-Pants Quick question about that - which one of us would have stronger control of charged particles? Koto, with her molecular telekinesis, or Koko, with his power literally just about charged particles.

Unfortunately for me, I'm leaning more towards Koto ;-;
