Hey remember when this site didn't have 3 tabs in the IC threads? Crazy.

I feel like Myriad Reality is somehow the secret glue holding this entire site together

People like to nudge aside the fact that there's a level of commitment to hosting, and joining an RP. The majority of players don't have it in either case, regardless of how interesting an idea is.

I've been gone so long that I forgot what the status bar was like. It's like coming back to an old apartment, except it's not an apartment anymore, it's just two walls and a lot of heroine addicts.

@The Harbinger of Ferocity Ah I can probably manage that easily. I'll go over the OP one more time in the morning and have a decision by tomorrow.
At the moment I have a dreadful headache, but I will consider writing up a CS tomorrow morning. What are your expectations on post-frequency?
I just might be interested in this, but I'm still on the fence. I'll think it over for a while longer, but my interest is definitely piqued.

Several kilometers away from Divers Paradise: Southern Entrance

Luke jolted upright when Jenso spoke up. He could swear he felt his heart malfunction for a split second, but upon realizing that he wasn't under attack, he smiled and chuckled at Jenso's compliment. But his joy was overcome by annoyance when he remembered how that little fire-flinger had almost exposed him not half an hour ago! Fortunately for Jenso, Luke had a soft spot for genuine apologies. Truth was, he was just an overly-trustworthy piece of shit! He nodded while still trying to catch his breath, happy to hear that nobody had followed Jenso. Hopefully he was right about that.

"I'm fine, just aint as spry as I used to be... Actually, I'm kinda glad you're here, Jenso-boy," Luke huffed, standing up and letting out a hearty sigh, "Diver's Paradise aint exactly a safe haven right now. The CMAS are attackin' as we speak." Luke stopped breathing heavily and stretched his calves, prepared to set off into a run once again. "Thankfully, Alvios is still there, but from what my sister told me through her psychic link, it sounds like a pretty rough scene... Gah, I'm so stupid!" He stopped stretching and leaned forward, grasping the sides of his hair and pulling at them. "I can't believe I got fooled like that!"
I may end up sticking around for a while, now that I think about it. Not going to be fluffing up my posts very much, though.
Alex Teixeira

Alex perked his head over as gunshots began to echo across the highway, furrowing his brow irritably. "What are they thinking? That idiot will attract the horde!" Alex hissed, turning back to Kat's house momentarily. Alex shook his head and pulled Walter back, closer to the house's fence. "They will make their way towards us, away from the gunshots. We should wait here, in case any of the Morto attack this woman, yes? Is easier," He insisted, tugging at Walter's shirt even harder. There really was no reason to waste energy or risk running into a group of walkers meeting up with Ethan if they were already on their way here.

Sure enough, Ethan and the rest of the group were already in view within the minute. Alex waved quietly, gesturing towards the house near him and Walter, still holding his gun harmlessly. "Who the hell is firing something that loud? Is going to start a riot!" He asked, leading the group towards Kat's house at a steady pace. "We might not even be able to hide if that horde is feeling, how you say- too adventurous?"
Frighder Forest

Spooky, aint it?

As Jenso and Ainra made their way into the forest, the thick trees began to grow thicker and thicker, until they were only a few feet from one another off the main path. The path itself, as well as the rest of the forest, was overshadowed by thick branches and leaves, allowing only a few beams of light to pour onto the beaten trail. Several minutes into the forest, and the lights began to fade, to the point where the forest's roof began to emulate midnight.

Further ahead on the trail, the two came across a large set of tire tracks. But it wasn't just two tires, it was... 4, 7, 14, 20... Too many to count! But that wasn't the most peculiar part, on either side of these tracks, the trees were completely collapsed as if something had run them over. The path was at least 15 meters wide! Whatever came through here was... Peculiar, to say the least.
Thoris, The Ocean Shore

Good luck, brats!

Grezola Coughed a little, cringing at Ainra's attitude, but smiling as Jenso announced their departure. The northern woods? That would be quite the trek! They'd have to exit through the mole tunnels and best the local wild-life! Ah well, Grezola knew they could do it, or rather, that Jenso could do it. She was more keen on Ainra getting eaten alive by a Frighder!

"Good luck, and stay safe!" were Grezola's last words as Jenso and Ainra took off into the mole tunnels and made their way towards Frigher-Forest...

Krunk-Mobile, Prisoner Bay

Arriving at Krunk Station, I repeat, Krunk Station!

The krunklets surrounding Alexander didn't really care about what he had to ask, and neither did Krink. Everyone one of them (Minus Krink, who slunk away somewhere) immediately proceeded to rush him one at a time, that is, until the entire vehicle came to an abrupt HALT, sending krunklets who weren't braced for impact, flying towards the front of the prisoner bay, and crashing against the smooth, metal wall.

The large collections of krunklets on either side of Zerraf likewise started rolling towards the front of the vehicle, crashing against one another chaotically. The group on his right headed towards him like an avalanche of stupid ball people, while the group on his left fell away from him.

*BING*~*BONG*

"We have arrived at the castle! Please be careful with exiting the vehicle, and have a nice day~~~

*BING*~*BONG*

...With the, the piles of krunklets who were not braced for impact would be unable to leave the vehicle, utterly spun-around by the shitty parking job. Who was even driving this thing anyways?

Dr. Krink was nowhere to be seen, but the prisoner bay door swung wide open. Below it, on the vehicle's exterior, the storage bay's door also swung open. That was where Zerraf would find his weapons, unguarded, along with a ton of other weapons and valuable junk that the Krunk Legion had pillaged.
Thoris, The Ocean Shore

FATALITY...Almost

Grezola paused and glared at Ainra with disdain as she spoke so ruthlessly about the old woman's attitude, but was surprised with she threw a punch at her wrinkled old face without concern for the well being of a poor old lady, oh the shame of it all! Grezola stood her ground though, taking the punch head on. Her head jerked to the side and a nasty lump immediately developed where she was struck, but she turned to Ainra with a smile. "IS THAT ALL YOU'VE GOT YOU LITTLE TRAMP?" She shouted at the top of her lungs, sounding rather hoarse. In reality, she was struggling to stand up straight. Her legs and arms shook like crazy, and she grasped the shaft of her staff with whatever force she could still muster, struggling to stay on her feet.

Jenso opened the map, which showed a crude outline of the entire continent, including the cities and towns throughout! Within moments of him looking at the map, his name appeared in the bottom left corner in very neat handwriting, and a large fortress appeared north of Thoris, like magic! A dotted line then showed up and guided them directly to Krunk's fortress, through the a forest that separated them.

"I'VE GOT EIGHTY YEARS AND ABOUT FIFTEEN LIFETIMES WORTH OF PAIN UNDER MY BELT, BITCH!" Grezola yelled once again.

"AND MY NAME IS GREZOLA, Jenso!" She finally stopped, calming her tone entirely despite the fact that she was shaking worse than an epileptic caterpillar.
